Neither the constituent process of Piñera, nor the constituent process of Boric and the CP have given anything to the workers

Down with the constituent process of Boric, the CP, the Pinochetista right wing and their former agreements!

The bourgeoisie is leading the poor people to another electoral trap on May 7.

Down with the electoral swindle! 

The workers together with the rebellious youth must return to the combat:
For a big workers', students' and peasants' congress!

Only from there we will be able to resume our fight for everything that has been stolen from us in the last 30 years, and to fight again to conquer Dignidad as in the revolutionary combat of October 2019.

Once again, on May 7, elections will be held to elect 50 members to the new constituent process as product of the pact "Agreement for Chile". Sealed with the law 21.533, it dictates that three bodies will be in charge of masquerading the 80' constitution, keeping its essence, to give continuity to the regime that has kept the exploited subjected to the worst hardships for more than 30 years. These would be the 24 members of the "Commission of Experts" that is drafting the "new constitution", 14 members of the "Technical Committee of admissibility" and 50 members of the "Constitutional Council".

The first two have already been elected by the cesspool of bandits in the parliament. The last ones will be voted for next May 7. That is to say 88 representatives of the bourgeoisie and imperialism will ensure the upper classes that a constitution will be made to the measure of the imperialist plunder and guarantee the super-exploitation of workers. Down with this anti-democratic constituent process!

Piñera's constituent circus was supported by the trade union bureaucracy of Mesa de Unidad Social (Social Unity Board), Stalinism and all the reformist left and the renegades of Trotskyism. A new constitution was to emanate from there, which did not assure the exploited any substantial change in their lives, since it did not touch a peso or a millimeter of land from landowners, the big imperialist transnationals, nor from the bourgeoisie. The most that bourgeois democracy has given to Chile was 30 years of the same and worse.

So after this "democratic" round-up that has taken the exploited masses off the streets, now the bourgeoisie and imperialism have enlisted their best professionals to form the Commission of Experts, who are the ones actually drafting this new bourgeois constitution, so that imperialism can continue plundering the nation. While this "new constitution" is being drafted, this pro-imperialist government that commands the genocidal militias has been militarizing the Araucania for months against the poor Mapuche peasants and, with this same policy, it is attacking the immigrants on the border with Peru. Not to mention that this new constituent process does not touch a single hair of the Pinochetista justice which still keeps dozens and dozens of fighters in prison after the revolutionary days of October and after the attempts of the poor Mapuche peasantry to recover their lands.

Down with the constituent fraud of Boric and the CP! Against the anti-democratic fraud of the government, the ex-Concertacion and the Pinochetistas!

For a great workers', students' and poor peasants' congress!

To fight against this totally rigged anti-democratic scam of the new constituent process. To fight again against the Pinochetista regime which has established the most implacable dictatorship of capital on the working class’ backs, bones, and muscles during the last 30 years. To fight for copper and lithium for the Chileans.
There is money for all our demands with the renationalization of copper and all natural resources without compensation and under workers' control! Stop the genocidal military from taking millions from the profits of copper! For free and quality public education and health! For a minimum wage of CLP750,000 readjustable according to the cost of living! For decent pensions! For the expropriation of the AFPs (Private Pension Funds agencies). Work for everybody! for the distribution of working hours among all available working hands! Open the borders! Papers for all immigrants, we are all Venezuelan immigrant workers! Chilean or foreign, the same working class! Down with the militarization of the border with Peru, out with the murderous military from the Araucania region! Unconditional and immediate freedom for all political prisoners lying in the filthy dungeons of this infamous regime!

Only from here will we be able to retake the revolutionary road that was opened in October 2019, which was diverted and betrayed by the trade union bureaucracy and the reformist left that led us behind the government of Boric and the CP, which meticulously applies the plan of imperialism as much or even worse than Piñera and the ex-Concertacion parties that have been in the government of the country during the last 30 years.

Meanwhile, the left, intellectuals, workers', social and political organizations are raising a command for the null vote and denounce this constitutional swindle. Moreover, this bloc is also made up of organizations such as PTR-PTS, MIT-LIT, MST-UIT, the Anti-capitalist Movement, etc. That is why we propose to fight together to unite workers with the militant youth who are returning to combat, so as to prevent another bourgeois trap against the exploited. Would this policy be imposed, it will be them who will pay the consequences tomorrow. In the workplaces, in the mines, factories, ports, educational establishments, etc., a workers', students' and poor peasants' congress must be promoted.
