During this week, marches were held in different countries around the world in commemoration of May 15, the day of the Palestinian Nakba (catastrophe), on which the Palestinian people were massacred and expelled from their land at the hands of the Zionist occupier. Thus, marches were held in different cities in the United States, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Pakistan, Turkey, Finland, Brazil, Lebanon and in Ramallah itself (West Bank, Palestine) where there was a rally and sirens that rang for 76 seconds for the 76 years of occupation. Likewise, the fight of university students to stop the massacre in Palestine continues to expand to takeovers and encampments in ever more universities around the world.
