Enough of the US imperialists’ military exercises on Chilean soil!

The pro-imperialist government of Boric and the Communist Party is moving forward with its plan to hand over the country to the genocidal Biden and Wall Street!

US imperialist troops and military bases out of Chile and Latin America!

The Pinochetista army, through its media, is proudly displaying the “Himars” missile launchers delivered by US imperialism. These will be used in the Tarapacá region in the joint military exercises called “Southern Fénix” featuring the country’s army and the Southern Command of US imperialism under the command of General Laura Richarson. The latter is the same one who proclaimed the importance of the “lithium triangle” (located between Chile, Bolivia and Argentina) that concentrates more than 85% of the known reserves of this metal in the world, which is the main raw material for the electric automotive industry.

These military exercises are not an isolated event, they are part of a US imperialists’ military plan to protect their business in Latin America. In Chile alone, in 2023, they carried out the “Estrella Austral” exercise, in which the AC-130J Ghostrider gunships flew over along part of the national territory, or recently in June of this year, the USS Washington aircraft carrier was along the country's coasts, and initiated the “Southern Seas” exercise.

This pro-US imperialism bourgeois government of Boric and the Communist Party is not satisfied with launching an economic attack on behalf of imperialism against the exploited by increasing electricity and public transportation fees. Instead, they are handing over our skies, seas and lands to the genocidal US imperialist Armed Forces so they can train alongside the Pinochetista armed forces. Needless to say, these exercises are not to protect national sovereignty, but to reaffirm that the Pinochetista army is an extension of the US army and if it needs to take up arms, it will do so against the workers and the exploited if we “dare” to touch the “national” bourgeoisie and imperialism’s property and businesses.

Not to mention that this government still maintains military and economic relations with the fascist Zionist state of Israel, which is committing genocide against the Palestinian people, led and financed by Biden and his vice president Harris (who is currently  running for president). Even every week a ship with highly dangerous chemical content leaves the port of Valparaíso to feed the war machine of Zionism. This government is complicit in the genocide that the Palestinian people are experiencing!

Boric and the Communist Party want to turn our country into just another star on the Gringo flag! Enough is Enough!

The workers and poor peasants of Chile and all of Latin America must prevent the US imperialists from advancing their plans to take over our natural resources. As has been demonstrated, US imperialism is coming for everything. They have installed military bases in Chile such as the one in Con Con, they have deployed their marines on the coasts of Peru, they have installed 8 military bases in Colombia and intensified their military exercises in the region.

From all workers' organizations, unions, federations, confederations, and trade union centers, we must set up grassroots assemblies and discuss that: Chile will not be a colony of the United States! This motion must run through the entire workers' movement from the mines to the ports, from the countryside to the factories. This call must also be taken up by the students of the high schools and universities.

We must coordinate without delay, from all workers' and student organizations, a great anti-imperialist struggle against the plundering of the nation and against the military exercises that the US army is carrying out!

Enough of collaborationist bureaucracy in our organizations!

We must recover the CUT and the student organizations to fight and break any conciliation with this bourgeois government! The more the CUT bureaucracy ask for dialogue with the government and the bosses, the more the increase of electricity, transportation and the cost of living!

For the independence of the workers' organizations from the bourgeois state, from this pro-imperialist government and from the bosses! We workers organize ourselves as we want!

We must refound the workers' movement from the bottom up, without conciliatory and sell-out bureaucrats! Bring back the Cordones Industriales of 1973!

This anti-imperialist struggle must be taken up by all the workers' and poor peasant organizations of the continent. In November, the dictatorship of Dina Boluarte in Peru will host the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum), where the imperialist powers will review their plans in the region. The genocidal Biden has already confirmed his attendance, and Japanese imperialism will also be there to supervise their business, etc. Before it is too late, from Lima to La Paz, from Bogotá to Buenos Aires, we must confront the plan of imperialism on the continent and make the “explorers” live through hell. Only then will we be able to confront US imperialism and its military apparatus.

The mineworkers of Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Argentina have to rise up against imperialism that is preparing to plunder lithium, green hydrogen, as it does with copper, iron, etc. From now on, unity and coordination across borders of the mining proletariat of these countries must be forged to confront the governments of Milei, Arce, Dina and Boric that are agreeing to hand over lithium. Imperialism out of Latin America! Enough of plundering of our natural resources!

The American workers and youth are fighting against the genocide in Gaza. They are bravely confronting their imperialist government, which arms Zionism to the teeth to commit the war crimes that we, the exploited, are witnessing today. In the battles that are taking place in the streets of the United States, we have an ally to be able to start this battle against US imperialism, their transnationals and their gunboats that roam over the Americas.

The exploited in the American continent who have risen up in struggle against their pro-imperialist governments and regimes have their fighters in prison or have seen the blood of the exploited spilled on the streets. Immediate freedom for all political prisoners throughout the continent and the world! Justice for all our martyrs of yesterday and today!

For the working class to live, imperialism must die!

Chile and Latin America will be socialist and revolutionary or colonies of Wall Street!
