While the Civic Committee and the landowner oligarchy in Santa Cruz have been on strike for 17 days, the government is trying to negotiate with the fascist Media Luna under the tutelage of the imperialist UN, to set a date for the next census…

In their disputes, they have divided the workers and poor peasants by putting them at the feet of the different bourgeois gangs, agents of imperialism

THE MAS AND THE MEDIA LUNA ARE IN DISPUTE FOR THE CRUMBS THAT FALL FROM THE TABLE OF THE PLUNDERING OF OUR WEALTH BY THE TRANSNATIONAL COMPANIES

To crush the fascism of the Media Luna oligarchy:

We must break with the bourgeois government of the MAS, which guarantees and is the guardian of the businesses of the transnationals and imperialism!

Set up the workers' and peasants' militia of the COB!
There is no discussion with fascism, we fight against it!

To have bread and land:

Expropriation without compensation and place under workers' control the lands of the agrarian oligarchy of the Media Luna!

Nationalization without compensation and place under workers' control the minerals and hydrocarbons! Death to imperialism!

Let the workers' and peasants' Bolivia rise!

Faced with this situation in the country, the tragic thing is that the workers' movement has been divided and this cannot continue. Those responsible for this betrayal are the trade union bureaucrats of the COB and our fighting organizations. Bureaucrats like Huarachi who today are sold out to the MAS government and before in 2019 were sold out to Añez. This betrayal is what left the hands free to the Media Luna and the Civic Committees to use the just hatred of the working class and the ruined middle class against the MAS government for their interests as we see today. We, the workers and poor peasants, cannot be manipulated and mobilized by one or another sector of the bourgeoisie!
The alliance of the workers is neither with the MAS, nor with the fascist Media Luna... The alliance of the workers must be only with the poor peasants, to fight for decent work for all, decent housing and a wage according to the family shopping basket!
Before it is too late, from the rank and file assemblies... We must once again set up an independent and revolutionary COB, without bureaucrats at the service of the MAS, or lackeys of the Media Luna! Enough of class-collaborationist leaders!

That is why from the rank and file of the workers it is urgent to call for a:
NATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE COB WITH 1 DELEGATE PER 100 FROM THE ENTIRE WORKING CLASS GRASSROOTS, THE MILITANT STUDENTS AND THE POOR PEASANTS
To break with the bourgeoisie and re-establish the alliance of workers and poor peasants.

Only from this congress it will be possible to vote, as a first measure, the nationalization without compensation and place under workers' control the gas and minerals, also the expropriation without compensation and place under workers' control all the land from the landowner oligarchy of Santa Cruz to give it to the poor peasants. Only from this Congress will it be possible to give an emergency workers' solution to the crisis and fight for a single list of demands, as well as for justice and the trial and punishment of the murderers of Senkata and Sacaba
We must overthrow this reactionary Constitution, under the tutelage of the OAS and the UN, which under the cloak of "plurinationalism" only guaranteed the land to the Santa Cruz oligarchy and the plunder of the imperialist gas and mining transnationals! In these 16 years, the MAS and the fascist Media Luna have not tired of making pacts among themselves on the blood and massacre of the workers and poor peasants, with the complicity of the traitorous leaders of the COB.
Let’s refound the 1952 COB, without traitorous bureaucrats, without "workers" ministers or senators! A COB WITH ITS WORKERS' AND PEASANTS' MILITIA TOGETHER WITH THE COMMITTEES OF RANK AND FILE SOLDIERS, TO MARCH TO SANTA CRUZ AND CRUSH THE FASCISTS OF THE "UNION JUVENIL CRUCEÑISTA"... There is no discussion with fascism, only fight against it!
Only with this COB of workers and poor peasants and rank and file soldiers, it will be possible to fight against the officer caste of the Armed Forces who are the ones who guarantee the business of all the Bolivian bourgeoisie gangs so that imperialism and its transnationals can take it away.
Against the power of the rich and their businesses, we must raise the power of the poor:

For a revolutionary government of the COB based on its armed militias of workers and poor peasants

Only with such a government, it will be possible to definitively break with imperialism and carry out a real land reform. No to the payment of the fraudulent foreign debt! Out with the IMF! Out with the transnationals!
