The conference of Astana and its plan of "safe zones" is to impose the partition
and disarming and rendition of the revolution
On May 3rd and 4th, the Astana Conference met again in Kazakhstan's capital city, as a continuity of Geneva and Vienna Conferences. The meeting was attended by Turkey, Russia, Iran and delegations of Bashar and the Sunnite "opposition" bourgeoisie of the FSA. All of them agreed that whatever was resolved there, was subjected to USA approval or rejection, thus showing that the Americans are the ones in charge of this conference.
So, after USA's approval, it was resolved.
Thus, after US approval, it was decided to establish "zones where war ends" or "safe zones." These are 4: Idlib, Ghouta, an area Bashar still does not control from the north of the province of Homs, and certain areas where the rebels are in southern Syria, in the provinces of Quneitra and Daraa. All of them are rebel zones, where today they are controlled by the parties-army of the Sunni bourgeoisie.
The resolution to make there "safe zones" means that "military confrontation is prohibited". That is, the resolutions of the Astana conference mean that, if they are imposed, the masses must stop fighting against Bashar and resist; and they have to disarm. In return, Astana promises that there will be no more aerial bombardments. That is, we are before an attempting to impose surrender to the resistance, with the "gun on their heads" of the genocidal bombings of Putin and Bashar.
As if that were not enough, Astana's resolution does not end there. It establishes that in these "safe areas" Russian, Turkish and Iranian checkpoints are established for the guarantee of local administration, security and persecution of "al-Qaeda terrorists", i.e. the ones who continue resisting against Dog Bashar, refuse to disarm and refuse to surrender.
This means that foreign powers (and the forces they sent) will play the role of police within those zones where the resistance is, and they will be in charge of ending the disarmament and imposing its surrendering, persecuting the one who does not accept it as "terrorist".
That is his plan. To complete this, they continue evacuating all rebel masses that are standing resisting in the rest of Syria in fenced areas, such as in the neighborhoods of Damascus or in areas of Hama province or the west of the province of Homs. There they are the busses sent by Bashar and Putin, and agreed with the generals of the FSA to take the resistance unarmed and without a single lira (Syrian currency) to Idlib, to live as they can or in tents in the outskirts of the city. Once in Idlib, they suffer the incessant genocidal bombings of Russia and Al Assad, whose targets are the houses, the residential areas and the hospitals-.
If these safe areas are established, it also means the imposition in fact and by law of a split Syria. To each bourgeois fraction corresponds a piece of the business, being under the North American command that ended imposing a government and the control of the central bank that responds directly to its control.
The US has assured the oil fields and oil pipelines in northern and eastern Syria, putting the YPG under its discipline and commanding the withdrawal of its other servants, the ISIS taking care that the masses do not escape from its control and insurrection.
Turkey occupies a crossing border in the north of Syria, from where it controls the passage of the oil pipelines and where also it has staked the bayonets of his army aiming at the Kurdish oppressed people.
In the aforementioned "safe zones" and in the rest of Syria, there will also be the fascist Al Assad in charge of imposing control, with the help of Russian and Iranian bayonets.
The Syrian Sunni bourgeoisie of the FSA said at the Astana conference it "rejected the agreement", but really does not oppose it. It only said it reject Iran as part of it. That is to say, there is no problem with Russia and it does not have problem in the signature, much less in the partition. After all, they are also part of the partition and division of the businesses they are discussing in Astana.
Those who are truly facing this plan of surrender are exploited throughout the province of Idlib. They are also the rebels who were resisting until the end in Madaya, Zabadani, Aleppo, Daraya and so many other rebel places, that they had to leave those cities surrounded and destroyed by Al Assad, after being sold out by their leaderships. Nobody surrenders here!
Two consecutive Fridays the masses won the streets in the city of Idlib, in Maarat al Muman, in Binish and other localities of that province against the resolutions of Astana. His slogans were: "The Astana conference does not represent us," "Out all foreign troops," "Turkish people: get your soldiers out of the Syrian borders." The mobilizations clearly showed the struggle is for the triumph and that is achieved in Damascus defeating the Bashar dog. They exclaimed "the people want the fall of the regime," as in 2011.
They also respond to the Astana resolutions: "We are not afraid of Bashar and Putin's planes," "we do not want foreign powers breaking our territory," "we do not want any ceasefire, we want to defeat Bashar," "We want a unique Syria, with bread, housing and a decent life, and without Bashar al-Assad. "
Resistance does not accept Astana's plans! Putin and Bashar are still bombarding meekly so the masses do not so. But the masses take to the streets, demonstrating that the resistance is standing and the revolution is still alive.
Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS, the new of the coalition led by Jabhat al-Nusra) is the ruling army- party in this province of Idlib. He has declared that he rejects the resolutions of Astana and that he will not let Turkey or anyone under his command enter the city. That is If they would do so, they would take his place.
So HTS has taken a few demands from the masses of Idlib, but not precisely to continue to fight against Bashar, but to propose to be the ones who controll that province, as part of the partition plan already mentioned.
For this reason the forces of the resistance that arrived at Idlib to retake no rebellious city have not reopened the front of Aleppo. They have not mobilized any force to fight along with the exploited ones that raised up in Damascus a few months ago. Their be part of the business division of the Astana conference.
Down with the Astana conference and its Syria surrender and partition plan!
The revolution is for bread, housing, a decent life, and for the regime to fall! We must defeat Al Assad in Damascus! Out with all the invading troops!
Disobey and disarm the generals of the Sunni bourgeoisie who sell out the revolution in Astana and Geneva! They are not the resistance and must be expelled! Let's open the barracks where the weapons are hoarded! All weapons must be available to the masses who continue fighting against Bashar and refuse to surrender! Every man a rifle!
All resources must be put to eat, have housing and win the war. It is necessary to expropriate all the businessmen, who fill their pockets at the cost of the hunger, misery and blood of the Syrian people!
It is the exploited who made the revolution and those who remain standing, they must decide and not the generals of the Sunni bourgeoisie, or the clerics or religious authorities that cover them. Let the coordinating committees of workers, poor peasants and private soldiers return!
For a Syrian National Assembly with voted delegates 1 every 10,000 of the refugee camps, militia, workers and poor peasants in every village, city and province liberated from the occupation forces of Bashar!
For a revolutionary Syria of workers and peasants!
