The army of the Moscow counter-revolutionary generals withdraws from Kherson

With their missiles falling on Kyiv and with NATO, they prepare the partition pact of Ukraine

The key point is that the withdrawal from Kherson indicates that Russian troops are stalled and in retreat on the Ukrainian front. The rank and file soldiers and the Russian masses no longer accept going to kill their brothers in Ukraine, let alone occupy that nation and subdue it.
Russia withdraws before a mass defection from the fronts. It is an orderly withdrawal towards Lugansk, Donetsk and Mariupol.
This withdrawal also means that US-supervised "peace" negotiations have begun. And it must be done quickly, before the Ukrainian people and the rebellion of rebellious youth and Russian soldiers define it.

The imperialist powers and their gendarmes know perfectly well that wars, like those of national oppression, are midwives of revolutions. The US lived it in Vietnam, in Korea and throughout Africa at the end of World War II.
USA, which with NATO and the war in Ukraine comes from dismantling and leaving the single market and the division of labor in Maastricht and all of Europe in crisis, seeks to emerge victorious. They want to be the guarantor of "peace", with a Ukraine already subdued and that, effectively, will be divided, remaining under his tutelage and with the bayonets of Moscow in the east. They need this "peace" because their target is Russia and its riches.
On Sunday November 13 Janet Yellen, United States Secretary of the Treasury, stated from Indonesia that "Ending the war in Ukraine is the best way to address the world’s economic woes" (sic). This shows she’s an impostor. The US is the one who stirred up this war and threw the Ukraine so that Moscow could invade it.
This brazen agent of the American establishment went so far as to affirm that “Ending Russia's war is a moral imperative”, as if the US had even some sort of their morality that they claim to have.
But the substance of what Yellen affirms, in statements published by the US newspaper Wall Street Journal, is that this peace plan must include the immediate lifting of all US sanctions on Russia. This is an admission of guilt!! Once Germany and France were deprived of their gas, mineral, arms, and even financial businesses in Russia, due to the siege of this nation before its invasion of Ukraine, now the US is preparing to "conquer peace" and quickly enter and take over Russia's key businesses, in exchange for even handing over a part of Ukraine to Putin.
This was and will be the US plan. We announced it from the beginning. USA handed Ukraine over as a pawn into Putin's clutches in order to strategically weaken him in his ties with the EU and destroy the articulation of the division of labor on that continent.
But imposing the “pax americana” is not a simple matter. If Russia backs down, the Ukrainian bourgeoisie demands a greater part of the business, as it will be the guarantee of the return of the billions of dollars with which imperialism redoubled the debt based on arms sales, as well as regular debt payments to the IMF.
The negotiation has started on a thin balance. The missile bombardments that Russia has launched again on Kyiv are part of its pressure and negotiation so that Ukraine accepts the surrender of the territory that Russia has already conquered and is not willing to yield, such as the Donbass and Crimea.
As we can see, the "pax of the powerful" is drawn with missiles, artillery and on the battlefield, that is, by shooting.

On the other hand, in these months, the imperialist bandits of the EU did not just sit idly. France, Germany, Italy went for the oil and gas businesses to Middle Eastern countries such as Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Qatar... And anticipating the "US pax" in Ukraine, Scholz, the German chancellor, traveled to China where he signed agreements for purchasing gas. This means that Germany buys again the Russian gas, with Beijing being a simple re-seller.

If the masses do not give a revolutionary way out of this war of oppression in Ukraine, it will be given by imperialism with new inter-imperialist disputes and wars.
The US sets foot on Taiwan, as well as the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (Cambodia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, etc.), where they have pledged to make enormous million-dollar investments.
It is increasingly clear that the real dispute, in the slump of the world crash, is about seeing which imperialist power manages to recolonize Russia and China in the last instance so as not to go bankrupt.
As we said, the US is preparing to take over most of Russia's business with the signing of the “Ukrainian pax”. Germany redoubles its offensive on China. Scholz, on his trip to Beijing, was accompanied by the board of directors of BASF, an imperialist transnational linked to medicines, hydrocarbons... that is, an enormous financial capital that controls a large part of the international chemical industry. The agreements signed by Scholz in Beijing also are about the merger of BASF with the entire Chinese chemical industry.
At the present moment of the war in Ukraine, with the Russian withdrawal, it is clear that USA seeks to keep the key businesses that the imperialist Maastricht had with Moscow.
If the “pax of the cemeteries" pact for the partition of Ukraine comes before the defeat of the Russian troops at the hands of the revolutionary masses, Ukraine will remain a colony under tutelage, devastated and with debts up to its neck, tied with thousands of ties to imperialism; and Russia, with its fundamental businesses of minerals, hydrocarbons and weapons, will be associated as a minor force with Wall Street.

But this is not the only alternative. Nothing indicates that this will be the case. A victory for the Ukrainian nation would raise the fighting spirit of the working class of that country, and even more that of the Russian masses against the murderous Putin, his government and his infamous regime.
The military defeats on the Ukrainian front, based essentially on the refusal of Russian exploited youth to enlist in the army to kill their Ukrainian brothers and die for Putin's scoundrels and his oligarch associates, are the first signs that it has begun a Vietnam, this time for Putin and Moscow.
The final word has not been said, with the people and workers armed in the Ukraine and in a state of rebellion in Russia, and with the European working class that, as in France, Germany, England, the Spanish State and Belgium, is beginning to take to the streets against the hunger plans with which the capitalists throw their crisis and the dispute of their businesses on their shoulders.
Zelensky and the Ukrainian bourgeoisie argue that the solution for this hungry people will be their relationship with the imperialist Europe of Maastricht. But Maastricht does not distribute wealth or full supermarket shelves as it promised to do in 1989. It distributes hunger, misery, slavery for its working class, as well as for that of Eastern Europe and the colonial peoples it oppresses.

The last chapters of the war in Ukraine are not written yet. Russia's shameful withdrawal from Kherson will not be the end of the story. The end will be written by the Ukrainian, Russian and the whole of Europe working class.
