Tribute to Abu Al Baraa from Chile, Peru and Colombia

Comrades,

Today we pay tribute to our comrade and leader Abu Al Baraa, our comrade who fell in combat for the Syrian revolution and for refounding the Fourth International under its 1938 program. At the time we are paying this tribute, imperialism is launching an offensive against the exploited masses of the world, that’s the meaning of the massacre that Zionism is carrying out against the Palestinian people.

In Latin America, we are also experiencing the attack of imperialism after the diversion and betrayal of the revolutionary battles that have taken place in recent years.  We see the pro-imperialist governments of Boric and the Communist Party in Chile and Petro in Colombia, which under US command have launched a fierce attack against workers and the poor people. This attack comes after the betrayal of the revolutionary Plaza Dignidad battles in Chile in 2019 or the combat of the Front Lines and the indefinite strike in Colombia in 2021. Both Petro and Boric continue their war against poor peasants, both use armies against those who fight for land.

In Peru the situation is suffocating, imperialism supports the dictatorship of Dina Boluarte.  This imperialist lackey was placed by US against the deep Peru of workers and peasants who rose up to the cry of “Insurgency” in 2022.
Today, US imperialism, under these conditions, is stepping into its “backyard” by landing and installing more than 600 marines in Peru, carrying out serious military training in Chile together with the Pinochetista army and maintaining the regime of the 9 US imperialism bases in Colombia.

This shows that they want to turn our nations into another star on their flag and there is no doubt that they will use the armies of Chile, Peru or Colombia as an extension of the US army if circumstances so require.

These armies have already proven themselves by massacring workers and the exploited; we do not forget the Juliaca massacre in Peru, nor the bloody Pinochet dictatorship, or the massacres of poor peasants in Colombia.

Today we reaffirm our struggle, for which our leader Abu Al Baraa fought, which is to give the working class the revolutionary leadership that it deserves at an international level, that of the Fourth International, so that in the next battles they will achieve victory with the socialist revolution and the workers can take power and destroy the bourgeois states and their armies that are with imperialism.

Comrade Abu Al Baraa  lives on!
