In one month of the coup government of Dina Boluarte, almost 50 workers and peasants have been killed, hundreds have been seriously wounded and several have been imprisoned for fighting, but the masses do not leave the streets and persist in their revolutionary struggle

To smash the counterrevolutionary coup of the Fujimorista regime and the Armed Forces, organized by the USA, and to defeat the government of Boluarte, the Congress and the genocidal military:

The road has been marked by the rebelled exploited of the South who organize their struggle from the Macro-regional Coordinating Committee

It is necessary to generalize and extend the Coordinating Committees of the workers and peasants of the South to Lima and all of Peru in order to centralize the struggle on a national level!

For worker and peasant militias to crush the coup!
Open the way to the rank-and-file soldiers' committees!

The CGTP must break with the bourgeoisie!
For the workers' and peasants' alliance!
General Insurrectionary Strike until they all go away for good!

It is now 10 days since the heroic uprising of the masses in Peru, which began again on  January 4th in continuity with the revolutionary struggle that began in December against the counter-revolutionary coup of the Fujimorista regime.

In response, the murderous government of Boluarte with its armed forces and police, under the command of the Pentagon and US imperialism, has given the order to massacre the masses of deep Peru, leaving almost 50 workers and peasants murdered in different massacres like in Ayacucho, Cusco and the bloodiest one in Juliaca-Puno. Likewise, there are hundreds of seriously wounded people who are struggling between life and death in the hospitals that today cannot cope with so many wounded and massacred. In addition to this, there are several prisoners for fighting in the prisons of the Fujimorista regime, like the leader of the CGTP in the San Martin department..

While the masses bury their dead in mass mobilizations, Boluarte has extended the state of emergency in Lima and in the southern regions and in Puno she has extended the curfew for 10 more days.

This is the offensive of the US imperialism that is coming for everything to re-colonize Latin America and take over the sources of raw materials. If it does not get its "progressive" agents to guarantee this, the USA will discipline them as it did with Castillo, who tried to keep a crumb of the imperialist plunder for himself and today is on his knees before the justice system and the Fujimorista officials, while the workers and poor peasants are the only ones facing the coup, spraying the streets of Peru with their blood.

This is the cowardly bourgeoisie that Stalinism and the renegades of Trotskyism paint as "progressives", when in reality they are agents that imperialism uses to get the masses off the streets and disorganise their ranks with false promises. And after using them, it has another agent ready to impose its plans: the generals and fascists, as we saw with the coup d'état of the Banzerist Armed Forces in Bolivia in 2019, in the recent fascist putsch in Brazil or the current counterrevolutionary coup in Peru.

That is why, while the Castillo government, which gave neither bread to the people nor land to the peasants, unloaded the imperialist attack with infernal inflation and deepening the cost of living through more hunger and unemployment, the workers and peasants of deep Peru have not stopped fighting. All these years they have been facing the ferocious attack by the Fujimorista regime, imperialism and its FTA, and fighting against the plunder of the transnationals of the mining, gas and oil riches, against the plundering and pollution of their lands, etc.

Now we see that the deep Peru of the super-exploited workers, the rural workers, the poor peasants, the artisanal miners and the people poor, overcoming the control of the regional bourgeoisies, has stood up against the new manager of the USA imperialists, Dina Boluarte.

In the south, home of the undisputed vanguard of the revolutionary struggle, they organized themselves and set up the "Coordinadora Macro-regional del Sur" (Macro-regional Coordinating Committee of the South).

This Coordinating Committee is made up of different workers' organisations, such as the regional organisations of the CGTP, the FENUTSSA of the health workers and the teachers' union SUTE, student federations, various sectors of rural workers and poor peasants and the regional Committees of Struggle of 7 of the 24 departments of Peru: Puno, Cusco, Apurímac, Moquegua, Madre de Dios, Ayacucho and Arequipa.

In this Macro-regional Coordinating Committee, the workers' and peasants' alliance has been re-established. There, in spite of and against the treacherous Stalinist leaderships, the exploited have organized themselves and since January 4th they have been calling for an indefinite national strike to restart the fight against the Fujimorista regime and the counterrevolutionary coup, raising the demands of the masses for "Boluarte's resignation" and "the closure of the Congress" as a "platform of struggle". In other words, that "they all should go and not a single one of them should be left".

From this Coordinating Committee the fighters are also calling for the self-organization of the provinces that have come out to fight and for actions of struggle organized on a national level. This is the deep South of Peru that has insurrected!

While the workers, poor peasants and exploited people in the south of the country are leaving everything to confront the bloody coup that is underway and are beginning to conquer the organisms to deepen, coordinate and centralize their revolutionary struggle, the bureaucracy of the national CGTP continues to play its full role to prevent the mass uprising that is developing in the south and in other regions from reaching Lima and bursting into the capital. The leadership of the CGTP, in the hands of the Communist Party and Patria Roja, divides the workers and exploited of Lima from their class brothers and sisters in the rest of the country in order to prevent the General Insurrectionary Strike to defeat the counterrevolutionary coup, overthrow the government of Boluarte and demolish the Fujimorista regime of the FTA.

Thus, the CGTP leadership, which last year rushed to meet with the coup government of Boluarte as soon as it took office, is only calling for peaceful pressure marches in Lima and the regions, "condemning the violent acts of the masses", when almost 50 exploited people have already been murdered!

