Repudiating Motion MOC

“Repudiating Motion before the genocide against workers and poor people of Syria, on the 6th anniversary of the Syrian revolution”

Councilwoman Sâmia Bomfim, by Committee in Defense of the Syrian Revolution suggestion comes, through this motion, to PROPOSE to Plenary Meeting to repudiate the genocide against workers and poor people of Syria, on the 6th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.
Today (03/15/2017) is the 6th Anniversary of the Syrian revolution. Since 2011 workers and oppressed peoples of Northern Africa and Middle East took the streets and rebelled against starvation and oppression carried out by their governments and imperialism in the region.
Before such massacre and genocide against the Syrian people, by Bashar Al Assad government and Putin’s bombings, supported by USA, imperialist powers and all the governments of the region, we defend:

1. Brazilian government must break political, economical and diplomatic relationships with the Syrian government.
2. Syrian Ambassador must be expelled immediately from Brazil, because he is Bashar Al Assad representative, who is slaughtering his own people in a real genocide.
3. We do not regard Geneva and Astana Conferences, where the Syrian genocide is saved and legitimized where they leave unpunished all the war criminals who slaughtered the people.
4. We regard workers and Syrian people resistance the legitimate right to defend themselves. That is why they must get supplies and be supported internationally with the necessary supplies.
5. We demand the immediate opening of the borders so humanitarian aid can enter as well as supplies for the resistance within Syrian territory.
6. We demand the guarantee of full rights for the refugees in Europe, in Brazil and every country where they want to be. Full rights for them: work, houses and decent life for all refugees.
7. Out with the invading troops of USA, Turkey, Russia, Iran, Hezbollah, from Syria.
8. We demand justice for the over 600 thousand martyrs of the Syrian revolution.
9. We demand punishment for Bashar Al Assad, Vladimir Putin, Hezbollah, Iranian Republican Guard, ISIS, their bosses, Obama and Trump and all the war criminals who slaughter the people.

LONG LIVE THE SYRIAN REVOLUTION AND THEIR RESTLESS FIGHT FOR BREAD AND FREEDOM!
Thus, I request the President of the Town Hall Chamber of San Pablo to send a copy of this Repudiating Motion to the Foreign Minister (or Itamaraty).
