The punishment to the Pinochetista regime and the victory of the workers and the people will only come with:

THE LAND IN THE HANDS OF THE POOR MAPUCHE PEASANTS.
DECENT PENSIONS FOR EVERYONE.

The trap of the "constituent referendum" of October 25 is already consummated. After the last vote was counted, the government and the Pinochetista right-wing applauded, while the former Concertacion, the Frente Amplio (Broad Front) and the "pacos (police) in red" of the CP celebrated ... and the capitalists, bankers and transnational companies continue to conduct their business, looting the country and above all with their property protected from the danger of the revolutionary fire from those of below.
Still our political prisoners continue taken hostage in the prisons of the Pinochetista regime; we are still crying out for justice for our more than 40 martyrs, and still have more than 400 maimed comrades. Moreover, none of our demands are resolved. Meanwhile, the caste of Pinochetista generals, the heart of the regime, continues to keep a slice of the copper business and guards the business of the imperialist transnationals with its bayonets.

We have nothing to celebrate

They have stolen our wage, our work, education, health, pensions... Those on the top took everything from us... and they want us to be content with a couple of coins... WE FROM BELOW MUST GO FOR LA MONEDA PALACE!
THOSE ON THE TOP HAVE BAITED US TO A TRAP!

This referendum is the product of the "Accord for peace and the new constitution" between all the parties of this damn regime, to save Piñera and the '80 Constitution. The deception of the plebiscite aims to get us off the streets, to go back to sleep and for those at the top with their mechanisms such as the electoral process, their “Constitutional Convention” and their corrupt politicians to change something so that everything remains the same.

UNDER THE NOTORIOUS AGREEMENT OF THE FORMER CONCERTATION, THE FRENTE AMPLIO (BROAD FRONT) AND THE GOVERNMENT, WHICH ONLY SEEKS TO SAVE THE GENOCIDAL PINOCHETISTA GENERALS AND THE BUSINESSES OF THE IMPERIALIST TRANSNATIONALS THAT LOOT CHILE!
ENOUGH OF LYING AND DEFRAUD THE INSURGENT PEOPLE!

NATIONAL CONGRESS OF RANK-AND-FILE DELEGATES FROM THE WHOLE LABOR MOVEMENT, FROM THE UNION CENTRALS, THE REBEL YOUTH AND THE MAPUCHE COMMUNITIES❗️
It will be the most democratic and representative organization of the vast majority of the Chilean workers and people, the rebel youth and the rank and file soldiers who decide to organize together with the people to defend their lives.
We must resume the path of the Revolutionary General Strike until Piñera and the entire regime of the ‘80s constitution fall!

WE HAVE TO HIT PIÑERA, THE REGIME, THE CAPITALISTS AND IMPERIALISM WHERE IT HURTS THE MOST: IN THEIR PROFITS AND IN THEIR PROPERTY!
After the referendum, they breathe a sigh of relief. They have 2 years ahead of them to re-establish all their institutions of dominance.

All collaboration with the infamous regime must stop!
Down with the class-collaborationist union and student bureaucracy that diverted us from this path of struggle and led us to the infamous referendum trap!
REVOLUTION IS THE WAY FORWARD!

It's time to go for everything that was stolen from us. We have to go for all of them!
There is and will not be a solution to hunger and unemployment; there will be no decent work and there will be no access to free health and education if copper, and banks that enslave the Chilean people with usury are not expropriated and nationalized without compensation and under workers' control.
Only a revolutionary provisional government of workers and poor peasants, based on the self-organization and self-defense organizations of the workers and the masses, will be able to achieve all our demands. Even only this government separated from the bourgeoisie will be able to conquer a revolutionary, free, sovereign and democratic Constituent Assembly.

The "Constitutional Convention" approved in this referendum is the result of a new deal behind the backs of the masses. It is totally rigged. It is undemocratic and a true appendix of the Parliament of politicians who have administered the civil-military regime for 30 years. A new imposture, a new trap, like the ones with which the Pinochet civil-military regime was saved in 1988.

There will be no democratic, free and sovereign Constituent Assembly without disarming the Pinochetista generals, without abolishing the repressive forces of the murderous pacos and without expelling the US imperialists' military base from Con Con. There will be no democratic, free and sovereign Constituent Assembly without breaking with the economic, political and military agreements that the capitalists imposed with the Pinochetista regime to subject the nation to imperialist plunder.
The “Constitutional Convention” that is being set up is a true appendix of the regime. It may not assume any function; it is neither executive, nor legislative or judicial. It is subject to votes by 2/3 of its members and to the den of bandits of the Pinochetista parliament. It will not be able to break any treaty with imperialism. Nor will it remove the Piñera government -which will continue until the end of its term- or be able to influence the five electoral processes that are coming up in these next few years. That's why Piñera also celebrates. Neither constituent, nor democratic or sovereign ... It's a scam to the people!

The Piñera government has taken good care in, if it were to lose the referendum, it would still retain 100% of all power, together with all the institutions of the Pinochetista regime: its justice, its parliament, its international treaties and agreements which submit Chile to imperialism and its armed and repressive forces. Meanwhile, the Pinochetista generals, in the backstage, sharpen their sabers to fill the streets with people's blood, in case of any mass upsurge.

The class-collaborationist leaderships of the masses will now want to subdue our entire independent struggle and put out the fire of revolt and revolution. They want to lead our fight to an impotent struggle of pressure on the Constituent Assembly of Piñera's elites, the Concertacion, and the "pacos in red" of the CP ... The same ones who have been ruling Chile for decades.

Nothing will change after the last vote, other than new deception and lies. The pacos will continue to repress the people...
The revolutionaries of the POI-CI (Workers’ Internationalist Party) fight together with the families of the prisoners and murdered workers and youth who demand justice, which is not found at the ballots, but will be won in the streets.

We are one with the working class of the ports, the mines, the factories and the countryside, a thousand times exploited and a thousand times deceived, that sooner rather than later, fighting against hunger and for dignity, will break the veil of deception and treachery.

The reformist left wants to make the workers and the rebel people believe that they could change history with their vote and defeat the oppressors and the Pinochet generals who imposed themselves through iron and blood in the '70s. IT'S A LIE! ... We have seen that lie before and it ended in tragedy.

In October, a year ago, the rebel youth jumped the turnstiles. Those at the top want us to go back and content ourselves with what they offer. And above they want us to celebrate.

They shall not pass! The First Line does not dissolve! It is organized and prepared in factories, in mines, in schools and universities. Open the road to the revolutionary self-organization of workers, students and poor peasants! This democracy of those below is and will be a million times more democratic than the most “democratic” of the bourgeois republics, which only hide and camouflage the fierce dictatorship of capital.

TO BEGIN, PIÑERA HAS TO GO OUT NOW!

Chile will win! Our revolution and our revolt runs throughout the Americas. In Pennsylvania, in Portland and today in Philadelphia, they fight against the regime of the US imperialist pirates -who have enslaved Chile with FTA- and the Pinochetista generals under West Point orders.
With repressions and massacres, and now also with pseudo-democratic traps, imperialism and its lackey bourgeoisies seek to throw water on the fire of revolt and revolution.

We fight alongside the workers and poor peasants of Latin America and the black people and working class of the United States. There are the forces for victory, to crush and not to leave a trace of the Pinochetista regime and its millionaire politicians who have ever swindled the people.
