The Palestinian masses do not surrender

The cease-fire: a provisional agreement…

Let’s prepare the mass counter-offensive throughout the Middle East and internationally until the Zionist-fascist state of Israel is destroyed!

Since Sunday, January 19, a ceasefire has been brokered in Gaza, after 470 days of brutal genocide and devastation carried out by Zionism. Tens of thousands and thousands of dead and missing, devastated infrastructure, including hospitals, mosques, schools and homes, deteriorating the survival conditions of the Palestinian masses to such an extent that children died starving to death and from treatable diseases.
Despite such genocide, Zionism could not succeed in Gaza. It could not occupy the territory. It encountered a heroic civil war of the Palestinian masses fighting from under the rubble and among the mass graves and inflicted enormous casualties on the fascist occupier. The resistance in the West Bank also sought to enter the fray alongside their brethren in Gaza and clashed with the collaborationist PLO forces who sought by all means to keep that front closed.
At the same time, there was an enormous movement of solidarity with Palestine at international level that stopped the fascist hand of Zionism, with mobilizations in the main cities of the world, with blockade of ships supplying the State of Israel, with the Yemeni nation interrupting the passage of imperialist commerce in the Red Sea and with the youth and workers of the US flooding the streets and confronting the bosses of Zionism (like Biden and now Trump) in the heart of the imperialist beast.

In addition, the second Syrian revolution stood up and defeated al-Assad, Putin, Iran, who were guarding the Golan border in favor of Zionism. For 15 months, Zionism was able to focus its fire on Gaza because it had these borders well guarded. Neither al-Assad, nor Putin with his military bases in Tartus and Latakia, nor Iran which had 70,000 men of its Guard in Syria fired a single salvo against Zionism, thus encircling the Palestinian masses to be massacred. With these Zionist lackey forces defeated and expelled from Syria by the masses, Zionism had to intervene directly by invading Syria in the face of a new front that was opening up.
For all this, Zionism could not go all the way and had to accelerate the signing of this cease-fire, where, in this so-called first phase, it must withdraw its troops from the urban areas of Gaza, allow the entry of humanitarian aid, and exchange hostages (33 Zionists for about 2000 Palestinians).
However, Zionism did not stand idly by and took the agreement for granted and, while there was a celebration for the return of the 90 Palestinians held hostage by the occupier, the latter's troops were already carrying out raids in Jenin and other parts of the West Bank and took more than 60 new hostages to their prisons of torture, disease and death.

The ceasefire, a circumstantial agreement

It is worth mentioning that the ceasefire is only a circumstantial agreement, which only establishes what is known as the first phase of the ceasefire, which would initially last 60 days. This is not a peace plan like the Oslo Accords of 1993, much less a Camp David pact for the recognition of the State of Israel.
On the contrary... THE PALESTINIAN MASSES HAVE NOT SURRENDERED. They take this agreement as a triumph that they stopped the genocide of Zionism in Gaza, but it still continues with its firepower and seeking to advance in the counterrevolutionary offensive of imperialism, as demonstrated in the raids and attacks in the West Bank especially massacring in Jenin with what it has called “Iron Wall Operation”, or with its occupation of areas of Lebanon and also, with the complicity of the new government of Al Jolani, occupying southern Syria.
The Palestinian masses celebrate and welcome their prisoners who are released by the thousands. Families are reunited. They have flooded the streets showing that the struggle against the occupier is more alive than ever. They have every right to that and much more. They have the right to rebuild their homes, to watch over their martyrs, to take a breath in the face of so much massacre. Their leadership in the midst of this war has every right to sign any agreement it deems necessary to prevent the bombs from falling and the massacre of their people from continuing.
But what no leadership of the workers' organizations at the international level has the right is to use this cease-fire as if it were a peace plan and to invent any pretext to call to stop fighting against Zionism, imperialism's gendarme, which continues to occupy Syria and Lebanon and to massacre in Jenin. This is not the time to disorganize our ranks but on the contrary, to reorganize them to launch a counter-offensive throughout the Middle East and internationally. There can only be full liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea and a strategic defeat of imperialism in the region with the destruction of its Zionist gendarme.
The Zionist genocide in Gaza was a step by imperialism to regain full control of the oil routes, but not the only one.

The war of extermination and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people that Zionism carried out in Gaza was part of a counter-offensive of U.S. imperialism to regain full control of the oil routes in the Middle East by putting its direct agent: the Zionist gendarme. Using its fascist agent to put its order in the region is crucial for imperialism.
When revolutions broke out across the region in 2011, Zionism could not fire a shot. It had lost firepower, since had it intervened, it would have unified all the masses of the region in a single struggle to defeat it. The fact is that the chain of revolutions back then could only triumph by liberating Jerusalem, destroying Zionism, which would have meant a strategic defeat for U.S. imperialism.

