On the 21st day of the Civic Strike in Santa Cruz, fascist groups of the "Unión Juvenil Cruceñista (UJCR)" (Cruceñista Youth Union) armed by the Media Luna oligarchy, looted the Central Obrera Departamental (Departmental Workers' Union) attacked and burnt the Central Campesina (Peasants Union) and, a day before, harassed the Casa de la Mujer (House of the women)...

In all these years, this coward bourgeoisie has been on its knees before imperialism and has not tired of making pacts with the landed oligarchy of the Media Luna coup, with the complicity of the traitorous leaders of the COB, on the blood and massacre of the workers and poor peasants. These pacts have only guaranteed business for the transnationals and imperialism and only hunger and misery for all the workers.

The lands of the agrarian oligarchy’s land of the Media Luna must be expropriated without payment and placed under workers' control!

Nationalization without compensation and place under workers' control the minerals and hydrocarbons!

It is now 22 days since the Civic Strike of the Media Luna Oligarchy led by Fernando Camacho and Rómulo Calvo, and in these days the attack by the fascist groups of the "Unión Juvenil Cruceñista", financed by the landowners and the oligarchy, has deepened. In Santa Cruz department, they have beaten the indigenous women in Concepción, burning and demolishing with machinery the precarious houses of the indigenous Ayoreos. They have also attacked and harassed the House of Women, which during the days of the strike was attending cases of violence against women, as well as denouncing a gang rape of a young woman at a blockade point set up by Camacho's supporters.

On November 11, the 21st day of the Civic Strike in Santa Cruz, a group of trade unionists cried "we want to work" and went to unblock a blockade point set up by the Santa Cruz civic activists. In response, the already emboldened Unión Juvenil Cruceñista attacked the union members. Then they went to the headquarters of the Federation of Peasant Workers to raid and burn it, waving a Santa Cruz flag at the end of their attack. Later, this group took the Central Obrera Departamental (COD) and ransacked it, attacking the workers who fled after this fascist attack.

Faced with this attack on the workers' organizations, the Central Obrera Boliviana, led by the bureaucrat Huarachi, went out to demand that the Arce government declare a "State of Emergency" in the department of Santa Cruz. This scandalous declaration demands that the same soldiers who murdered in Senkata and Sacaba in 2019 be the ones who are supposed to guarantee order and peace in the country. The miners, factories, and all the workers of the country must go out to condemn and disobey the COB bureaucracy because the Armed Forces and the police will only come to massacre workers and poor peasants when they organize to really confront and crush the fascists of the Media Luna.

Enough is enough! No trade union, no peasant organization is touched!

Without delay, from the rank and file assemblies and workers' committees in every mine, factory, and workplace, together with the peasant and student organizations, militant feminist organizations... We must urgently call the rank-and-file workers' committees to set up the workers' and poor peasants' militia to march to Santa Cruz and smash the fascists of the landed oligarchy of the Media Luna!

Out of our organizations the traitorous collaborationist bureaucracy! We must once again set up an independent and revolutionary COB, without bureaucrats in the service of the MAS, without lackeys of the Media Luna! Enough of class-collaborationist leaders!
Only with this COB of poor workers and peasants and rank and file soldiers, it will be possible to fight against the pro-US Banzerist army officer caste, which has drowned the whole country in workers' and peasants' blood, as in Senkata and Sacaba! For committees of rank and file soldiers who defy the genocidal officialdom and move with their weapons onto the side the people in struggle! We must set up the workers' and peasants' militias!

Dissolve the officers caste of the Banzerist genocidal coup plotting Armed Forces, servants of the US! Dissolve the damned police and all the repressive forces of the state!

Against the power of the rich and their business, the power of the poor must be set up: For a revolutionary government of the COB based on its armed militias of workers and poor peasants!

Only such a government will be able to break definitively with imperialism to carry out real agrarian reform, to guarantee the fair demands of the workers and the people, free and quality public education, land for the poor peasants, breaking with imperialism and expropriating all the expropriators.
