One year after the bloody coup by the US imperialists, Boluarte and the generals of the Fujimorista Armed Forces

Imperialism from the Southern Command of the Pentagon and its servants of the regime of the '93 Constitution, organized the coup to directly gran and keep Peruvian lithium and all our wealth and to renew the law contracts in mining at the service of the USA transnational corporations.

The workers, the exploited youth, the poor peasants and the common people received repression, prison and massacres, and a ferocious attack to redouble the super-exploitation, poverty wages, hellish working hours and an unbearable high cost of living.

And after the prosecutors, the government and the Constitutional Court spent more than a week trying to distract us with “smoke screens,” not only all the murderers of the 80 brothers massacred in Juliaca, Ayacucho and the rest of the regions of Peru remain unpunished: NOW THE GENOCIDAL FUJIMORI HAS BEEN RELEASED. Enough!

Out with Dina the murderer, the coup Congress and the entire Fujimori regime!

Out with imperialism!

That was the cry of the phenomenal mass revolutionary insurgency that shook Peru starting on December 7 of last year and deepened during January and February of the current year.
While the bourgeoisie of Pedro Castillo surrendered cowardly and gave up to the dictates of the Fujimorista justice, it was the workers, peasants and youth who faced the counterrevolutionary coup of the United States and the regime, with a huge uprising to overthrow the Boluarte government and the entire regime, which massacred 80 comrades, whereas thousands were injured and several people were detained and are still imprisoned for fighting.
Everyone wants us to forget that the exploited, surpassing the union bureaucracies, organized themselves and set up unitary organizations of workers, peasants, students and all the masses in struggle at the regional level such as the Committees of Struggle and Defense Fronts, the Macro-Regional Coordinator of the South and the National Committee of Struggle of the Regions of Peru to centralize the struggle at the national level.

There were plenty of conditions to defeat the coup, oust Dina and blow up the damned Fujimori regime. It was the leaderships, headed by the Stalinist bureaucracy of the CGTP, in the hands of the Communist Party and Patria Roja, which betrayed and divided this enormous revolutionary mass attack and boycotted the revolutionary general strike, what amounted clearly to a support for the coup government.
The union bureaucrats dedicated themselves to negotiating with Boluarte herself and played their full role in subjecting the exploited to traps of an “advance of elections”, the “restitution of Pedro Castillo” or a fraudulent “plebiscite for a Constituent Assembly” to prevent Dina from falling by the hands of the revolutionary offensive and saved the power of the dominant classes that oppress us, starve us and murder us. All this with the collaboration of representatives of Castillo's cowardly bourgeoisie and parties like Verónika Mendoza's Nuevo Perú, which signed statements in support of Boluarte and is plagued by coup-mongering congressmen.

The masses fought. It was the traitor leaders who gave them down. Thanks to this, the government, Congress and the entire regime, widely hated by all the people, were able to continue advancing in strictly fulfilling the plans of US imperialism against the working class and the exploited, with the entry of more US bases and marines, the inclusion of Peru in the “Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity” (APEP), USA initiative to deepen its offensive to recolonize Latin America, and now the freedom of US imperialism’s man, the dictator Fujimori.

Despite and against these directions, throughout the current year there were dozens of attempts by the exploited to resume that revolutionary path, as was also seen in the mass actions of July, within the framework of the “Third Taking of Lima” while the relatives of the martyrs of Ayacucho and Juliaca go on fighting for justice and different struggles developed of agricultural workers, mining workers, university professors, teachers and health workers for their just demands.

It is necessary yo unify the worker ranks and re-weld the worker and peasant alliance!

It is s a must to resume the revolutionary insurgency of worker and peasant Peru to expel imperialism and overthrow the Dina government, the Congress and the entire Fujimorista regime!

To do this, from the working class base, we must open the way to defeat the traitor bureaucrats of the union centers and the unions that gave up the revolutionary mass combat and every day sellout the salary, the work and all the demands of the labor movement. With these leaderships it is impossible to fight!

Out with the Stalinist union bureaucracy!

They are the bureaucracy of the Fujimorista regime, guardians of the Dina government and guarantors of the US imperialists’ theft of lithium, gold, copper and all our wealth, over the hunger and misery of the people!

We must recover the CGTP with the method of base assemblies and direct democracy to put it at the service of the struggle of the working class and all the oppressed of Peru!

For factory, company and mine committees of civil construction workers, agricultural laborers, bank clerks, fishers, health workers, teachers, etc.! to disobey the union bureaucracy and be able to fight for increased wages, better working conditions and an end to unemployment and labor slavery!

For a Workers' and Peasants' Congress, with rank-and-file delegates voted in an assembly of all the unions, workers, regions, peasants, students, the rebellious youth, together with the rank-and-file soldiers who set up their committees in disobedience of the murderous officers of the Armed Forces

For the Revolutionary General Strike until everyone of them, bosses politicians AND exploiters, go away for good!

Nationalization of all mines, banks and all natural resources of Peru! The land for the poor peasant! Down with the “contracts law” with transnational companies! There we can find the money so that there is bread, work, wages, education, health, housing and all the just demands of the exploited!

For wages equal to the family basket for the entire working class! Free education and health for everybody! Decent jobs! Reduction of the working day and one more shift in all companies and state jobs, with a salary equal to the family basket for everyone! No labor-age people without work! No worker without bread!

Out with the IMF! Out with imperialism, its FTAs and the OAS! Out with the US Southern Command and its military troops! Out with their military bases in Peru and all of Latin America!

Dissolution of the officer caste of the Fujimorista Armed Forces, which is supervised by US and their Fourth Pacific Fleet! Dissolution of the police and all repressive forces of the State!
The people have the right to defend themselves: Self-defense committees!

The blood that has been shed will never be forgotten!
Jail to genocidal Fujimori, murderous Dina and all the coup plotters!

Against the judges and prosecutors of the Fujimorista justice system who guarantee the impunity of the repressors and executioners of the people, for workers' and popular courts, headed by the relatives of our massacred brothers, to judge and punish all the murderers of our martyrs!

Freedom for Vladimir Molina, Cusco and Ayacucho comrades and all the political prisoners for fighting! For the acquittal and de-processing of all the fighters!

For a provisional revolutionary worker and peasant government, based on the self-determination organizations of the masses, which is the only one that would even be able to guarantee a truly free and sovereign Constituent Assembly, imposed on the rubble of the Fujimorista regime, the defeat of the caste of murderous officers of the Armed Forces and the expulsion of imperialism and its troops and military bases from our nation

Open the road to the anti-imperialist unity of the exploited of Latin America with the workers of the United States! Let’s stand up together with the Palestinian masses!

Imperialism is coming for everything, as is demonstrated by the coup in Peru and now by the ferocious massacre of Palestinians by the Zionist state of Israel, which for two months has been imposing a true genocide against the Palestinian people, reducing Gaza to rubble with its bombings and already murdering more than 17,000 Palestinians, including 7,000 children and more than 4,300 women. We must stop the genocide in Gaza! The same enemy, the same combat!

For this reason, the working class and all the exploited of Peru must make our own the call for solidarity that the Palestinian unions have made to paralyze the war machine of the United States and Zionism. We have to fight alongside the workers and peasants of Latin America and the US American working class, like the striking workers in the automotive industry and the dock workers who paralyze the shipment of weapons and supplies to the fascist army of Israel.