Today, if Zionism has regained its firepower and has been able to massacre Gaza, bomb Lebanon and invade Syria, it is because that huge chain of revolutions has been defeated. They kept the Palestinian masses separate from the Syrian masses, and it ended up badly for both. The heroic Syrian revolution of 2011 was drowned in blood by al-Assad, Putin and Iran, with 600,000 dead, hundreds of thousands of prisoners killed under torture in prison-tombs, 15 million refugees... The more the troops of al-Assad, Putin and the Iranian ayatollahs advanced on the Syrian revolution, the more firepower Zionism regained.
But still Zionism has not been able to return as the great gendarme of the region yet after being stopped in Gaza. However, imperialism continues this counterrevolutionary offensive with its gendarme on several fronts. One of them is Lebanon, where it has occupied areas of that country thanks to the Shiite clerics who signed a cease-fire agreement by which they withdrew all the troops of the resistance and left the control of the border to the fascist Maronite bourgeoisie, murderers of the Palestinians of Sabra and Shatila in the '80s.
Another one is in Syria, where it has occupied more than 500 square kilometers of the Houran area, a land rich in agriculture, and controlled the Golan Heights and its large reserve of fresh water from which it draws 33% of what it needs of this resource. It was able to do it again thanks to the pacts with HTS as Jolani has called not to confront the invader and let it occupy, even as the Syrian masses in those areas have taken the streets against the Zionist occupation tirelessly.

The third is in the West Bank, where just one day after the implementation of the ceasefire in Gaza, the Zionist gangs carried out a new violent attack on the Jenin refugee camp or in the villages of Al-Funduq and Jinsafut, burning Palestinian houses, vehicles and stores. Again,they have counted on the complicity of the PLO, which after besieging Jenin has now withdrawn to encircle it and leave the area liberated for Zionism to massacre the resistance.
Down with the counterrevolutionary pacts of the bourgeoisies of the region with Zionism and the US imperialism!
In the operation of extermination and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people in Gaza launched by Zionism since October 7, 2023, it counted on the complicity of all the bourgeoisies of the region. All of them encircled Gaza leaving it resisting alone. Not a single shot was fired by al-Assad, Putin or Iran from Syria. The Shiite clerics of Lebanon made an effort not to enter into battle; and when Zionism attacked and was beginning to be defeated by a huge mass civil war, which prevented it from advancing, they signed a unilateral cease-fire to close that front. They handed over the weapons and the positions from where the Palestinian masses of southern Lebanon were confronting Zionism, and left the fascist army of the Maronite bourgeoisie, murderers of Sabra and Shatila, as guardians.
Iran threatened to wage a devastating war against Zionism and yet surrendered almost without firing a single shot. It made a pact with US imperialism for a “nuclear non-proliferation plan and peace in the Middle East”. They assassinated the president of Hamas in Tehran itself, and gave no explanation for it.

The PLO encircled and besieged the resistance in Jenin, Nablus and other areas in the West Bank. Its forces are engaged in persecuting, assassinating, and detaining in their prisons Palestinian resistance fighters who seek to confront Zionism in the West Bank.
As we see, we are facing agents of imperialism, but different from Zionism. They show themselves as friends of the Palestinian masses, but they have made real counter-revolutionary pacts with Zionism and imperialism, as we have seen both to encircle Gaza and to cover the back of the occupier in its invasion of Syria, its occupation of Lebanon and the counter-revolutionary offensive on the Palestinian resistance in Jenin and the whole West Bank. They are key agents, since thanks to all these counter-revolutionary pacts, they allow Zionism to have firepower and use it. That is to say, one agent does not work unless the other is acting as well.

Faced with the failure of the plan for Zionism to take Gaza, the imperialist general staff decided to make its fascist agent retreat and therefore now seeks to make its other agent play, which is the PLO and the bourgeoisies of the region, so that they enter as Trojan Horses and impose the surrender from within. Of course, it leaves Zionism pointing a gun to the head of the Palestinian masses with Netanyahu declaring that he will restart hostilities when he has to, as seen in the incursions he is carrying out in the West Bank. Thus, Zionism wants to terrorize the masses, which in turn strengthens the other agent who disorganizes them from within so that he can play his role better, as he threatens to restart the war if they do not accept the surrender plan.
The PLO has already declared that it is ready to take over the administration in Gaza, displace Hamas, get it to disarm and build a Palestinian state from the UN with a government of national unity. That is to say, the old policy of the two states so that the Zionist occupation continue and remain as the prison guards of the Palestinian people, in charge of disarming and imposing defeat on the resistance.
Imperialism wants to win at the negotiating table what it could not conquer militarily. It may even use its PLO agents and UN missions to carry out the policy that the Trojan Horses did in the Yarmouk camp during the Syrian revolution when it was surrounded, besieged and massacred by al-Assad: to make the masses surrender their weapons in exchange for bread and humanitarian aid, using the hunger of the masses as a weapon of war, and with Zionism threatening to massacre again if the plan is not imposed.

