Bolivia - January 11, 2026
- After three weeks of an indefinite strike, with 80 roadblocks, mobilizations, production stoppage like the one at the Huanuni mine, with the alliance of workers and peasants, there was more than enough strength and the conditions were right for a decisive offensive to achieve victory and defeat the offensive of imperialism, the IMF, and its subservient government, with the cry: "Bolivia is not for sale, Bolivia stands its ground! Out with the government of hunger!"
- The COB bureaucracy, headed by Argollo, called for an end to the struggle after signing an agreement with the Government, behind the backs of the rank and file. The COB leaders are once again saving the governments that are the executioners of the people… yesterday Áñez , then Arce and now Paz.
We must reject the negotiation and the agreement with this starving government! Let no one hijack the struggle of the workers
and poor peasants!
We must call for grassroots assemblies of miners, factory workers, poor peasants, and all sectors in struggle of the CORs, CODs, FEJUVEs, and combative students so that they can vote and decide. The grassroots in struggle are the only ones who must decide and vote!
We, the exploited, are the majority, and it has already been said in the streets: Bolivia is not for sale, Out with the government of hunger!

Until we defeat the “gasolinazo” (fuel price hikes) decrees 5503 and 5515, the attack by the pro-USA government , the gringos and the capitalists!

REVOLUTIONARY GENERAL STRIKE

OUT WITH THE IMF AND TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS!
The agreement signed between the leaders of the COB and the ministers of the Rodrigo Paz pro-imperialist government, without consulting the rank and file workers, the peasants, and all sectors in struggle, is a sham and a trap, because a "new decree" will be certainly drafted in just 48 hours! This decree will maintain the essence of the imperialist offensive to hand over our resources to the voracious appetite of imperialist transnational corporations, in "consensus" with social movements. The articles concerning the elimination of fuel subsidies and the rescheduling of loans to the financial system will be the ones maintained exclusively.
There is nothing to celebrate! We are facing a total sham already being denounced by the workers' sectors in struggle from El Alto, the Ponchos Rojos peasants, shouting 'He has sold out!', while pelting Mario Argollo’s vehicle with stones as he left the negotiation, making clear their rejection of the agreement with the government.
Thus, Petrobras continues its predatory offensive without consulting the communities, without environmental permits, and entering protected areas. Furthermore, decrees 5509 and 5515, whose repeal was also demanded, remain in place. Meanwhile, just hours after signing the agreement, the government began brutally removing the Red Ponchos, and the exploited people of El Alto who, along with their children, were maintaining the roadblocks on the highways around La Paz… Enough of repression against those who fight! Disband the damned police and the repressive state apparatus! The murderous police and the caste of Banzerista officers of the Armed Forces are under the orders of the US Southern Command.

Let the capitalists pay for the crisis! For a revolutionary solution led by workers and peasants…
To obtain bread, work, and a decent wage, we must expropriate the expropriators of the people:
- Nationalization of hydrocarbons and mining without compensation and under workers' control!
- To have bread for the poor people and land for the poor peasant, Nationalization of the land from the Media Luna oligarchy!
- We must put an end to the usurious debt of the world banking system! Out with the IMF!
Against the power of those above, we must rise up the power of those below:
