Tribute in the 4th anniversary of Abu Al Baraa's death
Speech by Ramiro, founder of Chilean Trotskyism and leader of the FLTI
"The commemoration of the assassination of comrade Abu al Baraa in the hands of imperialism and all the counter-revolutionary forces must give us more strength."
Comrades, first of all a Trotskyist and revolutionary greeting to all those who are connected and gathered. The commemoration of the murder of comrade Abu al Baraa in the hands of imperialism and all the counter-revolutionary forces must give us more strength. We must redouble our efforts.
We have to go forward because the workers need revolutionary leadership. The working class needs a revolutionary leadership that will culminate in the socialist revolution on a world level, so that all the exploited will be free and will stop being victims of imperialism and all the counter-revolutionary currents, especially against Stalinism, which are evil born, murderers, who do not rush to sabotage the revolution, as they are doing now with this electoral farce.
Comrade Abu al Baraa points out to us the path we must follow. Trotsky's words come to mind: "The Trotskyists must be the first to be on the battlefield and the last to retreat." That was what comrade Abu Al Baraa did, who was killed by all these counter-revolutionary forces. That's what I wanted to say, comrades.
I again give a revolutionary salute to all the comrades who are connected. Thank you.
