Resisting isolated sector by sector and factory to factory...
Or conquering a single set of claims and effective coordination of the ones who are fighting
This is already a life or death question for the working class. As the leadership of militant unionism, the FIT has in its hands the possibility of stopping this course and facilitating the working class a way to defeat the attack of the government and TNCs.
We understand that FIT’s leadership has been deeply involved in the electoral campaign. But this does not have to be the opposite of setting up a program and a policy to set up organizations that are fit for struggling, namely, the self-organization and class coordination over divisions imposed by trade unions. Moreover, the FIT should put its electoral campaign, its presence in the media, the enormous force with which it counts, to call for a fight for general strike, to defeat the trade union bureaucracy in the streets and to coordinate those who fight. That means using the electoral campaign at the service of the workers' struggle!
The 6-hour workday and one more shift in every factory cannot be just an electoral spot. That demand hidden under the carpet by the picketer bureaucracy is the way to impose decent work for all and to face the super exploitation. However, this is not achieved by "voting FIT"; on the contrary it is conquered fighting on the streets with the methods of the working class. Why do not they make vote this election program in the workers' struggles where they intervene and lead?
There is no time to lose. They had already dissolved the meetings of Atlanta, Zona Norte, Racing; they had led dozens of isolated conflicts and that have proven to a dead end. Their refusal to join the March 7th rebellion and to centralize and generalize it has provoked a serious crisis in the sectors of the workers' movement in struggle that have been besieged.
The FIT coordinated itself to close its candidacies, but the vanguard has been divided. This must stop now. FIT must break its subordination to the regime with its electoral trap and it must stop respecting the statutes of the statized unions of the union bureaucracy. Militant unionism is in time before we suffer new defeats and hard blows.
It is in their hands calling to send delegates from all sectors to centralize in the hunger strike of the comrades of Trolebus in Cordoba and the fight against the layoffs in Atucha de Zarate. From there we must launch a true National Coordinator of struggle! That is the way of classism! The FIT has the word.
The PTS: a separate chapter
An agreement of the reformist left with the bourgeoisie lackey of imperialism.
The PTS + FpV = PTK
A native edition of PODEMOS and Siryza of the "New Left"
On Saturday 15/7, PepsiCo workers called a meeting to the workers and Human Rights organizations to define the steps to follow in supporting their struggle. It took place in Bauen Hotel. We were there, as well as tens of organizations and we were really surprised. The PTS refused the word to let trade union organizations, dismissed comrades from different factories from afar and to comrades from socialist currents. But they pompously gave the word to lawmakers and deputies of... Kirchneroite FpV.
With this class collaboration policy the PTS tells the working class that some bosses are "democratic" and other reactionary. It imposes an absolute limit on the struggle. How could the expropriation without payment and under worker control of any factory that closes, suspends or dismiss came from the hands of the “K” politicians? No employer would vote to expropriate himself. How to redouble the support to PepsiCo workers from the hands of the same employers’ politicians who repress and dismiss workers and teachers in Santa Cruz?
The PTS wants to make workers believe that there is a "break" in the bourgeois front between the K and Macri. And for that reason workers would have to do "unity of action with the democratic bourgeoisie". This is a scam. There is no break of any kind on the bourgeois front. Kirchnerism is the guaranty of Macri's governability and together they have closed ranks against the workers whom they repress in Santa Cruz. Calling workers to fight alongside the K legislators is to isolate and besiege the struggle of the exploited in southern Patagonia who confront Alicia Kirchner and the oil companies. This is also the electoral trap!
Enough! No coordination with those who convicted Las Heras oil workers, evicted and repressed Kraft-Terrabussi workers in 2009, evicted Paty workers and repressed in Lear in 2014! No coordination with genocides like Milani and repressors like Berni! National Fight Coordinator right now! All the dismissed to Atucha and to fight with the teachers of Santa Cruz!
All with the union representatives dismissed from the UTA of Cordoba!
The pacts with the employers' politicians of the Industrial Union weaken the labour struggle, prevent the fight for expropriation without payment under worker’s control of every factory that closes, suspends or dismiss.
This policy of the PTS is unfortunately liquidating any policy of class independence in the FIT. You cannot show the enemies of the labour movement as allies, as PTS does. Now we understand why the leadership of this party insited on finding "convergences" between the Stalinist Gramsci and Leon Trotsky. Because the PTS has long been looking for its bourgeois "democratic progressive".
The true allies of the Argentinean working class: The miners striking in Bolivia and Peru and the coordination with the struggle of the Brazilian working class in a single combat of Conosur to defeat the labour reform and the imperialism
In the very north of the continent, in Quebec (Canada) PepsiCo closes its plant and dismisses its workers. In 17 nearby municipalities, workers mobilize in solidarity and support by boycotting its products; in the south of the continent takes place the same struggle of the workers against of this transnational in Argentina. From Alaska to Tierra del Fuego. The same enemy, the same class. A single fight!
Union bureaucracies of every kind submit us to our own bourgeoisies in each country so that MNCs can make fortunes, plunder and overexploit workers. The Castros sold out the Cuban revolution to the Yankees and imposed the surrender of workers and peasants resistance in Colombia with all Stalinism. With these selling out and betrayals they want to surrender the exploited of the American continent! We must break with these leaderships and coordinate a unified continental struggle against Wall Street and transnational corporations!
Weeks ago in Europe, Spanish dock workers with their vanguard in Madrid stopped their ports, and stevedores from the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom refused to unload the ships that came from the ports of Madrid in solidarity with their brothers. This is how we must fight! Long live to the proletarian internationalism! That is the way we –workers- must walk towards triumph!
Colombian teachers carried out a great struggle; Mexican CNTE does not give up and American workers refuse to leave the streets. In Bolivia and Peru the mining working class breaks out against their governments and MNCs. The workers of Brazil carried out a new day of strikes and mobilizations and the bourgeoisie responded by voting the labour reform, a model to be followed by all the lackey 0governments.
Already in Conlutas, GM workers on one side and the other on the border voted to coordinate their struggle with the Argentinean workers. That’s the way we must fight! The allies of the Argentinean working class is not the bourgeoisie, but the workers of the whole continent!
It is in hands of Conlutas calling the struggle organizations of the working class to a continental congress of the exploited ones to coordinate a unified fight against the imperialism.
For a continental General Strike against Wall Street and its lackey governments! Long live to the proletarian internationalism! We must fight as in Hamburg against the G20 and that Latin America becomes a hell for imperialism! Let the workers and peasants' revolution return!
For a unified continental struggle of the working class and the poor peasants against the 1% of Wall Street parasites!
Two strategies for the worker movement, reform or revolution
