Enough of the farce of the “Bolivarian revolution”!

1. After the presidential elections of July 28, a formidable political crisis has opened in Venezuela. Maduro has proclaimed himself the winner and remains in government, while the oligarchic opposition of González Urrutia-Machado (PUD) denounces fraud and mobilizes its followers demanding that it be recognized as the winner, just as US imperialism has already done.
What is at stake in this dispute at the top between Maduro and the opposition is who ends up handing over PDVSA at the service of Goldman Sachs and Chevron, and all the resources of the nation for a new colonization in the hands of USA, guaranteeing the payment of the foreign debt. They also want to settle who will collect the percentage of oil royalties while the people are dying of hunger.

2. Maduro and the murderous generals offer their executioner services with the bayonets of the Armed Forces in exchange for keeping their share of the business. González and Machado offer themselves directly as CEOs of Wall Street to carry out Maduro's work to the end: the surrender of Venezuela to imperialism and a fierce attack on the working class. For this, the opposition calls on to it's side the official caste, which today is aligned with Maduro and will not hesitate to salute the oligarchy and go out to massacre the people, if it comes to government.

3. Today the workers suffer the hell into which the scam of the “Bolivarian revolution” plunged them, as it was sold as “anti-imperialism” and “socialism of the 21st century” to millions by the Castroites and the renegades of Trotskyism.
It is necessary to tell the truth. This scam is not and will never be socialism. USA used Maduro as a “squeezed lemon” to implement their plan. Maduro paid Wall Street US$70 billion in foreign debt, plunging Venezuela into catastrophe and ruin. A broken semi-colonial capitalism, with 85% poverty, millions looking for food in the garbage bins, 8 million emigrants, wages of US$4, hospitals destroyed, the oil industry devastated and the economy dollarized in a way that even Milei could not do in Argentina.
That coward Maduro did not affect a single dollar from the transnational corporations and the bankers, while US imperialism seized Venezuela's funds abroad and today is threatening to expropriate the CITGO ( PdVSA’s ) refineries and gas stations in USA that Maduro provided as a guarantee for the payment of the foreign debt. That is why the Sidor workers said some time ago with absolute clarity " We do not believe in socialists with Hummer , nor in communists with Rolex ... We believe in the workers' revolution ."

4. Chávez backed Obama “against Bush.” Maduro, backed Biden “against Trump .” Together with the Castro brothers and Co., they handed over the Colombian resistance with the Havana Pact for it to be massacred by the Colombian army. At the head of the old World Social Forum, they strangled the revolutionary rise of 1997-2005 in Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, etc. and they saved imperialism and the capitalists from the revolution.
The the icing on the cake was the capitalist restoration in Cuba, accomplished by the Bolivarians and the Castroites, and it was a huge stab in the back to the anti-imperialist struggle of the oppressed in Latin America.
Maduro's servility, like Chavez, Morales and the Kirchners’ before him, shows that the native bourgeoisies will never break with imperialism, to which they are tied by a thousand bonds. They know that, to free the nations from the imperialist yoke, they should appeal to the revolutionary mobilization of the masses, something they will never do, because the masses could end up attacking the property of the native bourgeoisie itself. That is why these cowards fear their own working class more than they do imperialism!

5. Venezuelan workers hate Maduro, who starved and crushed them. But, with no alternative due to the betrayal of their leadership, which for years told them that the Bolibourgeoisies were their allies and not their enemies, the workers were pushed into the arms of the oligarchic opposition. That was the great trap in these elections.
But, although Machado has called for calm in the face of Maduro's scandalous fraud, thousands of exploited, who can no longer bear to live through these sufferings left the neighborhoods to go to the Miraflores palace. Maduro responded with a savage repression that left at least 16 dead and 1,200 detained.

6. Whatever the outcome of the dispute between Maduro and González Urrutia is, the real winner will be the US imperialism, which is coming for the oil and all the riches of Venezuela and Latin America.
Enough of the Bolivarian scam. Enough of hunger and repression. What these executioners deserve is a new Caracazo. For a Revolutionary general strike!
Enough of the governments of bankers, militaries and oligarchs who starve the people. Edmundo and Machado are not coming to liberate Venezuela. They come to finish subjecting the Venezuelan nation to USA as a colony.

The only government that will free Venezuela from oppression, looting, hunger and the suffering of millions is a provisional revolutionary workers and peasants government, supported by the councils of workers, poor peasants and common soldiers. It is time for the producing  majority in the nation to govern!

7. Let the people eat first! To guarantee bread, we must break with USA now and expropriate, without compensation and under the control of the workers,  Chevron and all US companies, and also the banks that organized the theft of Venezuelan dollars. The external debt must be disavowed! Out with the OAS and Wall Street from Venezuela!
We must expropriate Fedecamaras (Trade and Industry Chamber), the oligarchy and the millionaire generals of the Bolivarian bourgeoisies. Let's make the Bolivarians return the US$300 billion that they fled to USA and England.
Popular supply committees in each neighborhood, factory committees and unemployed committees to conquer work, bread and wages.

8. We must disarm the murderous generals and arm the workers and the poor people! Edmundo wants to win over the officer caste to become the new head of these executioners and use them against the people. The working class has to go to the barracks to look for their children, cousins, friends, boyfriends, the common soldiers...
For self-defense committees! The task is none other than to set up the workers' militia and the common soldiers' committees that remove the murderous officers, to dissolve the Bolivarian Guard, the SEBIN and all the repressive forces and crush the fascist scum of the Colectivos Bolivarianos.
Freedom to the 1,200 prisoners of July 29 and to all the worker leaders imprisoned by the regime!

9. The Bolivarian regime and its Constitution must be demolished! On the ruins of this infamous civil-military regime, a free and sovereign revolutionary constituent assembly must be established, without imperialist interference from the OAS and the US Department of State or any tutelage from the  generals, the represser of the people.
For a Constituent Assembly with one representative for every 50 thousand inhabitants, recallable by its voters, that assumes all powers, that decrees the break of Venezuela with all the treaties that tie it to imperialism, and declares the seizure of all banks, companies and lands of the nation's looters.

A Constituent Assembly that will only be truly free and sovereign if it is guaranteed by that provisional revolutionary worker and peasant government with its militias, which ensure that every resolution is applied that breaks with imperialism and puts the land and foreign banks at the service of the people.

10. Socialist revolution or caricature of revolution. That is the immediate alternative. The Bolivarian revolution proved to be a detour they served to tie Latin America to imperialism with double chains.
To end such ignominy, we must fight fiercely, as in the insurgent Colombia of 2021, as in the Chile of Dignity of 2019, as in the Caracazo of 1989 against the IMF. There is no way to conquer bread and freedom except with the method of the worker and peasant revolution.
The allies of the Venezuelan working class are not USA or the OAS. Neither any of those representatives of the “gringo left” as Lula (Brazil), Boric (Chile), Petro (Colombia), Arce (Bolivia) nor any of the rapacious, cowardly bolibourgeoisies, submissive to imperialism.
The only authentic allies of the Venezuelan masses are the poor Latin American workers and peasants and, fundamentally, the workers and rebellious youth of USA, who are today confronting Biden and Zionism, the genocidal executioners of the Palestinian people.
Open the road to the worker and peasant alliance throughout Latin America, especially with the Cuban workers that are kept hungry and repressed by the new bourgeoisie of the CCP, a partner of the Bolivarians!
Out with imperialism and its military bases in Latin America!
For a continental fight from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego against the IMF and Wall Street!

For a working-class and socialist Venezuela, without imperialist generals, bosses or bankers.
