The repressive escalation of the State on workers and their organizations continues

Enough of persecution to Sebastián Romero and Germán Tonero!
Acquittal of the oil workers of Las Heras!

After the fighting on December 14, 18 and 19, the government of the CEOs has unleashed a witch hunt against the working class and its organizations for confronting the reforms of the IMF and the G20.
After the arrests of José Carrizo, Sebastián Giancarelli, Juan Salomon and Esteban Rossano, Diego Parodi, Pablo Giusto, who had been detained by the police during the fighting along with 39 other people, judges Bonadio and Torres ordered the arrest of Sebastian Romero,  former union delegate in GM Argentina (Rosario) and member of the PSTU (who has not surrendered himself), and the imprisonment of Cesar Arakaki and Dimas Ponce, both of them members of the Partido Obrero.
Comrades have been falsely charged with planted evidence, as denounced by Rossano’s father. Even in those days were arrested two homeless people who were simply in the square at the time of the clashes.
The persecution continued on January 10 with raids on the house German Tonero’s sister –he is an union delegate in SMATA and member of the PSTU-, and the arrest of five comrades from the Partido Obrero in Mar del Plata for carrying out graffiti, who were later released.
While the repressors and murderers of the people are rewarded, like Etchecolatz (one of the worst torturers and organizers of mass murders in the 1976-1983 dictatorship. NT) with “house arrest” and the gendarme Echazú (one of the chasers of Santiago Maldonado and main accused of causing his death, NT) received a job promotion, our comrades are still imprisoned –including against all legality of bourgeois Law-, for facing the theft of retirees, with charges such as “attack and resistance to authority” and “public intimidation”.
The oligarchic judges, who did not lose a single day in imprisoning our comrades, take months to “investigate” the murders of Santiago Maldonado and Rafael Nahuel, whose murderers have been already covered up and saved by these same judges.
“Justice” is a class justice. In the “democracy” of the capitalists, the judges, who are chiefs of the intelligence services are executioners of the workers. They will never be anything else. They, together with (Home Security Minister Patricia) Bullrich, command the repression of the people.
At the time of writing this article we learned that Martin Alderete, Romero’s lawyer, has suffered an attack with a rumbling bomb inside his car. The objective was clearly to intimidate him for defending the persecuted comrades.

It is necessary to stop them!

Stoppages and pickets to free the comrades! Let’s surround the courts!

Labor and popular tribunals to judge and punish the assassins of Santiago, Rafael, Santillan, Kostecki, Fuentealba and all our martyrs of yesterday and today!

Let us now establish a Coordinating Table for all political prisoners and those persecuted by the State and its “justice”.
