FOR AN INTERNATIONAL FIGHT OF WORKERS ARROUND THE WORLD FOR ALIVE APPEREANCE OF SANTIAGO MALDOONADO
14 days have passed since the arrest and disappearance of comrade Santiago Maldonado during a brutal repression by the national gendarmerie to the Mapuche community of the "Lof" in Chubut, which is struggling to recover their lands taken away by the multinational Benetton that usurps more than 900 thousand hectares in Patagonia. The state and its repressive forces disappeared to Santiago, under the orders of its justice that acts in defence of the property of the transnational and capitalists. All this in the middle of the electoral circus, proving that the elections are a great scam where this infamous regime of the Argentine bourgeoisie disguises as "democratic" to cover up a ferocious attack on the workers and the people. The elections of August 13 were stained with the disappearance of Santiago, with the repression of the Mapuche community and political prisoners. This is democracy for the rich, a sweet envelope of the capitalist dictatorship.
Macri, Bullrich and their gendarmerie prey dogs know very well where Santiago is. We are not looking at any excesses as some people want to make us believe. They, along with the Benettons, gave the order for repression, they disappeared. We are dealing with a systematic plan of the state, commanded by the right-wing government of Macri under the orders of the US Embassy. A systematic plan of imperialism and capitalist regimes throughout the continent to guarantee their profits by means of repression and persecution of those who struggle from the disappearance to the 43 Mexican normalists, to the repression and disappearance of Colombian workers and peasants as Currently in Segovia, etc. This is the protocol of the Bullrich, justice and forces of repression. The "search" mounted by justice is a great provocation against the families of Santiago, the Mapuche community and all the working and popular organizations that struggle for their appearance alive. From the day of the repression and the arrest and disappearance of Santiago have been dedicated to intimidate and criminalize the struggle for the Mapuche land that Santiago accompanied and took as his own. From the media addicted to the government, their journalists on the payroll, did not get tired of whipping up the fight talking about "guerrilla" and "terrorism" when the real terrorists are the state, the government and the transnationals that plunder the lands and the resources of the nation with the darkest methods of genocidal army. Moreover, even the judges gave the order to break into the house of Santiago and denounce that the family "does not want to collaborate with the search", trying to constantly divert attention on the responsibility of the gendarmerie and demonizing the Mapuche community and Santiago. Dissolution of the murderous gendarmerie, all the repressive forces of the state and the intelligence services! Dissolution of the caste of judges, unchanged since the military dictatorship and that guarantees impunity for the genocides and repressors of the people! Those same judges who manage the trafficking networks!
The arrest and disappearance of Santiago occurs at a time when the attack on the workers and the people by Macri’s government at the service of imperialism has taken a leap. This is guaranteed with repression and persecution of those who resist the attack and do not subordinate themselves to their policy of hunger and misery. The plan of the government is the delivery of the nation and labour flexibility to guarantee the profits of the imperialist transnationals. That is the plan discussed in the G20 Summit and directly with Trump and his vice president who -with an entourage of imperialist CEOs went on tour in Latin America to advance in his plan of re-colonization of the continent to which all governments are subordinated. This is the so-called protocol.

A struggle against imperialism and transnational corporations!
Behind the repression of Mapuche communities lies the expropriation and plundering of land at the service of transnational corporations. Let’s recall that the repression of August 1st in which the arrest and disappearance of Santiago was carried out was a mobilization for the freedom of Jones Huala, a Mapuche leader arrested by the murderous justice, who is on a hunger strike. The same happens in the north of the country with the persecution and repression of the Wichis communities in Formosa, "fief" of the Isfrán, loyal ally of the Kirchner during their mandates. Agustín Santillán (now also on hunger strike) has been detained for more than four months, and two young Wichis have been detained for several weeks for refusing to be evicted from their lands to be exploited by large imperialist loggers. The persecution, harassment and repression of the Wichis communities do not cease and deepen with a total impunity for those above, to the point where they have a free way to kill, as it comes to do Victor Perez, the mayor of the town of Pozo de Maza.
The bosses' parties are part of this attack. They have given governability to Macri during these two years from the governorates, intendances and even from the own parliament. This has made the PJ, Kirchnerism and Massa, who dress as "opponents" during the electoral campaign and with "crocodile tears", demand the appearance of Santiago alive with the desire to obtain political return. Cynics! They are all part of the this system and infamous regime, and were part of the government that disappeared Julio López in 2006 and Daniel Solano (militant shop steward of the rural workers disappeared by the Rio Negro province police during Kirchner government in 2011). They are all guilty of the murder of Luciano Arruga, Mariano Ferreyra, Carlos Fuentealba and a very long etc. that this state with its repressive forces, under the government of turn that is, assassinated and disappeared in "democracy".

