Brutal persecution against the Chubutazo fighters in Argentina and the metal workers from the Bay of Cádiz in the Spanish State

The rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, it is justice! 

As they did before in Colombia, massacring and imprisoning the workers and the rebellious youth, or in Chile, where there are more than 2,500 political prisoners as hostages of the Pinochet’s regime, today the oppressor regimes are enlisting their forces against the protagonists of the heroic Chubutazo in Argentina and against the indomitable metal workers of Cádiz who with their struggle shook the entire Spanish State.

This attack on the mosthardened sectors of the combative vanguard is an attack on the whole  world working class. We cannot allow it!
We call on all militant workers’ and students’ organizations to make an international campaign in solidarity with the comrades who are being attacked.

Stand up, for the unconditional freedom and dropping of all charges against all persecuted fighters! Enough of jail and repression for those who fight!

Bosses' justice will put in custody pre-trial prison for 60 days the comrades charged with having set ablaze El Chubut newspaper

Enough is enough! Freedom for the three detained comrades!

Comrades Jonathan Luna, Marcos Wilipan (leader of the MTE) and Víctor Cotut are still imprisoned after the bosses ‘justice and their murderous police raided more than six houses of the Chubutazo fighters. Judge Castro ruled 60 days of pretrial prison for the three comrades charged with having set ablaze “El Chubut” newspaper Marcos's mother and daughter denounced the brutal police procedure, pointing to their heads as they searched for Marcos.

WE CANNOT ALLOW THEY CONTINUE THE ATTACK TO THOSE WHO FIGHT AGAINST MINING, THE ARCIONI GOVERNMENT AND ALL THE BOSSES' POLITICIANS SERVANTS OF THE MONOPOLIES. From the unions of the fishing industry, the assemblies of the self-convened workers, the teachers and the state workers, and all the employed and unemployed workers' organizations, we must keep the unity conquered in the streets. Let's set up unified self-defense committees against the repression of the murderous police and the attack commanded by Arcioni and his judges at the service of the mining companies!

The press is scandalized by the videos of the bosses' politicians from La Plata who speak of "making the Gestapo" to destroy the unions. But here in Chubut the repressive forces and their judges have their hands stained with Maldonado's blood and the wounds from the brutal repression of December 16 and 17 are still bleeding.
In this province, the “Gestapo” police are commanded by Arcioni with the approval of Fernández, true servants of Panamerican Silver and all the monopolies.

We want Marcos, Jonathan and Víctor free! With our comrades taken as hostages in state prisons, we will not be able to conquer our demands!
