TOWARDS DECEMBER 12: INTERNATIONAL DAY OF STRUGGLE FOR THE PERSECUTED WORKER
From Bolivia
From the city of La Paz, the following organizations adhere to the call to fight of the International Network and Justice for Our Martyrs, for the freedom of political prisoners for fighting
Union of Women Workers in Construction (SMTC-Independientes)
Women's Organization “Warmis Trabajadoras y Luchando” ("Working Women that are Fighting")
Victims of violence “No Estamos Solas" ("We are not alone")
“On this International Day of Struggle of the Persecuted Worker, from Bolivia we adhere to the struggle of our comrades, 9 years after the brutal sentence to life imprisonment of the oil workers from Las Heras in Santa Cruz and against the persecution, jail and murder of those of us who rise up in defense of our rights, for bread, freedom and dignity.
We here, from Bolivia, as women victims, as workers and workers, join this fight because within this group we are also politically persecuted, union persecuted.
So we join this fight from Bolivia, because we are tired of all this bureaucracy of death, of all this regime of death that is harassing us internationally.
Our fight belongs to everyone, going beyond borders.
We are here as women victims to be in this fight.
Comrades, count on us. You are not alone. We are here to continue in this fight.”
