SYRIA - October 10th 2019
The US withdraws its troops from the Kurdish protectorate in Northern Syria and its military and economic support to the PKK and YPG
While al-Assad and Putin are slaughtering in Idlib, the last trench of the revolution…
Turkey invades Rojava to bomb and besiege the Kurdish people
The definitive partition of Syria is underway
No people oppressing other people can attain freedom for itself!
The Kurdish people must break away with the trenches of the murderers of the Syrian revolution!
Let’s open the fronts to break the siege of Idlib. This is the path to defeat the aggression of Turkey against the Kurdish nation
The snake’s head is in Damascus and Wall Street
Down with the fascist dictatorship of al-Assad!
Down with the Geneva Conference!
Out with Turkey, Russia, US and all invading troops from Syria!
The YPG and PKK have led the Kurdish people to suffer the torments of a bloody attack of Turkey, after they submitted that people to the US and their 10 military bases installed in Rojava and to the genocide generals of al-Assad and Putin to massacre the Syrian revolution. By subordinating the Kurdish people to their executioners, the YPG and PKK broke the revolution’s front in 2012, joining dog Bashar’s side. The YPG was part of the siege of Aleppo and invaded cities in northern Syria like Tel Abiad, Raqa and Deir ez Zor.
Due to this policy of collaboration with the enemies of the Syrian revolution, the Kurdish bourgeoisie led the struggle for self-determination of the Kurdish nation to the defeat. They had already done it in Iraq by collaborating with the US invasion.
After al-Assad, Putin and Trump slaughtered over 600,000 exploited; after 15 million Syrians were forced to leave their destroyed cities and look for shelter in the borders; after the rebel cities were surrendered and disarmed by the Sunnite bourgeoisie, oversaw by Turkey… now, with the revolution strangled, the partition of Syria has started…
From the Conferences of Geneva and Astana, Northern Syria was handed over to Turkey as guardian of the oil imperialist companies’ pipelines. Further south, in Raqa and Deir Ez Zor, the US has owned the oil fields for some time now. In Damascus al-Assad will stay until he finishes massacring the last militia men of the Syrian revolution in Idlib. Putin keeps his devastating firepower, with the military bases in Latakia and Tartus with which he supports the miserable al-Assad’s army of mercenaries.
The front of those who won the civil war against the Syrian revolution does not allow any minor bourgeois gang in the share-out of the territory, neither the Kurdish bourgeoisie nor the powerful Sunnite bourgeoisie of Idlib, to whom they demand surrendering at gunpoint. Iranian Ayatollahs with their Islamic Guard and Hezbollah are only there as praetorian guard to support the dog Bashar in Damascus until the last trench of the revolution falls.
This front of counterrevolutionary winners will turn Syria into a colony of the big imperialist powers, under the tutelage of the UN and the US command.
In the Syrian protectorate all the rights of Syria as an independent nation have been lost, let alone the right to self-determination and autonomy of the Kurdish people, who will be under Erdogan’s rifles, like they are in Turkey.
This is Syria today: a revolution slaughtered… and also a thousand times betrayed by the left, al-Assad’s servants at world level. They have all supported Bashar and Putin’s massacre or they declared themselves “neutrals” in a civil war where the revolution was being smashed and surrendered from within by the “Trojan Horses” of the Sunnite bourgeoisie and the FSA generals that never fought a single battle. Many of these currents, self-proclaimed “anti-capitalists”, saw that in this war that the only progressive thing was the victory for the Kurdish people and they hid the alliance of the YPG and PKK with the 10 US military bases installed in Rojava. Their actual position was supporting the Kurdish bourgeoisie so they submit this oppressed people to the US, Bashar and Putin. And the result was the Turkish invasion.
How could the Kurdish people conquer their national rights with Trump, the Americans and Wall Street, who are the oppressors of the majority of the peoples of the world, and while the Syrian masses were massacred and surrendered? This “neutral” policy was the shameful cover to support the genocide made by the fascist al-Assad, endorsed by the UN and all the imperialist powers.
Now the process of partition by the invading troops has started.
The Kurdish people, tragically, get their “reward” for the services provided by their leaders to US imperialism and al-Assad. The same happens with the Iranian theocracy, who sent their troops to support al-Assad in Damascus. Their “reward”, after playing their role, means Iran under US blockade. This is how imperialism controls their agents: while Iran is besieged, they force the Ayatollahs to smash the revolted workers in that nation and, as we have said, to play their role of Praetorian Guard in Damascus with discipline, without keeping an inch of the Syrian ground.
Thus the counterrevolution advances in the Maghreb and Middle East… Yemen is destroyed. The Palestinian people is besieged… but the Arab nations start to rise against imperialism and their regimes of starvation and misery in Iraq, Sudan, Algeria, Egypt… In the very same Iran, the workers rise shouting “the clerics live as kings and the people like beggars.” The masses in Lebanon are also taking to the streets exposing the truth of that surrendering and repressive Shiite bourgeoisie.
Hunger is fueling this mass’s new revolutionary wave. The devaluation of currencies and new plunging of wages, like in 2011, have unleashed the anger and rebellion of millions of exploited who refuse to live in misery and prostration while having “black gold” under their feet, which is stolen and plundered by imperialist companies.
Revolution and counterrevolution meet face to face again in the Maghreb and Middle East. On the one side there is imperialism and their local and international servants and on the other there are the rebel masses who do not give up their last trenches.
