The heroic mine workers of Marikana go back on strike

To punish the murders of Mawethu Steven, the 34 comrades fallen in the strike fighting for R12.500, and all the worker martyrs murder by the Apartheid regime!

The workers of Platinum mine of the company Lonmin in Marikana started this Tuesday (May 14, 2013) a new strike.  Thousands of mine workers went to the entrance of the mine, but they denied going down to work.  This strike has been organized 3 days before the murder of Mawethu Steven, mine leader of Lonmin, Mawethu Steven, while he was looking a football match in a bar in Rustenburg (northeast of South Africa) where Marikana mine is placed. Mawethu Steven was called to testify to the enquiry commission for the slaughter of Marikana on the strike of last August (2012).  This leader was from the opposition union of the NUM bureaucracy, and after that huge strike of the miners of Marikana that shook the world last year; this opposition union got great popularity and support from the workers. That union was AMCU.

The murder was done cowardly by the management of Lonmin and the anti-worker judges of Apartheid.  Meanwhile he was called to “testify”, they download their revenge organizing their gangs.  This is how the judges of the Apartheid, servants of the Anglo American behave, exposing the workers so their gangs can kill them. These men who live super-exploiting ad slaughtering the worker of the tormented Africa do not forget and today they want revenge because during the strike for R12500 the mine workers took as hostages the managers as a guarantee of for the increase of wages, because these murderous bourgeoisie have already killed 34 workers and today are trying to dismiss more workers.
For that reason, this murder woke up the hate and rage of the mine workers of Marikana who return to strike. There is nothing to enquire! The managers, judges, police forces, NUM bureaucrats and the ANC-CP government are all murder and responsible of the slaughter of Marikana! Long live the strike of the mine workers of Lonmin! From all the worker organizations it is necessary to vote delegates to set up, together with the Strike Committee of the miners of Marikana, a Worker and Popular Trial in the entrance of the mine to punish the murders of Mawethu Steven, the 34 workers fallen in the strike for R12500, and all the worker martyrs murder by the Apartheid regime! 
This offensive of the Anglo American and other transnational companies, who are the ones to give orders to ANC government, supported by the CP, seek to smash the Strike Committee of Marikana emerged last year, for that reason the murder of M. Steve is an attack to all the miners and the entire working class and the exploited ones.  The strike shows that the workers do not give up and go to fight with the methods that they know best. If now the exploited ones concentrate their forces, it is because the union bureaucracy of NUM and COSATU led by the Stalinism and supported by all the reformist and social imperialist currents who met in the WSF of Tunisia last March left isolated and surrendered the example fight that the mine workers of Marikana launched at the war cry of “12500 R or we kill the management!”. This demand needed to be generalized to all South Africa and the continent to unify the fight of the color workers of the South with the open revolutions of the masses fighting for bread I the North as in Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya. This revolution reached Middle East up to Syria.   
Once again, it is on the agenda and urgently unify the workers rank, as it happened last year during the strike. This time with all the workers of the South of Africa and prepare the working class offensive against the genocide attack of the Anglo American and the transnational companies to pay revenge to our martyrs and to conquer bread for all the exploited ones.  For a great Congress of the Worker and exploited people in Marikana, with a rank-and-file delegates of the mines, factories and the rural areas! Self-defense committee to defend the physical integrity of our leaders, workmate and families! General Strike to stop the attack to the miners of Lonmin! R12500, work, decent housing for all the workers in South Africa and the continent! Out with the Anglo American and all the transnational companies from Africa! Expropriation without payment and under worker control of all their lands, factories, banks and assets!
Out with Zuma and the ANC-CP government, followers of the Apartheid regime, servants of US imperialism and the British crown! For a worker and popular government based on the striking rank-and-file organ! Anglo American and the other plunders of the continent kill us and make us suffer hunger and worst sufferings in the entire region coordinately! For the United States of North, Central and South of Africa! The UK working class, from entire Europe and USA must upsurge in defense to our class brothers of Marikana and fight against their own imperialist bourgeoisie plunder of Africa.
