The rebel masses are already arriving and fighting at the gates of Damascus
Al-Assad and his Praetorian Guard flee the country
Down with the protectorate regime
of all foreign powers occupying Syria!
Neither “salvation” nor “transitional”…
For a revolutionary government of the councils of workers,
soldiers and poor peasants!
For bread, land and national independence!
Trial and punishment for all the murderers and thieves of the people!
As reported late into the night from Syria today by correspondents of the newspaper The Truth of the Oppressed, the socialist organ from Syria of the International Workers' Organizer, from Wednesday, November 27, when the offensive towards Aleppo began until now, the advances have been key and decisive. Each of the cities from whose womb the 2011 revolution was born to overthrow the pro-imperialist dictatorship of Al Assad are being recovered.
Yesterday, Hama, Suwayda and Daraa were taken and advances were made to the gates of Homs, while fighting continues in almost-taken towns such as Palmyra and Deir ez Zor. On the basis of mass uprisings, districts in the suburbs of Aleppo such as Douma, Arbin and Kanaker are already being taken. In the latter place, Assad's rank and file soldiers turned around and openly went to fight alongside the rebel troops. The people are beginning to breathe freedom and are taking to the streets. Al Assad's troops are barely visible in Damascus.
Iran and Hezbollah announced the withdrawal of their soldiers by air from Latakia and Damascus. This has been a decisive blow to the collapse that has begun of the cursed counter-revolutionary regime of Bashar.
The millionaire clerics of Iran and the bourgeoisie in Lebanon perceived very well that their troops were not going to fight against the rebellious masses of Syria. They could not confront the exploited Arabs of that nation when Zionism was massacring them in Gaza, throughout occupied Palestine and in Lebanon itself.
What a paradox! The heroic mass resistance, subjected to a brutal genocide in Gaza, is ultimately what tied the hands of the Shiite bourgeoisie preventing it from shedding the revolting people's blood together with Putin and Al Assad.
The Syrian people already know… Gaza is their ally.
Putin, the man in charge of reducing entire Syrian cities to rubble with his air force, leading a true genocide, together with Al Assad and his barrel bombs, has retreated to his base in Tartus. From there he calls on the UN to reconvene the Geneva conference to contain this mass offensive and save the protectorate regime together with Turkey, USA, the Shiite bourgeoisies and the Sunni bourgeoisie, while today the latter, from Idlib through HTS and from Azaz through the FSA, put themselves at the front of this revolutionary mass struggle to contain it. Their role is to prevent the process from getting out of control and leading the entire protectorate regime to a total collapse.
Al Assad falls like a rotten apple
Assad has no social base, not even in his own army, which has been dispersed. He has one foot in a plane, always ready to flee like a coward. He and his genocidal generals know what awaits them, and what the masses want: a court to judge and punish them for all their massacres, tortures and disappearances, and for the theft of the wealth of the Syrian nation by their bourgeois gangs, associated with imperialism.
No section of the Syrian people can support this infamous government and regime. Life itself is proving this. Without its praetorian guards, the bourgeois scum that did the dirty work for all the imperialist powers to crush the Syrian revolution, in a real proxy war against the people, has already begun its retreat.
90% of the population in Syria lives in poverty and half of them are destitute…
7 million internally displaced people sleeping in tents in the desert…
5 million refugees abroad…
600 thousand murdered in 7 years…
100,000 political prisoners… who, according to the infamous left, would be “terrorists”… when, on the other hand, they have never explained what being a “terrorist” means to them, since that is how capitalist states have always treated revolutionaries. They are not ashamed to proclaim themselves “socialists.”
Syria has been divided, guarded by Putin, and with the US imperialists and their Kurdish YPG mercenary guards in a pact with Al Assad stealing all the oil wealth, with all the imperialist oil companies installed in northern Syria. Let no one be fooled. With the fall of Al Assad, USA and their military bases in northern Syria have strengthened their YPG praetorian guards led by the traitorous Stalinists of the Kurdish Communist Party, servants and employees in the pay of Chevron, Exxon, BP and Total, who plunder the black gold of Syria.
The Kurdish people must defy their vile generals who are handmaids under the orders of USA, refuse to confront the rebel masses, and use their weapons to recover each and every oil well from the hands of the imperialist bandits who are plundering Syria. This will be the only way to achieve self-determination for the Kurdish people, once again sealing a blood pact with their brothers and sisters, the workers and peasants of the rest of Syria… A pact like the one they had at the beginning of the 2011 revolution when they we're fighting together against Al Assad.
No one can support Assad anymore. Turkey expects a fratricidal clash between the impoverished masses of Syria who are in revolt against Assad and the Kurdish people. This cannot be allowed. Every militiaman and partisan of the resistance must not obey any general who is under the command of any country that is occupying, oppressing and plundering Syria.
The incurable social-imperialist left and its declared war against the supposed “terrorists”
Of course, when this social-imperialist left speaks of “terrorists,” it is not referring to Netanyahu, or to the “democrat” Biden who arms him to the teeth, or to the murderer Putin, the jackal of Eurasia… “terrorists” is how they treat the masses and their vanguard of rebellious youth, the children of those massacred in the 2011 revolution, who are returning in their footsteps for justice. We have already insisted that anyone who does not recognize the right of the masses to revolt is a traitor. And traitors are called traitors.
Stalinists, social traitors, in the name of supposedly “confronting Zionism and imperialism” or “not playing into their hands”, have been proclaiming for years that the Syrian masses must endure their nation being occupied and plundered, and that they must defend the capitalist government, exploitation and misery, and in the name of “anti-imperialism” stop fighting for the freedom of the more than 100,000 political prisoners.
