Stop persecuting those who fight against the genocide of the Palestinian people!

Down with this framed up case!

The leader Alejandro Bodart of the MST (Movimiento Socialista de los Trabajadores) member of the FIT-U (Frente de Izquierda y los Trabajadores - Unidad) had already been acquitted in the first instance, in May 2023. As the Zionist entity DAIA (Delegation of Argentine Israelite Associations) appealed that first ruling, he went to trial again and was acquitted for the second time.
Once again, DAIA appealed against Alejandro Bodart’s acquittal. And on December 30, the Court of Appeals of CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) revoked the acquittal of the comrade for an invented “incitement to discrimination” and “anti-Semitism” and decided to sentence Bodart to 6 months in prison. Just as the Zionist leaders wanted! They twisted the whole case to justify that anyone who uses social networks and fights in favor of the massacred Palestinian people has to go to prison. The same caste of Videlista judges who supported the last dictatorship, today defends Zionism by condemning the MST-FITU leader Alejandro Bodart for fighting against the genocide in Palestine.
We cannot allow this!

 This criminal case was put together on the base of three tweets written by the comrade Bodart. Also for this case they defined that to denounce Zionism (which is a political movement) is to be “anti-Semitic”, which means a fraud, because the denunciation against Zionism is to its government and state, which are carrying out a new genocide. Because Palestine until 1948, when the State of Israel was founded, was a single nation from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. And more than 76 years of massacres and genocide have already passed. In this framed up case they are violating even the most minimal freedom of expression! Enough!

Bodart 's conviction is intended to serve as a warning to all fighters and organizations fighting against  the genocide of the Palestinian people by Zionism.
This is why it is more urgent than ever to call for a national and international campaign for the immediate acquittal of Alejandro Bodart, led by workers' and popular and of Human Rights organizations!
