Last week, the perplexed workers followed an open discussion within the government between C. Fernandez de Kirchner and A. Fernandez that lasted 3 days. The real point of that discussion -closely followed by the US embassy- was how to strengthen the government until the 2023 general election while preventing the working class itself, mired in a social crisis worse than that of 2001, from throwing the government away like they did to De la Rua.

They know that Fernandez is hated by the millions sunk in unemployment, hunger and misery that Macri could not impose. That is why now Cristina Kirchner, after being able to passing a brutal attack against the people together with Fernández, proposes to delivery some alms to avoid a social outbreak so to march on that basis to a great parliamentary pact among all the bosses' parties to repay the debt with the IMF and deepen the labor flexibility.

That's what the new cabinet comes to. The PJ has closed ranks to fulfill the mandate of the IMF, preparing a new blow to the working class. That is why they called Mansur, among others, that ultra-reactionary Peronist governor of Tucumán, and Aníbal Fernández, the same one who organized with Duhalde and Solá the 2002 Pueyrredon Bridge massacre where Kosteki and Santillán were murdered by the police, and in 2010 he ordered the police to "let free the area" for the gunmen of the union bureaucracy to kill Mariano Ferreyra.

The PRO and the UCR guarantee governability from the parliament to the weakened government of the Fernandezes, just as the PJ did with Macri when it was in a crisis after the revolutionary combat in Plaza Congreso in December 2017 (when thousands of workers and poor people put siege to the Congress to prevent it from voting the Pension Reform and the Labor Reform bills, which was partially successful, NT). The entire regime of the bosses' parties its aim to guarantee the plunder of the nation at the hands of the IMF and Wall Street.

The trade union bureaucracy of the CGT and the CTA -the only “ministers” who are never removed-, together with the Vatican's famine bureaucracy of the “Cayetanos”(every year the Catholic Church organizes a march to the Saint Cayetano church in Buenos Aires City to beg the heavens for a job, NT), guarantee peace to all the bosses' parties and the capitalists with a tight control deal among the workers' organizations, with the CGT hitmen and the leaders of the “social movements”. They are a bunch of traitors.

To fight for wages, decent work and housing, it’s necessary to open again the path to a general strike! The time has come to organize a new March 7, 2017 against the strikebreaker union bureaucracy, as when we expelled them from the CGT box, shouting "put a date on the strike!"

We must set up right now, without delay, a National Struggle Committee of self-convened workers, militant unions and combative piquetero movements, to defeat the scabs of the union and piquetero bureaucracy with the unity of the employed and the unemployed workers. The FIT-U tells workers that the distribution of working hours or the basic monthly wage of AR$ 120 thousand can be achieved through parliament, with a policy of pressure on Congress. That isn’t true. Argentina is bankrupt. Parliament is going to vote for the national surrender agreement with the IMF. Wall Street wants a regime of super-exploitation of workers at the level of the maquiladoras in northern Mexico, imposed from the Rio Grande to Tierra del Fuego. The Colombian Congress has just voted a law that brings working conditions back to the level of the 19th century. And that is what the Fernandezes plan to do, supported by Cambiemos (Macri's party, NT) and in complicity with the union and piquetera bureaucracy, with the liquidation of social plans and the unemployed going to work for AR$ 30 or $ 40 thousand a month... to continue decreasing wages at unbearable levels and guarantee cheap workers to the transnationals!

The emergence of a proto-fascist movement headed by Milei and supported by the reactionary middle classes shows that not only big capital is not going to give any concessions, but that it’s preparing for major class clashes. How can the FIT-U deny this?

Capitalists have to be stopped by force. Decent wages and work for all and the defense of the collective agreements and the labor conquests will not come from this parliament of the PJ, the PRO and all that band of yes-men to the service of the UIA, the oligarchy and the US embassy, ​​but fighting for everything, with a great revolutionary struggle in the streets like that of 2001, like that of Colombia today or Chile in 2019, even with workers' self-defense committees.

The FIT-U has decided to subordinate the immediate interests of the working class to the electoral trap of the IMF and the bosses' parties. Unfortunately, its weight in the SUTNA (tire workers union), the UF-Haedo (railway workers union militant local), SUTEBA-Matanza (very important teachers union local) and all the opposition in SUTEBA (main teacher's union), within the combative piqueteros movements, is not put at the service of preparing a great fight against the government and the union bureaucracy. Neither is the support of the Jujuy workers for Comrade Vilca, who obtained 24% of the votes in Jujuy province.
The Left Front must break its subordination to the electoral trap and put its forces and influence at the service of these urgent tasks! There is no time to lose! The fate of millions of workers is at stake!

The path to kick out the IMF and Wall Street has been marked by the workers and the exploited of Ecuador, Peru and Colombia, who rose up in mass political struggle against the governments lackeys to imperialism and the IMF plans.
It’s necessary to return to the shout of "All of them must leave for good!" An Argentinazo must be prepared so that this anti-worker government takes off by helicopter and we conquer, on the ruins of this infamous regime, a workers' and popular government of the self-organized and armed masses. Only that government, in unity with the working class of the Americas, can guarantee decent wages and work for all workers, breaking the submission to imperialism and expropriating the oligarchy, without which there will never be bread or national liberation.
