Letter from the Syrian resistance

In Idlib:THEY SHALL NOT PASS!!!
What is it that stops a man in his walk? Hunger? Thirst?
What is it that dazzles the mind of a human being? Fear? Panic?
What does it take to leave a man out of the way? Mutilation? Suffocation?
What is the worst feeling that a man can suffer? The loss of a child, a brother, a mother?
How a human being is punished? Abusing of him? Torturing him? Stripping him?
Not even doing all this, and much more, they were able to break us, to force us to surrender, in these 7 and a half years of revolution. Not with the tanks of the murderous army of Bashar, not with the Russian planes, not with the US drones or with the M16 of the Hezbollah dogs, nor with the juicy wages paid to the mercenaries of Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan ... They couldn’t and they won’t be able to!
In this long track of a bloody revolution, we never thought that we would lose so many friends, relatives, neighbours. Many were kidnapped, arrested and tortured in the prisons of hell, the human slaughterhouse that are those jails of Al Assad regime, of which we get noticed that many were killed and others are still tortured inside there.
Day by day we carry out our fight against the Assadist criminal government. We do not stop fighting to free our prisoners from the dark dungeons, not even for a second. We see that, in this path of getting freedom, we are not alone. Hundreds of thousands around the planet are about to march raisin our fair demands, as in Brussels, Madrid, Berlin, Istanbul and many cities of the world, as in the international day of struggle on September 8th, the day of the Syrian revolution detainee.
Today our revolution is stuck in a small corner of our beloved Syrian land, in Idlib. Today, 5 million souls breathe the same air stained with the bad smells coming out from poverty and subhuman conditions in which we live as outcasts in our land in makeshift camps. Today, our breath blows in the face of our brother who came from Homs, and his breath blows in the face of the one who came from Daraya, and his breath blows in the face of those who came from Aleppo, Hama, Moadmiya, Daraa, Ghouta, Douma...
Today we see each other faces. We are 5 million in a city of no more than 200 thousand inhabitants. But in spite of everything, we take to the streets to say "Let the regime fall!" Our war cry “For the downfall of the pro-imperialist regime of Bashar” won’t be silenced…EVER!
We prepare ourselves for the great battle in Idlib. We dig trenches, we organize guards, we take supplies, we build tunnels to take shelter from the bombings... we take to the streets showing that we are the people of the Syrian liberated north, not terrorists, as De Mistura says. The only terrorists are Al Assad, Putin, Trump, De Mistura himself and his UN!
We have to distribute the rifles; the ammunition should be distributed equally; we’ve to keep constant guards, set traps and ambushes in every stretch place and in every corner against that bunch of mercenaries who, on account of imperialism, seek to burry our revolution and they threaten us with a bloodbath and chemical weapons attack.
We tell them... If they come to Idlib they will be digging their own grave, because here…THEY SHALL NOT PASS!!!
There are hundreds of thousands of litres of blood to avenge. There are millions of tortures to our prisoners that we will avenge. There are many rapes that our women suffered and that we will never forgive.
We promised our children that today are martyrs that we would return to our homes and we would recover them. We promised our mothers that we would never abandon them. We told our husbands that together with them, side by side, we were going to fight.
Idlib will be the new starting point to advance once again to Damascus and recover what belongs to us with the victory of the revolution!
All those who betrayed us, those businessmen who benefited from our blood, the generals who sold us out… we will get them all.
It will be the only way to succeed, taking what is in the hands of the bosses, because it belongs to the workers.
And so, like we do, we strongly call the peoples of the world to fight, because if we are finished here, the same sufferings we suffer, and even worse, the same enemy will make you suffer there.
Today Idlib is Tehran, Yemen, Iraq, Palestine, Turkey... But it is also Buenos Aires, Paris, Berlin, New York... Let's make each of our cities a tomb for those who foment oppression, those who manage businesses, resources, machinery and they use us as disposable batteries overcharging us even to death.
From Idlib to the whole world, For today’s victory if we want to see tomorrow!
For our martyrs such as Abu al Baraa, Mustafa Abu Jumaa, for the 600 thousand massacred… for the 99% of the world population… Let’s expropriate everything to that 1% of parasites that concentrate the wealth and let’s take over the world!
From Idlib to Tunisia, Cairo, Yemen, Basra and Tehran… One single revolution, one single struggle, one single enemy: the imperialist oil companies and its regimes of starvation, repression and death!