This plan of surrender of the Palestinian masses is supported by Stalinism, first of all by Palestinian Stalinism, like the FDLP which issued a statement calling to impose such a plan. The same Stalinism at the international level that yesterday called for the solidarity movement to be taken to pressure the UN so that its ICJ and its ICC condemn Zionism for war crimes and genocide, now calls for the UN to guarantee humanitarian aid and a Palestinian state alongside the State of Israel. Always with the UN and the two states is the policy of Stalinism, both in Palestine as the CP that has five MPs in the Zionist parliament, as well as at the international level that apply this same policy together with their left-wing allies, the renegades of Trotskyism.
It is necessary to prepare a counter-offensive of the exploited of the Middle East and at the international level until the Zionist-fascist State of Israel is destroyed!
The next 60 days will be crucial. It is the moment to regroup forces of the exploited of the Middle East and internationally to prepare a counter-offensive against Zionism and imperialism. For this, it is necessary to start from overthrowing all the counterrevolutionary pacts of the Middle East bourgeoisies.

We must seize the police stations of the PLO lackeys in the West Bank and disarm them in order to be able to march armed to confront Zionism!
May all the fronts against Zionism in the whole Middle East be open! Let us tear down the Rafah wall supported and guarded by the dictatorship of Al Sisi! Down with the pact of the Lebanese Shiite bourgeoisie and all the bourgeoisies of the region with Zionism and the US that encircle the Palestinian masses!
Gaza cannot remain isolated... From the Syrian revolution we must confront the occupying Zionist army to recover the Golan and push them into the sea! Zionism out of Syria and Lebanon!

The government of Al Jolani, as complicit with Zionism as al-Assad, must be disowned! Today this man of HTS, under the leadership of Turkey, lets its invading troops occupy Syrian territory, just as he lets the US bases and oil companies in the north plunder the oil. The Syrian revolution has a lot to say in the struggle against Zionism and all the invading troops in Syria to take back their nation, and for this they need to extend, develop and coordinate their dual power bodies and wage the same battle as the Palestinian masses against Zionism.
We know that the allies of the Palestinian masses are not the Iranian theocracy, which has made a pact with Zionism and the US imperialism, but the Iranian working-class movement, which will be able to put an end to that murderous regime if it rises up together with its Palestinian siblings in a common struggle.

The working class of the Middle East has in its arsenal a powerful missile, which is to attack the property of imperialism and the capitalists... IT IS NECESSARY TO EXPROPRIATE THE OIL WELLS OF THE IMPERIALIST TRANSNATIONALS IN ALL MAGHREB AND MIDDLE EAST, AND THE CENTRAL BANKS OF THEIR LACKEY REGIMES!
The counter-offensive of the masses of the Middle East must start from a total war against Zionism. Because if it triumphs, it will return as the great gendarme against all the exploited of the region. The battle of Gaza and all Palestine is a key stage of the revolution of the entire Maghreb and Middle East, and defeating Zionism is not a task of the Palestinian masses alone, but of the exploited of the entire region. That is why there will be no solution for Gaza and all Palestine if it is not in a joint struggle of North Africa and the Middle East,as the revolutions of the region triumph in Jerusalem.

The same struggle against the same enemy! Free Palestine from the river to the sea! For the destruction of the Zionist-fascist State of Israel!
International solidarity must be redoubled! Let's flood the streets all over the world! INTERNATIONAL GENERAL STRIKE!
This is not the time for the solidarity movements with the Palestinian people that stood up internationally to leave the streets, on the contrary. It is necessary to redouble the actions for the Palestinian masses. It is that, as we said, it is not a battle of the Palestinian masses only, nor of the workers only of the Middle East, but of the world working class. If Zionism advances, what advances is the imperialist offensive on the planet, which expands more misery, barbarism, war and massacres against the masses. The trench of the world working class is in Palestine!

The working class in the U.S. and the imperialist countries has much to say by confronting the imperialist beast from within, paralyzing the war machine, carrying out actions like those of the brave Yemeni nation blocking the supply of arms to Zionism and imperialist trade.
But above all, the world working class can also attack imperialism where it hurts the most: in its profits, its property and its pockets. International general strike!
The Palestinian resistance organizations must be recognized as a belligerent army in order to send weapons to them.
The unions and workers and students’ organizations must collect one day's wage per worker to raise funds to send medicines, supplies, weapons and volunteers to Gaza and fight to defeat Zionism together with the Palestinian resistance and together with the exploited masses of the Maghreb and the Middle East.
