Blocking the route M4 in southern Idlib against the joint Turkish and Russian patrols
In Idlib the masses are facing the partition pact of Erdogan, Putin, Al Assad and Trump!
Out with Al Assad! Out with all the invading troops!
On the date of the 9th anniversary of the Syrian revolution, the masses of Idlib blocked the route known as the M4. This was the route along which the common patrol of Russian and Turkish troops was to pass on March 15th, since it is the center of the "demilitarized zone" agreed to at the last meeting between Erdogan and Putin, which was endorsed and congratulated by Trump the day after. The masses refuse to accept this pact and the partition, exclaiming that they will not let anyone pass through it, neither Turkey nor Russia.
The blockade began on March 14th stopping a Turkish convoy. Erdogan's army threatened to evict the masses if they did not open the way for the plan to be implemented. They even said that if they refused, this agreement, which included a "ceasefire", would be void and Al Assad and Putin would continue to massacre and advance into rebel territory.
But far from evicting and clearing the road, the masses held their ground and on March 15th multiplied their forces. One action that had not been seen for a long time was the unity of the armed vanguard together with the refugees, workers and youth. United by gigantic hardships, they prevented the Turkish and Russian troops from continuing their patrols. Putin stated that the pact was on course, only giving Turkey "extra time to finish evicting the terrorists from the M4 route.”
The militia seeking to defeat Al Assad and the exploited Syrians blocked the route, while the National Army (FSA) continues subjugated to Turkey. HTS has already negotiated the surrender and its share and submitted to Turkey in exchange for business by shooting the vanguard in the back, exposing them, giving away their coordinates or even kidnapping personalities and leaders who oppose the infamous pacts of Putin, Erdogan and Trump.
The masses in Idlib face the partition pact of Erdogan, Putin, Al Assad and Trump, like those in Sochi in 2018-2019, in which Al Assad and Putin massacred them with a genocidal offensive, which meant “putting a gun to Syrian masses heads", so that Turkey enters as "the protector" only to force them to surrender and accept the pact. They have been working together since the Geneva conference to defeat the Syrian revolution. But they could not fully impose their plans, neither back then nor now. With a brutal massacre that devastated cities, left millions of refugees and thousands and thousands of dead, they tried to settle the partition and control Idlib. But the masses did not and will not let them and are still standing at the block of the route M4.
The exploited know that if these pacts are imposed they will continue to live in misery. They know that the refugees will lie under the trees on the borders without being able to return to their homes and that Idlib will be surrounded by foreign troops and massacred by the bombings of Al Assad and Putin, which never ceased despite a deceptive “ceasefire.” The struggle against hunger and misery pushes the masses of Idlib, even in the worst conditions, to keep blocking the road and fighting, as it has pushed the Iraqi, Lebanese, Sudanese and Algerian masses into huge revolutionary battles that continue to unfold in the Middle East.
The blockade of the route M4 exposes the deceptions of the reformist left in an alleged war between Turkey, commanding "rebels", against Russia and Al Assad. They are all together under Trump's command at the Geneva conference to impose the partition of Syria. On the opposite trench, there are the exploited of Idlib, the true revolutionaries.
Around the M4 roadblock the exploited are fighting to regain their homes, against hunger and misery, and for freedom. We must set up committees of workers, poor peasants, militiamen, women whose sons and husbands are now martyrs, refugees who lost their homes and are now fighting to regain them! These committees must be coordinated with those of the refugees in Turkey and the neighbouring countries!
We must regroup the resistance! May the coordination committees be set up again, in order to recover the revolution, without the bourgeois generals who are getting richer at the cost of the blood of the martyrs and the hunger of the exploited! May the weapons return to the people!
Down with the pact of partition of the Syrian nation of al-Assad, Putin, Erdogan and Trump!
Out with al-Assad! Out with all the invading troops! Down with the Geneva conference!
Open the borders of Turkey and Europe to all refugees!