Strikes, Pickets and Fight Plan until Santiago appears alive!
CGT trade union bureaucrats have not lifted a finger in the struggle for the appearance alive of Santiago. They are being accomplices of the attack of the government of Macri and the bosses’ parties. Each of the struggles that the working class gave to stop the attack of the capitalists has been isolated and scarred. They have given a truce to the government and have signed all agreements with which the collective bargaining agreements are being liquidated, including the 21% salary cap that liquidated the peers. CGT and CTA gladly participated in the electoral scam on the lists of bosses’ parties, while not lifting a finger for the appearance alive of Santiago or calling for testimonial actions. The leaderships of the workers' movement, including the leftist movements grouped in the FIT or Izquierda al Frente (Left to the Front) speak the language of peace; they tell workers that the current attack is confronted with more leftist deputies in the Parliament of the exploiters, while the government and the regime of the capitalists have declared war on workers' movement and the exploited. They have opted to continue being part of the electoral circus before pushing a fight in the streets, with strikes and pickets to fight for the appearance alive of Santiago, immediately after his arrest and disappearance.

Thus the bourgeoisie and its institutions conquer the relationship of forces to defeat the working movement, striking.
Santiago Maldonado is a detained and disappeared of all the labour movement. He cannot spend another minute without organizing a struggle plan of the working and popular organizations, human rights organizations and militant student centers for the life of Santiago, Julio López and Daniel Solano; for the freedom of the political prisoners, the dropping of all charges against the fighters and for trial and punishment those responsible for the comrades murdered by the repressive forces of the state. A plan of struggle with the methods of the working class and militant students with strikes, pickets, occupation of schools, universities and establishments until they return Santiago. A plan of struggle that attacks the state of capitalists where it hurts most, their property. Every day which passes with Santiago disappeared, it is a day in which the life of Santiago is at stake and with it, the life of the whole labour movement; it is another day in which the government and the bourgeoisie rely on their attack on the exploited.
The militant and anti-bureaucratic working organizations, students’ federations and centers, independent state human rights organizations, must lead this struggle immediately. SUTNA (Tire workers’ unions), the opposing Sutebas (teachers’ union, TN), the UF (Railway Station, TN) of Haedo, Line 60 (Bus drivers, TN), the Federation of Vegetable Oil Workers, the sectors that have been resisting the attack of the government of the capitalists like Pepsico's comrades, UTA-Córdoba (bus drivers, TN), Cresta Roja (food industry), AGR- Clarín (printing industry, TN), FUBA, FULP (students’ federations, TN), must be at the service of organizing this fight and a plan of struggle with strikes, pickets and occupations of establishments until Santiago appears alive. It is necessary to put to work in the establishment of a National Movement of working, student and human rights organizations to unite the struggle for the appearance with life of Santiago, Julio López, Daniel Solano; to end repression; for the freedom of Milagro Salas, Agustín Santillán, Jones Huela, Santiago Seillant and all political prisoners; for the acquittal of the oil workers of Las Heras and the workers of Tierra del Fuego; for dropping all charges against 7 thousand workers and popular fighters; and by the trial and punishment of the murderers of Darío, Maxi, Mariano Ferreyra, Fuentealba, and of the fallen comrades at the hands of the forces of repression of the state and by the cursed "trigger happy".
The struggle for the appearance with life of Santiago Maldonado already crosses the world. Actions have been carried out in several cities in Spain, London, and actions are being prepared in Peru, Colombia and several cities in Latin America. We must redouble this path as an example of internationalist struggle. The arrest and disappearance of comrade Santiago is part of the offensive of the imperialist transnationals, their states and servile governments against workers and masses of the world. The imperialist powers have just massacred and imposed a genocide in Syria to crush the revolution of the workers and the exploited of that country and the whole region. Trump threatens a new massacre on the Korean peninsula and has launched an offensive on the streets of the United States with the Ku Klux Klan fascists who claimed Heather Heyer's life in Virginia. In Latin America, it comes through and even threatens military action in Venezuela. The governments of both the FTA and the Bolivarians kneel. The detention and disappearance of youth and workers is a systematic policy of the regimes, being the case of Colombia and Mexico the most relevant. In Mexico they surpass the 30 thousand disappeared only since 2006 and still today they continue missing the 43 students of Ayotzinapa. The jails of capitalist regimes are still filled with anti-imperialist fighters. We must end this attack. From Mexico to the United States, from Argentina to Europe to Black Africa and the Middle East drowned in blood by imperialism: a struggle!
