Laura Richardson, head of the US Southern Command, is in Peru, where she met with Dina Boluarte's defense minister, Jorge Chávez, the head of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces and the generals of the army, navy and air forces.
The servants of imperialism of the Boluarte government and the caste of officers of the Armed Forces paid homage to their real boss, the same one who organized the coup in Peru so that US imperialism would directly keep the lithium and make the mining law contracts in Perú yo be renewed at the service of US transnationals.
She is the one who commanded the massacre of the martyrs of Juliaca, Ayacucho and the 80 brothers and sisters murdered by the police and the Armed Forces for revolting against the Boluarte coup, the Fujimorista regime and the Armed Forces, servants of the US imperialists, while the coward bourgeoisie of Pedro Castillo turned himself in and surrendered.
That murderous general said it crystal clear: "Latin America is so important for us for all its rich resources, lithium, the largest reserves of oil, gold and copper, fresh water"... US imperialism is redoubling its offensive and coming for everything in Peru and all of Latin America. They won’t hesitate to continue soaking our nations in worker and peasant blood as they have also done in Colombia, Bolivia, etc.
General Richardson is the new viceroy of Latin America who, with the 4th Fleet of the US American Navy, is guaranteeing imperialist plunder throughout the region.
All the governments, employers' politicians and generals of the Armed Forces of the continent report to her, even those who pose as "progressives" like Fernández from Argentina or Colombia's Petro, who received her with honors in Bogota months ago.
Now she has arrived in Peru to "strengthen cooperation in security matters", that is, to continue deepening the plundering of the nation's wealth at the point of bayonets, defending with iron and fire the businesses of transnational corporations against the working class and the exploited from the military bases they have installed in the country. And also with the thousands of US soldiers that entered in recent months, armed to the teeth with war equipment, who were received with open arms by the Boluarte government and the coupist Congress, just as the Humala government did in 2008 and then, in 2021, the Castillo government itself.
These are the consequences of the brutal betrayal of the CGTP bureaucracy, in the hands of Patria Roja and the Communist Party, which sold out the heroic revolutionary fight of the workers, peasants and exploited of Peru, who had faced imperialism, responding to the coup of Dina and the US imperialists, shouting “national insurgency.”
These same leaderships together with NGOs serving the UN, the church and bourgeois parties have now set up the “Platform for Democracy”, wanting to bring the exploited masses to the feet of the institutions of the damned Fujimorista regime of the 1993 Constitution, direct agent of US imperialism, so that they do not return to the path of revolutionary insurgency.
Imperialism and its servants in the government, Congress, etc., can only be stopped by the working class leading the poor peasantry and the impoverished middle classes, breaking with the traitor bureaucrats to resume the revolutionary fight and organize a new onslaught of the insurgency to overthrow the Boluarte government and the entire Fujimorista regime and expel the imperialist parasites by imposing the nationalization without compensation and under workers control of lithium, all mining, hydrocarbons, banks, etc.
It is time to call for an emergency Congress of Workers and Peasants, with rank-and-file delegates voted in rank-and-file assemblies of all unions, workers, regions, peasants, students, rebellious youth organizations, along with the common soldiers who must set up their committees disavowing the murderous officers of the Armed Forces, to expel the traitorous bureaucracy of the CGTP and organize so that this time our revolutionary insurgency does succeed. Open the way to the worker and peasant alliance to conquer bread, decent wages, work, the land and all our demands!
Out with the IMF! Out with imperialism, its FTAs and the OAS! Out with the US Southern Command and its military troops! Get rid of their military bases in Peru and all of Latin America!
Dissolve the officer caste of the Fujimorista Armed Forces that are supervised by the US imperialists and their 4th Pacific Fleet! Dissolve the police and all repressive forces of the State!
Against the judges and prosecutors of the Fujimorista justice system who guarantee the impunity of the repressors and executioners of the people, for workers' and popular courts, headed by the relatives of our massacred siblings, to judge and punish all the murderers of our martyrs! The blood shed will never be forgotten! Freedom for all political prisoners for fighting and drop all charges to all fighters!
From Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, the same class, the same fight against the same enemy: imperialism and its servant regimes and governments!
We will only be able to expel imperialism if we win a common struggle of the working and peasant masses of all Latin America together with our best allies, the US American working class, which today is fighting for decente wages in the main US automobile plants. We must prepare a unified anti-imperialist struggle throughout the Americas. That's the only way to victory!
