CASTILLO, DRESSED YESTERDAY AS "PROGRESSIVE" BY THE REFORMIST LEFT, TODAY PRONOUNCES THAT AMERICA IS FOR AMERICANS

We must expropriate the transnationals that are bleeding the nation dry!

 THE CGTP MUST BREAK WITH CASTILLO AND THE PARTIES OF THE REGIME STAINED WITH WORKER AND PEASANT BLOOD

In these months of Pedro Castillo's government, he has proven to be one of the best agents of imperialism, the IMF and the transnationals, and the defender of the Fujimorista regime. That is why Castillo is a "lemon" squeezed by imperialism to attack the masses, get them off the streets and guarantee business to the transnationals in the midst of a crack in the Peruvian economy strangled by them.
Now Castillo was seen at the Ninth Summit of the Americas together with Biden assuring him that in Peru there is legal security for businessmen and transnationals. And how could there not be, if until now he has opened the doors to US troops so that they can instruct the Armed Forces and the Peruvian police to take care of the businesses of the whole of imperialism and businessmen. So, it is not surprising that Castillo ended his speech at the Summit with the phrase "America for the Americans", which is the phrase forever linked to the fact that Latin America is the Gringos' "backyard".
Given this scenario, unfortunately the leadership of the CGTP, in the hands of Stalinism, plays the sinister role of submitting the workers to the Castillo government. Likewise, as part of this policy of support for the "progressive" bourgeois, the "left" comprised of former Trotskyists called for a vote for Castillo against the "right" and today we see him apply the same plans as the Fujimoristas of servitude and prostration before the US imperialists, which amounts to only misery and death for the workers and peasants. This is why all the groups an currents of this left have to give an explanation to the entire working class base as to why they have applied this policy of class collaboration calling to support this pro-Gringos government. In short, they have to take responsibility for all the anti- worker plans that Castillo is applying.
For Castillo is demonstrating at every step that he is the faithful agent of imperialism by repaying the fraudulent external debt to the IMF to the letter at the cost of throwing inflation over the workers and peasants, with an unbearable cost of living, with layoffs in the factories, with the increase in unemployment and informal work. So, as these leaderships of the working class defend Castillo, while the desperate middle class takes to the streets due to hunger, they see the leadership of the CGTP supporting this anti-worker government. In this way, the ranks of the labor movement are divided and weakened, and in turn a proto- fascist movement is rising among the ruined sectors of the middle classes. Today the bourgeoisie is testing whether the conditions are ripe for a new coup as in Bolivia, where the fascist Media Luna committed one in 2019, to which, faced with the cowardice of the bourgeoisie of Evo Morales, it was the workers and peasants who put the chest to the bullets of the army and the police in the face of the coup orchestrated by the OAS.
Just as the leadership of the Bolivian Worker Central Union (COB) does, today in Peru the workers' leadership of the CGTP divides the workers' ranks. We also see the management of the Mining Federation that has left thousands of hungry and unemployed miners to their fate, who are used by small slaveowner bosses, and follow the routes of southern Peru looking for minerals to take them to the black market of intermediaries or of the same mining transnationals.
In this way, at the beginning of June, these artisanal and informal miners clashed tragically with the miners of the Intigold Mining SA in that search, leaving a tragic balance of 7 dead miners and to date there are already 14 deceased artisanal miners, 3 missing, several injured and 31 detained in the districts of Caraveli and Ático, located in the province of Caravelí in the region of Arequipa. In response, the repressive government of Castillo has decreed on June 10 the militarization of that mining area, declaring a state of emergency managed by the repressive Police and the Armed Forces that were trained by the US imperialists.
Enough of leaderships like those of the Mining Federation, which has left the unemployed miners alone and who today tragically collide with the employed miners who are exploited by the transnationals that plunder and pollute the lands of poor peasants. It is urgent and necessary to expropriate all mining companies without compensation and under workers' control, such as IntigolMining and all the mining companies, who do lucrative business while minerals are through the roof and wages are through the floor. Only in this way will we be able to distribute working hours so that all the unemployed can go to work.
Enough of worker deaths! Enough of this Stalinist leadership of the CGTP, accomplice to the government! While there is hunger and death for the exploited, the leadership of the CGTP and the entire left of the continent only tell the masses that they have to pressure Castillo so that a Constituent Assembly is a favorable solution for them, when in reality what they do is prostrating the workers at the feet of the anti- worker government of Castillo, in this way this Constituent Assembly is only a rope around the neck for the workers and poor peasants.
Before it is too late, from the workers' base and the base assemblies, an emergency worker and peasant Congress must be called, to impose from the bases that the CGTP urgently break with the anti- worker government of Castillo, agent of the IMF, the bankers and imperialism. In order to elaborate a unified plan of struggle and prepare for the General Strike until Castillo and the entire Fujimorista regime leaves.
For only a provisional government of workers and peasants supported by the militias of common soldiers, will be able to break with the IMF and nationalize all mining, banks, land and transnational companies without compensation and under workers' control to obtain decent and quality work for everyone. Only that government will be able to expropriate the entire food marketing chain, setting up the peasant, worker and consumer committees.
Before it is too late, it is necessary to call for unionization of the common soldiers so that they become organized to defend the poor people because security must fall into the hands of worker and peasant militias. As we saw at the beginning of May, the caste of pro-Gringos army officers will be ready, under Castillo's orders or without him, to militarize Peru and impose "order," which is hunger for Peruvian masses and looting of the country by imperialism. Down the state of siege in the mining regions!

Moreover, only this worker and peasant government supported by its militias, will be able to call for a Free and Sovereign Constituent Assembly, so that on top of the rubble of the Fujimorista regime and its caste of officers, it can break with imperialism and gives land to the poor peasant.

America and the world for the workers and poor peasants! For the working class to live, imperialism must die!
Out with the US military bases from Peru and Latin America! Gringos go home!
