Documents and rights for everyone!

On this May Day, millions of refugees from Syria, Palestine, Africa, etc. livepoorlyin camps without water, electricity or food. Tens of thousands of other Latin American migrants try to cross the Rio Grande to reach the United States. Thousands of us have lost our lives in the hope of escaping war or hunger and our blood has vanished in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Prisons are filled with refugees and migrants, even in the US with children to whom the state has deported their parents.
In Europe, we are the ones who gather fruits and vegetables in the fields, enslaved, working all day long and living in shacks in inhuman conditions. Wedon'thavedocuments, because the landowners don’t need them, but our muscles to squeeze them in full.
Thousands of Latin American workers work takingcare of the elder, unregistered, without holidays, without social security contributions, without the right to get sick or pregnant. Thousands of other African workers try to make a living by selling on the streets and we have been persecuted even to death as happened with our comrade Mambe Mbaye.

Millions of us are roaming the streets of Germany, France, Italy and the Spanish State, asking for someone to help us. We are fleeing the massacre, the war and the terror causedby the regimes and governments in our countries, supported by the different imperialisms. Many of our relatives have been killed and others are in prison or missing.The police in these countries also persecute and repress us, and the fascist gangs want to intimidate and terrorize us. We live under constant threat of being deportated... and many times we are.
In the midst of the brutal COVID pandemic, we are in no list for vaccination and every day we also have to endure another pandemic, the oneof hunger, which takes almost 8 million workers and exploited every year.
We are more than 262 million workers without a nation; migrants who travel the world looking for a place to survive and be able to feed our children, as true nomadic peoples. On this May Day, the martyrs of Chicago are millions.
Capitalist states use us when they need slave labour or want to lower the wages of the "native" working class. Otherwise they discard us or use us as a bargaining chip to get economic "aid" for their countries.
Slave traders lock us up and treat us worse than animals, like in Libya.
Unions don’t count us among their affiliates, because slaves have no wagereceit, no ID, no documents.
We call on the proletariat of Western Europe to lead the struggle for the opening of borders around the world, to end the concentration camps that cramp refugees like landless outcasts.
We call on the unions to fight to affiliate all migrant workers and to grant them all the papers. Only in this way will the European working class take all its strength to fight against the attack of capital.

The workers of Western Europe must take in their hands the struggle and the demands of the working class of Eastern Europe, to conquera great struggle for the United Socialist States of Europe, from Siberia to Portugal.
The proletariat of the imperialist countries, from Japan to Europe and the US, has in its hands the task of paralysing the war machines of the imperialist powers, of ending with NATO, all the invasions, the plundering of the IMF and the looting of the semi-colonial world. They hold the key to the victory of the international socialist revolution.

One and the same working class across borders, one and the same struggle!
The treacherous leaderships of the workers' movement with Islamophobia and social chauvinism, divided the struggles of the European working class for work, wages and against the attacks of the imperialist bosses and their governments, from the struggle of and solidarity to refugees and immigrant workers.
The only ones who can stop this imperialist catastrophe are the working class of the European countries by uniting with their migrant brothers, with the refugees and with the working class of the colonies and semi-colonies. As revolutionary Marxism has long argued: No people who oppress another can liberate themselves!
In the imperialist countries: The enemy is at home! It is a fundamental task of the working class in these countries, to raise the struggle against their own imperialism. And it is the only way to stop the brutal attack of the repressive governments on the own European, American, Japanese working class...
Open the borders! Work, a decent life, documents and rights for all!
Let the trade unions and workers' organizations affiliate immigrants and refugees as members of honor, so that they can fight together with their class brothers in Europe and around the world! Migrant committees in all unions!

So that everyone can work: distribution of working hours without wage reduction!
One more shift in all the factories for the thousands of unemployed and immigrant workers to go and work. We want decent work for everyone, right now!
Down with the imperialist Maastricht!Down with the xenophobic, "democratic" and "new left" governments that all together apply the worst attacks on the European working class, which cram refugees and immigrants into concentration camps and ghettos!
Down 1% parasites! Death to imperialism! Down with all their supporters of the social-imperialist parties, of the labouraristocracies andbureaucracies, and all those who, speaking about socialism on holidays, have led the working class, the youth and the oppressed to believe that it was possible to reform or "democratize" this bankrupt system.
For the working class to live, imperialism must die.
