Greetings from Ahmed Rahhal, correspondent of the newspaper The Truth of the Oppressed, from the huge mass actions of Idlib

First of all I want to tell you that I am in the province of Idlib, the province of the resistance, where people say "resistance is our option". It is a province in the north of liberated Syria, confronting the genocidal regime of Bashar Al Assad. Today there were bombings by Putin's aviation, also in the north of the province of Hama; explosive barrels launched by helicopters of the regime fell, causing many wounded and martyrs.
This province is that of combatants who refuse to accept any kind of agreement with the regime. It is the province of refugees who have arrived from every corner of Syria, who have been displaced. Under no circumstances are we going to submit to the boot of this regime that displaced us.
After the huge demonstrations yesterday, we see bombings with barrel bombs and missiles, which have left a balance of thousands of people injured and several dead, including children.
This is the forgotten city, where the UN does not exist, where Human Rights do not exist, where none of the organizations that contemplate the right to life exist.
After having bombed all the towns in the suburbs of Idlib, the Russian Ministry of Defense claims to have proof that there are towns within the province where the "terrorists" [as the Ministry qualifies] possess chemical weapons. This is a huge lie, since they prepare the conditions for a chemical attack by Russian aviation. They are mounting all kinds of false tests to make this chemical attack and blame the opposition of this.
We have to understand that today in Idlib more than four million people live together, which means that it would be a huge catastrophe if they carry out the chemical attack.
That is why we are calling for mobilizations throughout the world against the Russian government to prevent and stop the chemical attack they are preparing to do in and Idlib outskirts.
Yesterday there were huge, giant demonstrations of thousands of people taking to the streets, because what we are looking for is to go back to the beginning of the revolution, set our militias up again and force our leaders to move forward; because we have to fight to recover all the cities that were lost.
While this was happening and there were thousands of people in the streets, the hated Steffan de Mistura, who is the mediator sent by the UN to "solve" this problem, said that "there were 10 thousand terrorists present in Idlib." To him, in unison, we say "here there are no terrorists, here we are the oppressed, children, women, young people, we only want to recover what belongs to us, what they have taken from us".
For this reason, on Friday [14/9], the four million inhabitants of Idlib, we will make a new mobilization. Next Friday, then, we will be millions in the streets and we will continue to mobilize.
As soon as the government of Bashar and Russia heard of this, they want to prevent it, bombarding every single village and town liberated from Idlib.
At this time, the Idlib revolutionary militia is trying to consolidate a single military force. Guards are organizing trenches and lines of defenses of the fronts are established, so as not to let the regime of Bashar Al Assad advance.
All fractions of Idlib and the liberated territories have been consolidated under the same military operating room, under a common command. They are in charge of making the trenches, of stocking up on supplies, etc.
We fight for victory against the regime. We will not let the regime of Bashar Al Assad to get into We are the revolutionaries of Idlib. We will not allow a scenario like Ghouta or Aleppo. We are not going to let the province of Idlib surrender. We are not going to allow anyone to reconcile with Bashar. We will resist and fight for the triumph of the revolution, for freedom and a dignified life. We will not leave the province of Idlib and we will prevent by all means that the government of Bashar and its militias advance one millimeter.
Yesterday, in the huge mobilization that took place in the city of Idlib, while I was filming, a small child stopped me and showed me a banner that he held in his hands saying "we demand the liberation of the people from Ghouta who were imprisoned by the regime of Bashar. [“We clarified that Ghouta was sold out to the government of Bashar, by the factions that were leading them with the argument that they agreed with the regime that they were not going to touch anyone, they were not to imprison anyone. What next came, was a totally arbitrary imprisonment of hundreds of people. The child's banner referred to these people].
The banner of the child touched deeply in my heart, that is why I made a video with him and I took many pictures.
Honestly, this revolution is for them. That's why, from Idlib, we do not think about stopping. We do not intend to stop until all the prisoners are released.
For the honor of our martyrs. For equality against all oppression. We are never going to take a step back. Not a step back! Either we win or we die!
We will never surrender. We will not take a step back. In this fight there is no return. The people of Idlib know and are very clear that they are prepared to receive war, even home to house, door to door, street to street. We are prepared to cover all fronts. We are willing to die to defend our innocent women and children who are in our homes.
I thank all the comrades of the newspaper The Truth of the Oppressed, all the people who are listening to me, for fighting against all those who have not supported us and who have betrayed us.
Today we call all of you to win the streets to defend Idlib and to overthrow the government of Bashar. Because this is the only way we can overthrow him, if you win the streets from outside.
All the governments of the world, Russia, Iran, Hezbollah, the United States and even Turkey are terrorists. They invade us. That's why I invite all the comrades, all those who listen to me, to fight.