Now the CGTP bureaucracy was forced to call for a "National, Civic and Popular Strike", but only for January 19, when the masses have been demanding it for weeks, leaving dead, wounded and imprisoned for fighting every day. These leaders continue to give time to the bourgeoisie and imperialism to deepen their counterrevolutionary coup, while they themselves leave the regions that are on a fighting footing isolated and at the mercy of the ferocious massacre by the army and the police.

The real policy of this Stalinist leadership is to surrender the revolutionary mass struggle in the South in order to save the Fujimorista regime under the tutelage of the US military bases, maintaining a farce of early elections so that power remains in the hands of the bourgeoisie, with them supporting, for example, Castillo's party without Castillo.

For an independent strategy of the fighting working class and the masses for the revolutionary struggle

The insurrectionary masses of the South are 180 degrees away from the policy of the CGTP leadership, as the workers and poor peasants have united, overcoming the regional bourgeoisies, to openly confront the coup government of Boluarte, the Congress and the whole damned Fujimorista regime, servant of imperialism. This is the method to be generalized throughout the country for smashing the US-commanded counterrevolutionary coup!

To do this, as a matter of urgency, the Macro-regional Coordinating Committee of the South must go to the barracks and call on the sons of the workers and peasants who are in the army rank and file, to disobey the Fujimorista officialdom and take the side of the people, putting their weapons to their service. It is a call to the rank-and-file soldiers to arrest the officers that give the order to kill their relatives, who are the workers and peasants in revolt. Nothing prevents the Macro-regional Coordination to call for the Committees of the rank-and-file soldiers to stand up and send delegates to this Coordination and to generalise the arming of the workers and peasants to march to Lima.

The police have armed themselves to the teeth to continue repressing and assassinating the people together with the Armed Forces under orders from the US bases. We cannot allow this! Before it is too late and Peru continues to be drenched with the blood of the exploited, we must raise the workers' and peasants' militias from all the mass organizations of struggle to disarm and crush the Fujimorista caste of officers and all the repressive forces of the bourgeois state!

The Macro-regional Coordinating Committee has it in its hands to start making this a reality together with all the workers' and poor peasants' organizations. There is no time to lose!

Dissolution of the Fujimorist officer caste and the murderous police! Down with the state of emergency and the curfew! Out with the US military bases!

Free the prisoners for struggle! Workers' and popular tribunals to try and punish the murderers of the people!

To defeat the counterrevolutionary coup, it is necessary to attack the property of the capitalists and US imperialism that openly command and finance the coup by sending millions of dollars to their puppet government of Boluarte.

The Macro-regional Coordinating Committee of the South, which started to organize and coordinate the workers of different unions, the poor peasants and students, has all the authority to call without delay for the exploited to take over the factories, mines, banks, land and all the production in the regions.

This is the road to generalize in order to defeat the coup plotters and bring about bread, end with unemployment and the super-exploitation of "informal employment", win the land for the peasants and all the just demands of the exploited: the imperialist transnationals and capitalists in mining, gas, oil, banks, land, etc., must be expropriated without compensation and under workers' control! Out with the IMF! Down with the FTA and all the treaties that tie the oppressed nation to imperialism!

To make this a reality, from the rank and file of all the workers' and popular organizations, following the example of self-organization of our class brothers and sisters in the South, let us set up in Lima and throughout Peru the Workers' and Peasants' Coordinating Committees, just as in the Southern regions that are leading the way!

 The CGTP has to break with the bourgeoisie! For a workers' and peasants' alliance!

For a National Workers' and Peasants' Congress with rank and file delegates from the CGTP, the Macroregional Coordinating Committee of the South and all the organizations in struggle!

Only in this way, by standing up the power of the exploited, will we be able to coordinate at the national level a General Insurrectionary Strike until the murderous Boluarte is gone, and crush the counterrevolutionary coup of the US-commanded Armed Forces.

Nothing prevents us from putting all our strength  into extending the example of the Macro-regional Coordinating Committee of the South, to the whole country, calling from this Coordinating Committee to organizing and guaranteeing the workers' and peasants' Coordinating Committees in each province and department in order to win a National Workers' and Peasants' Congress and make real the General Insurrectionary Strike until they all go away.

It has already been shown, before in Bolivia and now in Peru, that while the Morales and Castillo have cowardly knelt before the coup, it is the working class, the poor peasants and the exploited masses who truly give their lives on the streets and are the only ones who confront the counterrevolutionary coups.

Only the working class leading all the exploited sectors of society will be able to carry the struggle for national independence to the end, give the land to the poor peasants and win the bread!

For a revolutionary workers' and peasants' government, based on the self-determined and armed organizations of the masses in struggle, imposed on the rubble of the Fujimorista regime. Only through such a government and arms in hand, breaking with imperialism and expropriating the expropriators of the people, will the exploited be able to achieve all our demands such as bread and decent work, solve the land question, etc. Even a truly free and sovereign Constituent Assembly can only be guaranteed by this revolutionary government of the armed exploited masses, over the ruins of the US-military-bases-warded Fujimorista regime and officer caste.

Out with the US imperialists from Peru and Latin America! Peru will be socialist or it will be a colony of Wall Street!