The last chapter of the tormented Syrian revolution is being written in the entire Maghreb and Middle East.
The advantage that these killers of the Syrian people have is the miserable betrayal of the Stalinist left and the so-called “anti-capitalists”, who with their policy of “neutrality” or direct endorsement supported the war criminal al-Assad, separating the Syrian revolution from the struggle of the workers at international level.
Today they are dividing and partitioning Syria. The US have stated that they will get the millionaire business of re-building. Trump knows a lot about it. And they want Erdogan and Putin, supporting the fascist al-Assad, to do the remaining “dirty work”.
Thus, the miserable scam of those who talked about an alleged war between Russia and the US or between Turkey and Russia comes to an end. All lies! From the Geneva Conference, the great powers regrouped the forces of the counterrevolution to smash the masses who rebelled in 2011, directly and disciplining all its agents. The Sunnite bourgeoisie played a distinguished role surrendering from within the rebel cities and acting as jailers of 3 million Syrians in the borders, treated as slave workers, like the Kurdish people is treated in Turkey.
No people oppressing other people can attain freedom for itself
Imperialism can never give the Kurdish people the right to national self-determination. Imperialist powers exist to oppress, plunder and despoil nations, not to free them. These powers are the ones which, after WWII, drew the borders of the countries in Maghreb and Middle East and left the Kurdish people under Turkey’s boot and the discipline of Hafez al-Assad (Bashar’s father) in Syria and Saddam Hussein in Iraq.
The winners of the counterrevolution in Syria will bring massacres against the Kurdish people, like the ones they suffered during the ‘80s or worse. The counterrevolutionary pact of the Kurdish bourgeoisie and Kurdistan Workers’ Party –PKK- (Stalinist) with imperialism will drown the Kurdish nation in blood.
The Kurdish people, fiercely attacked by the butcher Erdogan, must leave the trenches of the fascist al-Assad, join the struggle in the focuses of the Syrian resistance in Idlib, rise in Turkey and break the infamous pacts that the Kurdish bourgeoisie still has with the US in Iraq. In the latter country, the exploited have rebelled. The Sunnite, Kurdish and Shiite (South) masses are fighting together against the government of the US protectorate for bread, against starvation, unemployment and the miserable life imposed by imperialism. There is no other way. In Syria the fight must be as in Iraq: on the one side the entire exploited masses and on the opposite barricade the oppressors and imperialism.
Before it is too late… let’s break with the PKK’s infamous collaborationist police and their pacts with al-Assad, Putin and the US in Syria, Iraq and the entire Middle East! It is time. Let’s set up again the pact of the 2011-2012 revolution among the Kurdish and Syrian exploited fighting together against the dog Bashar!
The masses resisting heroically in Idlib cannot provide the slightest support to the Turkish troops who are attacking Rojava. If they win, Erdogan will turn his weapons to finish the job of bombing and massacre in Idlib with al-Assad and Putin. Turkey has already besieged that area together with the dog Bashar and Russia, like they are marching now over Rojava.
Let’s break with the Sunnite bourgeoisie of FSA –today called National Army- commanded by Erdogan and who have sent troops to attack the Kurdish people together with Turkey! Those are the businessmen who have surrendered the rebel cities one by one and who have become al-Assad’s police in those areas.
The flags of the YPG, together with al-Assad’s and US’s, besieged Aleppo and occupied Raqa and Deir ex Zor, as we have said. The flag of the Syrian revolution cannot be and will never be in hands of the murderous officers of Turkey, who are trying to massacre the Kurdish people.
Friday after Friday the people of Idlib have taken to the streets like in the capital, Maraat al Numaan, Binish, Ariha… They war-cry is –like 8 years ago-: “May the regime fall!” The Kurdish masses must re-take this path in Kobane, Qamishli, Hasaka, Ras Al Ain… The snake’s head is in Damascus! Death to al-Assad, supported by Putin, Turkey and the US! Out with Erdogan from Rojava!
Let’s open the fronts and unify the brigades!
YPG’s guns must be at the service of defending the Kurdish people from Turkey, of declaring war to the fascist al-Assad and breaking every agreement and pact with Zionism and the US.
Only the working class -who has no ties with imperialism, Russia, Turkey or any gangs who are trying to partition Syria- is the only who can unify the Kurdish masses with the Syrian resistance fighting for bread and freedom so that all of them together make al-Assad’s rearguard to rebel and fight at 30 blocks from the house of government in Damascus, like in 2011. In Syria, the same war cry of the revolutionary struggle of the exploited of Iraq must roar: “In this combat we are Sunnite, Shiite and Kurdish fighting for the same goal: may the regime fall, for bread and freedom!”
May the communes of Rojava rebel! May the workers and peasants place all their weapons at the service of breaking away with Bashar and the US!
The same enemy, one single struggle in Idlib, Kobane and the entire resistance against the fascist al-Assad!
Stop turning the Kurdish people into beggars of imperialism! After the betrayal, let’s open the road to self-determination of the Kurdish nation, which will be achieved in the entire Middle East expelling imperialism, expropriating the oil companies without compensation and breaking away with their regimes of opprobrium.
May the regimes fall! Let’s take to the streets all over the world supporting the Syrian exploited against the fascist al-Assad, to defeat the Turkish invasion, to expel Putin and the US and so that the Syrian resistance join the masses of Palestine, Egypt, Iraq and Iran in a single intifada to open the path to defeat Zionism and recover the Palestinian nation from the River Jordan to the sea!
