In defense of the oppressed, not only of Syria. Abu Al Baraa is a representative of the struggle of all the oppressed. He left an enormous legacy, not only in his combat, but also in the literary works he left even unfinished, which are an enormous lesson for all revolutionaries. I believe that the best tribute we can offer is to continue his struggle, through The Truth of the Oppressed of which he was the founder, bringing his voice to the whole planet, the voice of the struggle that is established in Syria and against all the oppressors of the world. As all the comrades who have preceded me have already said, the Syrian revolution, with all its will to win, was slandered and betrayed. We were on the side of truth, we were even slandered and suffered enormous injustices. They accused us of being agents of imperialism, NATO and Zionism. Every day that passes in the history of the Syrian Revolution, the truth becomes clear. Today, for example, we see the truth of how Putin acts and how he negotiates with the sectors of the bourgeoisie that rode on the sectors that fought against al-Assad in Daraa, whom he accused so much of being "terrorists" and now he negotiates with them, even using slogans against al-Assad. He unites, negotiates and thus tries to position himself better before the embargoes that U.S. imperialism is trying to impose. Now, Putin wants to accommodate to the embargo of US imperialism as, after the revolution was crushed, the US comes and says that Assad and the regime will suffer economic embargoes (with the "Caesar Law", NdeR) in this way pressing them "not to kill the Syrian people anymore". However, we are still here, we are in the fight, we will never give up, we will follow the example of our comrade Abu Al Baraa, of the Fourth International, of Trotskyism.
