with the fascist oligarchy of the Bolivian “Media Luna”

Last August, a great irruption of the working masses and poor peasants fatally wounded the coup government of Áñez and the entire landowning oligarchy. Immediately the OAS, the UN and the banzerista officials who overthrew Morales in November 2019 had to call the MAS to impose an electoral trap, and assume the government to save the entire regime and its institutions. Thus the lands of the landowner remained intact as did the businesses of the transnationals, while the murderers of the people like Camacho, Mesa, Murillo, Áñez and the banzerista officers remain free and in impunity.

With the electoral result of victory of the MAS, the congratulations of Trump, Maduro, the OAS, the UN and also the fascists of the Media Luna as Branco Marinkovic recognizing his
victory were soon received. Already in the act of possession of Arce and Choquehuanca (president and vice president, respectively) an official delegation of the US, the European Union and the King of Spain as representatives of the plunderers of the oppressed nations in the semicolonial and colonial world were present.
Also present were representatives of the jailer and assassin Ayatollahs’ government of Iran that condemn activists and workers to death, Fernandez of Argentina was present who disappeared young worker Facundo in the midst of the pandemic and massacred in Guernica the homeless families who were looking for a piece of land to live, likewise Iván Duque of Colombia assisted who was booed by Colombian residents to the cry of “paramilitary!” for the murder of more than 700 Colombian peasant leaders for whom there is still no justice.

Carlos Mesa (former vice president of Goni, the pro-imperialist president that had been thrown down by the Bolivian revolution of 2003-05), the highest members of the Catholic Church in the country and the union bureaucracy of the COB did not miss this appointment, which even called a union guard to protect the inauguration of the new leaders. Thus, it was also observed that the coupist armed forces and fascist leader Camacho’s murderous police, whose hands are stained with worker and peasant blood, were guarding the ceremony.
Arce and Choquehuanca filled their mouths with words about “reconciliation” and “national unity” as a continuation of the “pacification” law signed by the MAS with Áñez and Murillo in November 2019 along with the COB bureaucracy. Choquehuanca said “The condor takes flight only when its right wing is in perfect balance with its left wing” as a sign that they will rule in “perfect balance” with the Media Luna (region comprising east Bolivia provinces, namely Beni, Pando and Santa Cruz, where the racist and antiworker very rich landowners and oil barons govern and keep paramilitary fascist gangs, NT) that, a few days before leaving the government palace, they embezzled millions of dollars, removed medical equipment from hospitals that were used during the pandemic and gave oligarch and fascist Marinkovic (Finance and Economy Minister of Áñez in recent months) new titles to 33,480 hectares of public land, not to mention that during the 11 months of the government put in place by the coup, they indebted us
with IMF, something Arce preferred not to mention.
In the midst of the inauguration, Arce and Choquehuanca of the MAS cynically held a minute of silence for the martyrs killed by army troops and police in Senkata, Sacaba and El Pedregal along with the same Banzerista officers and murderous police who killed them and tortured political prisoners. The new government of Arce had to talk about Senkata and Sacaba and even was forced to be present personally in Senkata in Todos Santos celebrations to better generate false illusions before the demand for justice, but their purposes are short-legged because every discerning worker will see that the same officer of the murdering army handed Arce the baton recognizing him as their new captain general. No forgetting, no forgiveness, no reconciliation with the murderers of the people: justice and imprisonment for the murderers of the Senkata, Sacaba and Pedregal massacres!

The Role of the Popular Front of the MAS Once Again with Siren Songs and the Stick of Fascism. Different agents under the tutelage of the OAS and Wall Street to strangle the struggle of the exploited

The cowardly Bolivarian bourgeoisie of the MAS during the coup in November 2019 preferred to flee the battlefield away from the army bullets and away from the fascists who broke the heads of the workers and peasants. Morales fled to Mexico and then to Argentina to be treated as a king with all the luxuries, on the contrary the poor and exploited peasants of El Alto who were suffering from hunger were the ones who put their chests to stop the bullets of Áñez, Mesa and Camacho.

Now Arce poses as a “progressive” and plays at containing the masses as a “left” bourgeoisie. Both the Bolivarians with their demagoguery and the fascists of the Media Luna are excrescences that come out of the pestilent capitalist system. Now the MAS, placed by the OAS and the US imperialists in the State administration, once again strengthens the regime of the pact it signed with the Media Luna under the reactionary 2008 constitution while fascist gangs in Santa Cruz that imposed a “civic strike” are revived. With the Arce government the siren songs of false illusions return so that fascism can, like the other end
of the rope, play its role of crushing the sectors of workers’ and peasants’ resistance. And in the midst of this sinister plan Arce takes the post left by Áñez and must deepen the plans of colonization and plunder of the nation of the US imperialist pirates who are now dressed in Biden.

Unfortunately, the great majority of the reformist left of Stalinists and ex Trotskyists echoed this electoral “celebration” that gave victory to the MAS and all placed themselves with this bourgeoisie that they themselves have dressed as “progressive” and “against fascism”. They affirmed with pompous headlines, like the LIT, the ITU, and the PTS deputies in their balance sheets about the electoral result that “fascism has been defeated”. These people tell the workers that fascism can be defeated with votes in the bourgeois elections and not with the the methods of the proletarian revolution, like the workers’ and peasants’ militia as in the Bolivian revolution of ‘52. They broke with all the principles of class independence by submitting to the “democratic” front “against the “fascist” front.
The pact of the workers’ and peasants’ alliance must be opposed to the fascist pact of the MAS and the Media Luna! We must break with the bourgeoisie! Workers’ and peasants’ militia now!
In the midst of the stagnation of the capitalist world economy into which Bolivia has entered with a frank and open recession, the bourgeoisie has ended up diverting the hatred and the workers’ and peasants’ uprising of August to the electoral trap, so taking out from the scene the exploited who made tremble the regime of the pact of the MAS with the Media Luna and the gringos plundering the nation. Today, those from above have emerged victorious in this battle by strengthening their government, the regime and the institutions of the State, but the class war continues and they are obliged to take it to the factories and mines where the workers have not said the last word and continue to resist.
Therefore, from the assemblies in the factories, hospitals, mines; Let us vote by show of hands to break with the bourgeoisie! Let’s take back the COB and other fighting organizations from the hands of the traitorous bureaucracy! That is why it is a question of life and death to call for a COB Congress with base delegates to drive out the traitorous bureaucracy, retake the workers’ and peasants’ alliance and helping the workers’ base break with the “pacification” pact among the MAS, the Media Luna and the collaborationist bureaucracy. Unity and coordination of all sectors that are fighting against the exploiters and their servants! For a bloc of workers’ and militant organizations to fight to recover the COB and make it available to our demands!
