It has already been 8 days of revolutionary days in deep Peru, in which the workers and poor peasants have taken to the streets to fight with the war cry Out Boluarte! Everybody out! Dissolve the Congress! Every day, the exploited advanced in their struggle, they burned down police stations, burned down state institutions such as prosecutors or offices of the Public Ministry, looted some banking institutions. They waged enormous combats in the streets against the murderous police, made indefinite strikes in the southern regions, set up roadblocks in at least 216 points nationwide, attacking strategic locations for the businesses of the bourgeoisie. The workers and poor peasants of deep Peru, tired of this rotten fujimorist regime that all these years has guaranteed the business of the transnationals, have heroically stood up in revolutionary days of struggle.
The masses advanced one more step each day in their struggle. This is why the government declared a state of emergency for 30 days throughout the country. This only further inflamed the rage of the exploited, thus 5,000 artisanal miners from Caraveli and Ayacucho continue to block the Panamericana Sur route in Chala-Arequipa. Likewise, demonstrators traveled in trucks or other vehicles from Cuzco to join the fight in the streets of Lima. That is why the Boluarte government, together with the Minister of Defense and Interior, decreed yesterday, December 15, a curfew for 5 days, in 15 provinces in the south of the country, to stop the revolutionary struggle of the masses from the deep Peru reached the streets of Lima.

This way, in a new counterrevolutionary action, the Armed Forces, which were trained by the Pentagon, repressed with helicopters and threw teargas at the demonstrations. Likewise they also went out with their tanks to the streets, and thus massacred and shed more worker and peasant blood, mainly in the Ayacucho region where 8 exploited were murdered at point-blank range, adding to the 6 in Apurímac, 3 in La Libertad, 1 in Cusco, 1 in Junín and 1 in Arequipa , a total of 20 workers killed at the hands of the police and the armed forces.

That is the bloody response of the murderous government of Boluarte, who stated that she would call general elections for 2024, while Congress denied the early general elections for December 2023. Thus, the bourgeoisie and imperialism seek a way out of their crisis, which for now has decided to keep the police and the armed forces in the streets to protect their property and that the revolutionary struggle of the regions does not penetrate Lima and sweep away the entire Fujimorist regime and the puppet congress.

While the heroic Peruvian people stands up leaving their dead, the treacherous Stalinist leadership of the CGTP, on its knees, asks for the crisis to be resolved by the bourgeoisie. For days they have met with the murderer Boluarte demanding her to call for elections. Also, while the masses have taken to the streets in deep Peru with indefinite strikes, with 8 enormous revolutionary days, this Stalinist leadership called for a "National Day of Struggle" for yesterday December 15, which was just a walk through Lima. The bureaucracy of the CGTP historically has the role of dividing the struggle of the exploited of deep Peru with Lima, and in this case it takes care that the workers and peasants do not unite in the same combat in the capital.

At the end of the day, the leaders of the CGTP gave a press conference where they advised the exploiters on how to respect the Fujimorist constitution and that this corrupt Congress of murderers of the people has to call new elections for April of next year with candidates “who have no complaints with the prosecution”, that is, “honest” bourgeois and with “clean hands”. This is what they said: "We, the workers, and from the CGTP ask that this Congress, which is discredited and has 90% disapproval, to immediately approve a cut in the presidential term and call elections."

Also, the treacherous Stalinist bureaucracy of Patria Roja not only gives advice to the bourgeoisie, and ends up supporting this regime that is falling apart, but also calls “vandals” to the young workers and peasants who have come out against the institutions of this rotten and murderous Fujimorist regime, that comes out with just hatred after the murder of 20 of their comrades, for the hundreds of wounded and detainees. This is what they say: “We, from the CGTP, do not support violence. We do not support those malicious individuals who, taking advantage of the legitimate claim that the people have, are generating chaos; they are attacking the physical integrity of citizens or police officers. Neither do we support or approve the attitude of some vandals who attack public property and private property”. As if that were not enough, this treacherous leadership defends the property of the exploiters.

This same treacherous Stalinist leadership is responsible for bringing the working class to its knees to each government in turn serving imperialism. They are the same ones who put us at the feet of the Castillo government, which they painted as “progressive”, while attacking the impoverished people with inflation and the high cost of living. Enough of leaders, friends of the ministers and governments, who divide us and surrender the fight behind the backs of the workers! They are traitors of the people's blood! Open the road to the worker and peasant alliance!

We must expel the rotten bureaucracy of the Communist Party and Patria Roja of the CGTP! The attack is against all workers! We must unify all the sectors in struggle by setting up a NATIONAL STRUGGLE COMMITTEE of all the workers, with rotating grassroots delegates and a mandate that can be revoked by the grassroots! Only in this way will we be able to coordinate the struggle of the regions and Lima, weld a workers and peasants alliance and a revolutionary General Strike until all the corrupt and murderers of the Fujimorist regime get out.

Every day there are more dead and wounded and there are already 71 detainees by the repressive and murderous forces of the workers. Enough! Freedom to all prisoners for fighting! Dissolve the police and the army officers’ caste who seeks to irrigate the streets with more worker and peasant blood! For committees of common soldiers who move onto the side of the people with their weapons! Let's march to the barracks to look for our sons, husbands of workers and peasants who are under arms in the army.

For a revolutionary worker and peasant government that breaks with the bourgeoisie and all its corrupt gangs and lackeys of the US. Only with that government and with arms in hand we will we be able to achieve all our demands such as bread and work, expropriating without payment and placing under workers' control the banks, the transnationals, the mines and the lands of the rich throughout the country. Even a truly free Constituent Assembly from US imperialism can only be guaranteed by this revolutionary government of the armed exploited masses, on the ruin of the Fujimorist regime of US military bases.

Without delay: Let’s take to the streets of the whole Latin America!
Yesterday it was the massacre and the fascist coup in Bolivia. They also massacred the revolutionary struggles in Colombia. In Chile and Ecuador they irrigate with worker and popular blood... Now in Peru they massacre the uprising of the poor people filling the workers and peasants families with mourning and pain. We must defeat the Fujimorist regime and the murderers Armed Forces who are trained in the US military bases!

It is necessary to break with the bourgeoisie and the governments that are servants of imperialism, to organize right now: a day of international and anti-imperialist combat throughout the continent!
