This December 12, International Day of the Persecuted Worker
Comrade Oscar Bellido, who was imprisoned for marching against the government of Dina Boluarte, joins the struggle for the freedom of the Palestinian prisoners and the acquittal of the oil workers of Las Heras
Comrade Oscar, after being in prison for 5 days for mobilizing against the government of Boluarte in the framework of the "Third Seizure of Lima" in July, has been prosecuted and stays monitored by the police.
Today, when the Fujimorista justice system has just extended the time limits of the investigation to keep the judicial case open and to deepen his persecution, comrade Oscar takes up the struggle for the freedom of the Palestinian prisoners and the acquittal of the oil workers of Las Heras, proposing "let us unite at the international level because it is the only way to achieve the longed-for justice and freedom".
Unconditional freedom for all political prisoners, release of Oscar and all persecuted fighters! Open the way for the international unity across borders!

I am Oscar Bellido, currently prosecuted by the justice of the dictatorship of Dina Boluarte and the US in Peru.
This December 12, International Day of the Persecuted Worker, I want to raise my voice for the freedom of the thousands of Palestinian prisoners. And I salute the admirable action of the political prisoners in Turkey, Ukraine, Ireland, Greece and Germany, who went on hunger strike last November 24, for the freedom of the prisoners of the Palestinian people.
From Peru I send them all my support and solidarity, because we are in the same struggle: the same people who led the murdering and persecution of those who went out to fight here in Peru are the same people who are leading the massacre and persecution of the state of Israel against the Palestinian people, and are the same people who continue to persecute any fighter who demands justice for their people, as in Las Heras, Argentina, where there are oil workers sentenced to life imprisonment for protesting against the US multimillionaire oil companies.
Imperialism's big business is based on plundering the resources of oppressed countries at the lowest possible price, and our labour rights and even human rights are very costly to them. That is why they do not and will not hesitate to imprison or murder any worker or youth who demands better living and working conditions. Keeping those who demand change and justice in prison is one of the most powerful weapons the ruling class has to keep staying in power.
Let’s continue to fight for the release of all political prisoners, against the genocide in Palestine and for justice for our martyrs in Peru and around the world. Today more than ever, let us unite internationally because this is the only way to achieve the longed-for justice and freedom.
ACQUITTAL FOR THE OIL WORKERS OF LAS HERAS!
FREEDOM FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS AROUND THE WORLD! |
