For an internationalist May Day of struggle,
and for the socialist revolution!

This International Workers' Day, the comrades of the "National Organization of Relatives of the Murdered and Victims of the Massacres" are calling for a day of struggle in Lima, the capital City, for justice and dignity against the dictatorship of Dina Boluarte.

This May 1st: everybody to Lima together with the relatives and victims to resume the struggle for "Murderous Dina out" and expelling the US imperialism!

This May 1st: stand with the Palestinian masses against the Holocaust by Zionism!

Let us make ours the call of the Palestinian trade unions of Gaza to an International General Strike to stop the genocide!

Our best allies stand up inside the U.S. imperialist beast:
Long live the US college students revolted against Genocide Joe Biden in support of the Gaza masses!

From Lima to Gaza, from Peru to the entire occupied Palestine and the streets of the USA,one same class, one same struggle, against one same enemy!

The call of the relatives and victims of the bloody coup of US imperialism, Boluarte and the generals of the Fujimorista Armed Forces is an huge step forward. The comrades are calling for returning to Lima from all the regions of Peru to fight against the Boluarte government. That is the road to be able to take up the fight against the dictatorship and stop the ferocious attack of the capitalists and the imperialist plunder, to win our demands!
This cry that today the "National Organization of Relatives of the Murdered and Victims of the Massacres" is holding up is the same one that the Stalinist trade union bureaucracy of the CGTP, in the hands of the CP and Red Fatherland, has silenced. They surrendered the revolutionary insurgency of the masses in order to sustain the Dina government, together with the cowardly Castillo bourgeoisie that surrendered and submitted to the Fujimorista justice and parties like Veronika Mendoza's Nuevo Peru, an accomplice of the coup.
This they did, unfortunately, with the support of the ex-Trotskyist currents that dedicated themselves to sustaining the Stalinist bureaucracy that sat down to negotiate with Dina while the masses of workers and peasants were confronting the coup.

Today Patria Roja is celebrating that they have obtained the electoral registration of their party to run it's candidates in the elections of 2026. A true voluntary confession that their policy has always been to let Boluarte stay and call for new elections to preserve the damned Fujimorista regime, servant of the US.
This May 1st, all of them will be far away from the struggle for justice and dignity that the brave relatives and victims are putting forward. What is more, they are calling for a parallel mobilization in the capital, seeking to prevent the unions and workers of Lima from taking into their own hands the call of their brothers and sisters in Juliaca, Ayacucho, Cusco, Arequipa, Apurímac and the rest of the country for guaranteeing a powerful day of struggle and mobilization.
While these leaderships continue to play their full role against the mass struggle, the working class, the rebellious youth and the exploited are the ones who have continued to bear on their shoulders the ferocious US imperialism offensive on the whole Latin America, with starvation wages, loss of conquests, labor flexibilization, etc. Life shows that if we are not fine, if we are worse than before, it is because they prevented the success of the revolutionary insurgency of the masses that defeating the coup and over the rubble of the regime, could have made the workers and poor peasants take power.

With these leaderships we cannot fight!
Out with the union bureaucracy of the CGTP and all the collaborationist leaderships that want us to submit to our executioners!
The liberation of the workers will be the work of the workers themselves!

We must unify the workers' ranks and re-weld the workers' and peasants' alliance!

We must retake the revolutionary insurgency of worker and peasant Peru to expel imperialism and overthrow the government of Dina, the Congress and the entire Fujimorista regime!

To get this goal, we must recover the CGTP with the method of the rank and file assemblies and direct democracy to put it at the service of the struggle of the working class and all the oppressed of Peru!

For workers' committees by factory, company, mine, bank, civil construction works, health services, agricultural enterprise, committees of fishermen, teachers, etc. to defy the union bureaucracy and be able to fight for wage increases, better working conditions and an end to unemployment and labor slavery!

The self-determination organizations of the masses of workers and peasants throughout all the regions of Peru must be put back on their feet:

For a Workers and Peasants Congress, with base delegates voted in assembly from all the unions, workers, regions, peasants, students, from the rebellious youth, together with the rank and file soldiers that put up their committees in defiance of the murderous officialdom of the Armed Forces, so that never again will they assassinate a worker, peasant or young rebel!

The comrades of the "National Organization of Relatives of the Murdered and Victims of the Massacres" have all the authority to call for this. Only in this way, against the judges and prosecutors of the dictatorship who guarantee impunity for the murderers of our martyrs, will it be possible to achieve true justice, with the working class and the poor people taking in their hands from their organizations of struggle the fight for the trial and punishment of all the murderers, and the freedom of all the imprisoned fighters, like comrade Vladimir Molina.

This is the road to prepare the next mass onslaught and conquer the Revolutionary General Strike!
Out with murderous Dina, the coup Congress and the entire Fujimorista regime! We must expel imperialism to put an end to the plundering of lithium, gold, copper and all our wealth!

For the nationalization without compensation and under workers' control of all the mines, the banks and all the natural resources of Peru! Land for the poor peasants! Down with the contract laws with the transnational corporations!
There is the money for all our demands: Wages equal to the family basket for the entire working class! Free education and health for all! Decent work! Reduction of the working day without pay reduction and one more shift in all the companies and jobs in the state, with wages equal to the family basket for all! No youth without a job! No worker without bread!

Out with the IMF! Out with imperialism, its FTAs and the OAS! Out with US SouthCom and its military troops! Out with its military bases in Peru and all of Latin America!

To wage this fight and for worker and peasant Peru to stand up again, our best allies are fighting today in the US, led by the rebellious youth that occupy the universities shouting "Genocide Joe (Biden)", in support of the Palestinian people AND against the genocide by Zionism.
Meanwhile, from Gaza, the Palestinian trade unions are calling for an International General Strike this May 1st.

Throughout Peru: let us vote in assemblies in the factories, in the mines, in the unions, in the student and popular organizations, that this May Day we will stand with the martyred workers and exploited of Gaza! Gringos, Go Home!

For a workers', socialist and internationalist May Day!

This International Workers' Day, the workers and exploited of Peru and all of Latin America are suffering the ferocious offensive of the US imperialists who are coming for everything and can continue advancing in their plans because Stalinism from the Cuban Communist Party has just sold Cuba out to imperialism, while beating to a pulp the workers rebelling against the hunger they suffer because of capitalist restoration. In Chile, the Boric government and the Communist Party are the best administrators of the Pinochet regime, applying the plan that Milei, the lackeys of imperialism, wants to impose in Argentina, to take away from the working class all its conquests and colonize the nation.
It is these Stalinist currents, sustained by the renegades of Trotskyism, which were in charge of diverting and surrendering every revolutionary mass struggle in the continent, from Peru to Chile, from Ecuador to Colombia, etc. and even supported genocidist Biden in the USA with the excuse of "confronting Trump".

Against these leaderships, we the internationalist Trotskyists 1st affirm this May Day, more than ever, that the only alternative for the workers and exploited is to fight for the socialist revolution and to take up again the road of militant internationalism of the world working class to put an end to this bankrupt imperialist capitalist system that only brings us more hunger, barbarism, massacres and wars.
It is necessary to set up a revolutionary insurrectionalist combat party under the banners of the Fourth International to prepare the new revolutionary mass onslaught. Because in order to eat and live, in order to have justice and dignity, the next insurgency must be transformed into the victory of the socialist revolution, as part of a single anti-imperialist combat of the masses of the whole Americas so that the workers’ and peasants’ Cuba returns and we conquer victory in the streets of Washington and New York.

Peru will be socialist or a colony of Wall Street!

For the working class to live, imperialism must die!
