PAs a result of the national and international struggle and solidarity, on Friday the 11th, Christian Andres Aguilar Isaza, a student from UNIVALLE, imprisoned in the Villa Hermosa jail for 14 months, was released: “I am the first, but feel a great nostalgia for those who remain and need their freedom and solidarity because they are innocent"

We must deepen the fight until we tear the last comrade out of the prisons of the country and the world, since the state repression since 2019 continues and has intensified. This “bloody October” we experienced 15 murders of social leaders and youth with an average of 13 murders per month only this year… we must confront this massacre by setting up the Committees of the factory, students and poor peasants to confront the fascist gangs.

From the Comuneros group from Cali, we call on all the political organizations of the workers, union organizations, social organizations, human rights, students of the country, Latin America and the world to show solidarity with the more than 387 unfairly accused prisoners in Colombia.

The freedom of the political prisoners and Justice for our martyrs will come hand in hand with the working class and its break with the leaderships that have tied the fate of the proletariat and the poor peasants to the class conciliation government of the Historical Pact.
