On Friday January 26, the first ruling of the International Court of Justice was known about the war of extermination and ethnic cleansing that the Zionist state has been carrying out on the Palestinian nation. The main point of it is that they assure Zionism is not yet committing genocide against the Palestinian people, therefore they will keep on holding sessions, while they ask the Zionist-fascist state of Israel to “take measures to prevent acts of genocide”.
The ICJ’s hypocrisy has no limits. In 116 days, the genocidal attack of Zionism has left over 26,000 dead, more than 7,000 disappeared under the rubbles, a huge devastation of the infrastructure, houses and buildings, which left 85% of the Gaza population displaced from their homes, thousands and thousands of new political prisoners, and after the ICJ ruling was known, the Zionist attack only got deeper. We are in the face of a new genocide and the International Court of Justice of the UN not only does not recognize it, but it asks Zionism to be careful in the massacre, because it could cause the mass actions for Palestine escalate in the world.
The ICJ ruling is just a recommendation to Netanyahu to be careful in how he is carrying out the Palestinian people ethnic cleansing operation. As if this were not enough, it also demands Hamas to free the hostages it has in exchange for nothing, not a ceasefire, not a prisoners exchange even when Zionism has thousands and thousands of Palestinian prisoners in its dungeons under the tortures of the worst Guantanamo-like methods.
How could we expect something different from the ICJ of the UN, which is under Biden and US imperialism’s command, the ones that lead the massacre that Zionism is carrying out? What other thing could we expect from the UN, which founded the Israel state over the base of the occupation of Palestine and its plan is the “two states solution”, that is to say, endorse the Zionist occupation, imprison the Palestinian people to ghettoes and refugee camps and the surrendering of Hamas and the Palestinian resistance?
What could we expect from the UN, whose members with veto power, such as Putin, made a genocide in Syria together with Bashar al-Assad, which equals to 100 times Gaza, on behalf of all the imperialist powers, to drown a revolution in blood?
The Palestinian resistance has taken the ruling of the ICJ, i.e., the request to Israel to prevent gencidal acts, to denounce that this occupant army continues the massacre. The organizations of the resistance have every right to use every tool they think is good to keep on fighting the invader. However, we have to tell the truth on the ICJ ruling: it refuses to recognize the genocide and provides an umbrella to continue the massacre.
This is what left currents in the world are hiding, as they consider the ruling “a blow to Zionism” and end up saying that with the ICJ they can stop such a genocide, which leads to prevent the actions in the world to stop the massacre in Palestine from developing and to subordinate them to the UN’s designs, that is to say, to the executioners of the masses and the scam of the “two state solution”. Not to mention the Stalinist currents internationally which want to transform the demonstrations in a pressure on that court. In fact, one of its variants, the ANC in the South African government, was the promoter of this policy and which presented the case in the ICJ.
Meanwhile, in the UN there are the officials of the Palestinian Authority, who refuse to turn their guns against Zionism, despite it is attacking their people in the West Bank, and keep on creating illusions that in meetings with the US imperialist butchers such a massacre can be stopped.
Let’s stop the genocide by defeating the Zionist state! Free Palestine from the river to the sea!
To stop the genocide there is no depending on the UN. The commander in chief of the massacre is the same one leading it. The “two state solution”, as we said, only would mean the surrendering of Palestine and the recognition of the Zionist occupation. Let’s condemn the ICJ ruling, which only covers up the Zionist genocide on Palestine for it to continue exterminating the resistance and imposing the surrender!
The only solution is the victory of the Palestinian nation. For the destruction of the Zionist-fascist state of Israel!
Recognize Hamas and the organizations of the Palestinian resistance as belligerent army and send them weapons! As the meeting of the Palestinian resistance gathered together almost a month ago in Beirut raised, for representatives to be elected of all the Palestinian nation (of those in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon, etc.) to set up a National Palestine Assembly over its entire territory… Free Palestine from the river to the sea!
Open the fronts in the whole diaspora of Palestine and in all the Middle Eastern countries. Total war! Let the fronts of Lebanon, Golan, Jordan and Egypt be opened! Let’s follow the example of Yemen and attack the Zionist state and the transnational companies that supply and support it as its gendarme in the region!
Imperialism's trade routes must be closed! Expropriation of all the oil wells of the imperialist companies that plunder the black gold! With the exception of Yemen, no government in the region has taken any of these steps in support of the Palestinian masses... they are also complicit in the genocide and the siege of the martyred Gaza.
Let’s break the siege on Gaza!
From the unions and the worker and antiimperialist organizations of the world, we have to organize a campaign of contributions of a day-wage per worker to get funds, food, medicines and supplies to the resistance. Let’s break the siege on Gaza! They cannot continue fighting alone.
Let’s do as in Yemen in the whole world!
The workers can hit where it hurt the most to Zionism and its bosses: attacking the profits of imperialism and the capitalists… For an international general strike, as called by the Palestinian unions and SiCobas of Italy! Let’s break and expel Histadrut (a Zionist union-bosses central, key stronghold of the occupation) from all the worker groupings and of world trade union federations!
The working class in USA can hit Biden from the heart of the imperialist beast. Paralyze the imperialist and Zionist war machine, shutting down the ports, airports and not loading the ships that arm Zionism!
Against the notorious policy of trying to subordinate the international solidarity with Palestine to the feet of the ICJ and the UN, we call to set up an international unitary coordination committee to wage this fight. Huge forces of the working class and the exploited internationally have risen up. They don’t deserve to be taken to the dead end of the UN, but to the victory of the Palestinian nation, which would mean the victory of all the exploited of the planet and a defeat to imperialism in its offensive against the workers and the oppressed peoples of the world.
For the working class to live, imperialism and all its agents must die!
