Trump's New Attack on Pro-Palestinian Youth
An injury to one is an injury to all!

A few days ago, Trump threatened to halt all federal funding for any college, school, or university that allows "illegal" protests, primarily targeting Columbia University students (New York), who last Tuesday held a protest outside the university to reject a scheduled speech by former Israeli Prime Minister, the genocidal Naftali Bennett at Columbia and Harvard.
However, this attack against this student movement is not the first of the year. On
January 29, Trump had already signed an executive order to imprison and/or deport any student who participates in protests in solidarity with the Palestinian people. With this measure, he truly declared a "witch hunt," aimed at terrorizing and removing from the streets this vanguard movement which since 2023 has been waging a phenomenal struggle against the political, economic, and military support that US imperialism provides to the fascist-Zionist state of Israel, first with Biden and Harris at the helm, and now with Trump.

Between 2023 and 2024, that student movement, composed in part of Palestinian migrants and those from other regions of the Maghreb and the Middle East, stood up at various US universities in support of the Palestinian resistance. The goal was to compel the universities where they study to withdraw investments, academic agreements, teachers or other public figures who support Zionism colonization and genocide policy. Thus, with sit-ins, pickets on campuses, blockades of arms factories or logistics centers that transport supplies to Zionism, boycott campaigns, mass protests, and international campaigns, the movement became the spark that was replicated at other universities around the world, even contributing to international strikes by workers who also expressed solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
Nevetheless, the reality is that a submissive and defeated youth is not a plan limited to the borders of the United States. At a time when US imperialism is leading the plundering and attack in Argentina, imposing hunger and misery as the only future prospect for our working youth, it is essential to combat and expel imperialism. Here, it is Milei (Netanyahu's ally), the US embassy, the Argentine business association bosses, and the pro-emplyers parties—with the support of the union bureaucracy—who guarantee the full-scale attack on our working class and who ensure that the wealth we produce is appropriated by transnational corporations and used to repay the IMF's fraudulent debt instead of financing  public healthcare and education systems, and a decent life for the impoverished people.

If imperialism comes after the pro-Palestinian youth, the Palestinians, the migrants, the Ukrainian youth perishing on the war front, the exploited children and youth of Africa, we, the workers and youth, must go after imperialism, striking as one!

The time to open the way to the socialist revolution is now!

Make way for the anti-imperialist youth! For an International Committee in support of the Palestinian people! To fight fascism, we must fight and crush imperialism and its rotten capitalist system!
