3 years of the massacre of the fighting miners in Lonmin mine in Marikana
The real culprits are the Anglo American, the Zuma Government and all the heads of the police and the army officers of Pretoria
There will be no justice in the hands of the judges of the Anglo American and the murderous Government of Zuma!
For a working-class and popular Court to investigate, prosecute and punish all the murderers of miners -led by the miners’ relatives, the AMCU, the Marikana Struggle Committee and all the organizations that claim to defend the working class and their battle!
For the dissolution of the police and all the repressive forces of the State!
Down with the murderous trade union bureaucracy, an accomplice of the slave-owner employers!
Thursday 25 June President Zuma made public the report of the Commission of Inquiry (Farlam Commission) that the same Government had put into operation in 2012, headed by a retired Supreme Court judge - Ian Gordon Farlam - "to investigate" the Marikana massacre. After 3 years, Zuma, along with this charade of investigative Commission announced that no one had to be charged except the heroic miners on strike themselves “that did not want to evict the hill", as "The AMCU did not exercise effective control over its members" and that "the miners were singing provocative songs".
How cynical! No other than them: Zuma, the ANC and all those politicians of this Anglo American regime continuer of the Apartheid one are who have committed this massacre, and now they blame the workers. The latter’s crime: standing up against the transnationals looting Africa, fighting for their rights and for a salary of 12,500 R. Moreover, hasty Zuma said that according to the Commission, the accusations against the current South African Vice President Cyril Ramaphosa -who was member of the Board of Lonmin- "were unfounded" and the murderous police was declared "guilt-free".
Now, unless we workers and exploited take our problems in our hands, the authorities and their commanders want to continue deceiving us with this trap of "Commission" saying that it "may not take any legal action; its only power is to make recommendations for a next report". Enough of deceit! Marikana struggle has cost more than 34 dead who still cry for justice. And this will not come from the hand of the judges, the Government or the Reconciliation regime, which Justice has let all these years the genocidal participants of Apartheid at large and now leaves unpunished today the real culprits of the massacre of the fighting miners. As one of the miners said: '(I have) never seen, anywhere in the world, a Commission that accused the same Government that set it to work'
The working class in Africa cries out for justice. This will not come from governments that are lackeys of imperialism. They mean repression, famine and genocide. It remains in the hands of the working class, the Bantu Republic and the entire martyred Africa doing justice for the valiant and combative miners in Marikana, workers killed by xenophobic gangs of vigilantes armed by the rich black surveyors, paid and commanded by the Anglo American which took those gangs to the streets in response against the internationalist unity forged in the struggles of Marikana facing the regime of the ANC-COSATU-CP.
So there is truth and justice: for a worker and popular court with broad powers to investigate, prosecute and punish all the murderers of miners, a court led by the miners’ relatives, the AMCU, the Committee of Struggle of Marikana and all organizations that claim to defend the working class and their struggles!
Dissolution of the police and all the repressive forces! For self-defence committees of workers and worker organizations in fight!
The mine-workers heroic movement; the massacred youth in South Africa; the exploited masses killed in Congo and across Africa; those who die savagely in the Mediterranean while fleeing misery and poverty, looking for decent work in imperialist Europe; the African American youth killed in the United States as Michael Brown and Freddie Grey, and in looted Brazil and in Haiti occupied by imperialism (masked behind the UN troops)… all of them are still crying for justice! This will come from the struggle and revolutionary mobilization of the international working class.
Martyred and sacked Africa will only be redeemed with the victory of the Socialist Revolution.
Let's expropriate without compensation the Anglo American and all the transnationals who loot the African continent!
Open the way to the working and peasant Bantu Republic! For a Federation of Worker and Peasant Republics of Central and southern Africa!
The transnational imperialists try the black Africa labour movement, as they do in Central America and the Caribbean: starving the Haitian workers and in the U.S. massacring in cold blood the Black rebel youth with their murderous police commanded by Obama. The heads of the imperialist gangs of Wall Street have shown a particularly vicious heartlessness against the Black workers movement at the international level. Meanwhile, the European imperialist powers used the millions starving in Africa as slave labour to the interior of Europe for the transnational corporations. Thousands die in the Mediterranean or are kept in camps at the entrance of Europe or on the doors of North Africa. Thus the vast labour force piles up, who only goes to Europe to do piecework and is then imprisoned again.
Let’s destroy the ghettos and concentration camps!
Let’s defeat the traffickers of slaves from the bourgeoisie of Saudi Arabia and Libya!
Stop the slaughter of our Black brethren around the world right now!
Equal pay for equal work, for immigrant workers!
They treat us like slaves and we are massacred in the imperialist countries: let’s expropriate without compensation and under workers control all oil and mining companies and the bankers who plunder Africa!
Stop the war against Black America!
Trial and punishment for the killers of Michael Brown, Freddie Grey and all the other young Afro-Americans killed in the U.S.!
Out of Haiti the troops of the UN!
For the unity of the international working class!
For the oppressed of the world to live, imperialism must die!
