“Chomingo” Bilbao, charged under false charges, decomposes because of the vexations provoked by the oil companies court

The third session of the fascist trial against the workers of Las Heras was cancelled

The third session of the trial set by the fascist court of the monopolies, the K and the anti-worker “opposition” against the Las Heras workers was cancelled at the 8 pm. The motive was that the comrade “Chomingo” Bilbao, one of the charged ones, decompensate while the policeman Inostroza (who constantly lied about the events of the night of February 7th 2006) stated.
The entire former day, the comrade was detained by the order of the Lembeye Judge and the trial, and he was brought from Las Heras to Caleta Olivia because he missed the former session.

 “Chomingo” is under health treatment and is under prescript medication. The police kept him from getting the medication while he was detained and that produced the epileptic attack during the third session. He had to be delivered urgently to the hospital, but there were no ambulances at disposition in the place and he was more than 30 minutes in the floor without medical attention.

From the beginning of the third session a lot of provocations fell under the 13 imputes. To “Chomingo” in particular, they were torturing him psychologically from the beginning, even physically, since he had spent the entire previous day in prison, with cold and without medication.

At the same time, his son, Juan Pablo, and Alexis Perez, were without defense because the lawyer Fernandez, his legal representative, didn’t assist the session, leaving them under the official defense of the state.

During the entire session the oil worker saw the police and the intelligence service who were the “witness” of the complaint parade. They saw how each one of them contradicted with their statement and action that is found written in the cause, and how they contradicted with themselves.

That day, in the session the the widdow of the policeman Sayago was there. They watched with hate the comrades the entire journey. These two woman laughted out loudly when “Chomingo” collapsed in the floor and where taken out of the court by his fellows.

While the comrade Bilbao was assisted by his fellows and family at the gates of the court, it was heard by the speakers the rumours of the attonery and the complainant lawyers. Between laughs and jokes they said “that old one doesn’t stand it because he has no booze” Cynic! They celebrate and laugh of the comrades tortured that suffered the jail for three and a half years!
Lembeye judge before such scandal and provocation had to discipline and shut up the lawyers. A journalist from “The Patagonic” journal wanted to take pictures of the scene while “Chomingo” was collapsed in the floor, but the Prefecture, under the command of the judge, stopped him to do it and scowled him.

Lembeye, as a workers torturer as she is, knows that comrade Bilbao could’ve died in the Court itself as a consequence of the behavior of the repressive forces that she command. She knows that the life of the comrade could’ve gone “out of her hands”, as the genocide military men stated in the ’70 that where constantly cattle prodding and torturing the young fighting workers.

That’s how the workers are treated in this fascist court of the imperialist oil companies.