The world working class must know that the communist parties, the former-Trotskyists, who meet with the traitors of the Cuban revolution in Havana in lush congresses and meetings, are the ones who tell the masses to allow themselves to be exploited and massacred in order to “confront imperialism”… It is like telling a slave to allow himself to be whipped so that the master does not take away his plate of rice.
These people must be told the truth. Why don't they stop denigrating the Syrian masses? Why don't Solano of the PO in Argentina, or Del Caño and Ms. Bregman of the PTS, or Callinicos of the SWP in England, por Mitina, Putin's foreign relations manager, the reformist currents in Italy and throughout Europe stop denigrating the revolutionaries and go and live in tents in refugee camps, in a bombed-out house in Aleppo or in a prison for Syrian political prisoners? Why don't they shut up? They are already stained with so much ignominy.
They freely claim that Putin, Al Assad’s protector, “fights from Syria against Zionism”… Can one be so cynical and liar as to claim this when it is Putin who sells oil and supplies to murderous Zionism, while on the contrary the Yemeni nation rises up in arms to attack all ships carrying ammunition and supplies to the genocidal State of Israel? When did Al Assad call to take to the streets to go fight alongside the Palestinian masses and liberate Jerusalem?
Just as Assad's head falls, the lies of the reformist left are falling apart one by one.
…And the oppressed people of Syria took to the streets again
Al Assad's "anti-imperialist" army is disbanding. The rank-and-file soldiers, sons of the people, are joining the rebels.
How will the “opposition” bourgeoisies of the FSA and HTS, who are forced to lead this uprising, be able to contain the hungry people and prevent them from going after bread, housing and land after defeating Al Assad?
A new moment is opening in the class struggle and civil war.
The generals of the FSA and HTS, who pose as “democratic” and “peaceful” and “well-mannered” (when in their prisons they also have political prisoners from the 2011 revolution), are preparing to prevent a power vacuum through which the masses can burst.
They are gradually advancing. Being them the opponents of Assad allows them to contain and stay on top of the wave of the mass uprising. In each captured city, they are trying to reconstitute the state. This is not an easy task. In the liberated cities, Assad's police stations and barracks are targets. Weapons are being carried out from city to city, from street to street.
HTS and FSA call for a “national salvation government”
Russia, USA, Turkey, the Arab League and Iran, the sponsors of the protectorate regime, have called for a meeting in Astana to monitor the orderly transition.
They want the same dog to continue, but with a different collar. They want, under US command, Syria to remain splitted and occupied, but this time, with a coalition government of all the fractions of the Syrian bourgeoisie, including the Kurdish bourgeoisie (as in Iraq, where they have the presidency of that protectorate) that guarantees that the property of Assad, USA, Turkey and the Sunni bourgeoisie is not touched.
Out with all invading troops! Out with the Geneva-Astana conference of the nations that have occupied and splitted the Syrian nation!
The revolutionary uprising has already reached the gates of Damascus. An emergency conference of the forces occupying the Syrian nation is being held. They all seek to establish a transitional government that would prevent the masses, by taking up arms in a generalized way, from establishing their power bodies and overthrowing the protectorate regime, by expelling all the troops of the foreign powers occupying the Syrian nation. The latter all fear that the coordination committees of workers and soldiers, which are the ones that the masses built in the 2011 revolution, could rise up.
Since the Geneva and Astana conferences, they want to prevent the masses, with a transitional government, from conquering the bread, the housing that were stolen from them and destroyed, and the land that was expropriated from them, in the way that they conquer, by expropriating the imperialist oil companies that steal Syria's black gold, the banks of Al Assad and his family, the bourgeoisies of the different provinces that have become true millionaire merchants at the expense of the people's hunger and by super-exploiting a slave labor force whose wage is not even enough to eat three days a month.
The masses are already demanding the fall of the regime… also of the protectorate of Astana and the powers that occupy Syria. The people want bread, freedom, land and the triumph of the revolution.
The masses do not delegate! Out with the Geneva-Astana conference of the nations that have occupied and splitted the Syrian nation! Out with all invading troops!
Only a revolutionary government of workers, peasants and partisan soldiers will be able to achieve a free and democratic Syrian National Assembly, without occupation troops, giving land to those who work it and bread to the people, expropriating the merchants of death. This government is the only one that will be able to make rebellious Syria a bastion of the struggle of martyred Palestine. It is the only one that will be able to give the Kurdish people the right to self-determination.
Everything remains to be seen... The masses have not yet said the last word. They are beginning to have weapons and are taking to the streets.
A Hitlerian government of terror is falling. That is why the first thing the people do is freeing the political prisoners.
People advance towards Damascus. People start from Daraa and from Hama and Homs...
Let the workers and peasants of Damascus rise up!
The fissures and crises of those at the top no longer allow them to govern as before. The push from those at the bottom, who no longer want to live as they have done up to now, is what is expressed in this civil war.
An independent mass action, with the provision of arms to the entire people, would put on the agenda the establishment of dual power organizations, councils of workers, soldiers and peasants, city by city and throughout Syria.
Only this revolutionary movement of the oppressed could be able not only to sweep away Assad, but also to expel all the invading troops and to recover one and free Syria, which will be self-determined and a bastion of the liberation of martyred Gaza. Let it be a point of return to the chain of revolutions that began in 2011 throughout the Maghreb and the Middle East, which will end the plundering of oil, gas and all their wealth by imperialism.
The Assadist left is already shooting from Putin's tanks and travelling on Assad's plane out of Syria.
The socialists stay so that the civil war does not stop and is the midwife of the revolution.
In Syria two policies confront each other:
One, the servility of Stalinism and its social-imperialist partners; and the other the one of Trotskyism, of those of us who fight for the Fourth International and the banners of the socialist revolution.
