The deepening of the attacks of the Evo Morales' Government against the workers, closing factories, snatching our labor conquests, trying to penalize the strike, taking our budget for health, education away, selling it out to the voracity of transnational corporations and pay the damn foreign debt to imperialist banks ...
With factories taken and produced by workers such as Polar, White Point, Pottery Victoria (the latter boycotted by the government and employers) pitifully more and more isolated and at the mercy of the bosses' and the government …

WE THE MANUFACTURING WORKERSNEED A LIST THAT REPRESENTS US!

TO FIGHT FOR:
Retaking the combat to recover our fighting organisms like the Bolivian Workers' Central from the hands of the collaborationist bureaucracy, to defeat the arrogant Evo Morales and to fight for workers and peasants government!
• Immediate nationalization, without compensation and under workers' control of textile factories, ceramics, food, etc. that suspend, close or lay off on the road to take the whole industry under workers' control
• For a coordinating commission of all factories under workers' control to centralize the struggle. We are all Polar, Punto Blanco y Cerámica Victoria!
• Opening of accounting books of all branches of production to demonstrate that the entrepreneurs handle double and even triple accounts to blackmail and to deceive the workers of their supposed "crisis."
• Expropriation without compensation and under workers control of all minerals and hydrocarbons! There it is the money to finance the factories under workers' control, to invest in industry, wages, education, retirement, and qualified health.
• For the reduction of the working day and one more shift in all the factories so that the unemployed go to work
• Welding in the streets the alliance with the miners, factories, students and poor peasants to face the attack of the Government with the General Strike
• Minimum and mobile living wage equal to the family basket according to inflation.
• 100% retirement according to the last salary
• Defend the Bolivian immigrant workers who work in Argentina and Brazil in textile factories "warm bed system” joining them the Federation and Confederation factory, with voice and vote in the Union National Meeting" of the Factory Federation and the COB! One class, one fight!
• To strengthen proletarian internationalism and effective combat against the genocide of Syrian workers and exploited by Al Assad, Putin and Trump-Obama

The manufacturing workers as the vanguard of the Bolivian working class are coming from facing with hard days of struggle in May and June of 2016 the attack of the Bolivarian government of Evo Morales and the slave drivers entrepreneurs before the closing of ENATEX.  to the cry of "It is already falling, this repressive government is going to fall already, it is going to rise, already the working class will raise to the power!" and striving to recover the Bolivian Workers' Center (COB) from the hands of the collaborationist bureaucracy to put it at the service of all workers. In these hard days the workers of the basis  imposed to the COB general strikes of 24, 48 and 72 hours with pickets, blockades of roads and with the stoppage of the production managing to fight and winning support of the exploited of the country. They saw that if the attack of the government was imposed it would deepen to all the sectors, and that is what we are living.
Today, the government attacks the whole working class with layoffs, chasing, harassingand blackmailing the factory base. He delivered 150 million dollars from pension funds to the workers and gave them to the landowners oligarchy of the Media Luna. He stuck his hands in the National Health Fund; now he tries to penalize the strike, finances the exploration of new oil and gas fields at the expense of the health and education budget, as it happens with the budget deficit of universities, as is the case of the Public University of El Alto (UPEA). He honors the sacred payment of the fraudulent foreign debt to the imperialist banks, which by January 2017 amounted to 6.8 billion dollars representing 20% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). And that's what the government guarantees to capitalists the robbery and looting of the income of minerals and gas. In 2016 was 6.55 billion dollars. This government turned out to be more Yankee than the gringo Goni and he has deepen the looting on account of the transnationals and at the same time the attack to the exploited ones as it happens with our class brothers of Venezuela where there are  a lot of people who is dying of starvation .This is why today we need to defend the factories to produce by the workers since this is the workers 'response to the blackmail of the bosses of their alleged "crisis", leading the workers' control of the whole branch of production as a transitory measure towards the taking of power. Let's defend Polar, Punto Blanco and Cerámica Victoria!
If they win, we win! May the mining vanguard stand up again!

Entrepreneurs are part of the parasitic ruling class. They are the thieves who exploit each day increasing their profits at the expense of our sweat, blood and muscles, increasing production rates, laying off and frightening us. That is why the policy of defending the "national industry" against "smuggling" is to defend the profits of the slave driver employers who are associated internationally with the imperialist transnationals and markets like MERCOSUR as a free trade agreement; There Bolivia, under the bourgeois Constitution, has been destined to supply gas and mineral to satisfy the ceaseless thirst for profit of the imperialist parasites in the world division labor.
It is imperative that the factories take back the path of those heroicdays of 2003-2005, now to bring them to victory. That together with the dynamite of the miner, they should be the point of the spear to deepen the struggle to recover the COB to the service of the workers without traitorous bureaucrats and to expel the ministers and senators pimps of the bourgeoisie, under the Legacy of the Pulacayo Thesis.
Unity and coordination of the working class to defeat the arrogant Evo Morales loyal servant of imperialism and impose a workers 'and peasants' government!
The industrial workers were right in 2010 at CONCLAT in Brazil, when they bravely gave an international fight against workers 'bureaucracies and the farce of the Bolivarian revolution. Today the workers of Brazil stand up against hunger and exploitation burning up ministries, with street fights facing the police against the bourgeois regime and its employers' parties. That's the way! For the same international struggle of the working class of the whole Southern Cone against the same anti-workers' plans of imperialism and its lackeys governments! Down with the Mercosur! Let's deepen the manufacturing workers' call to the workers of the world to stop the most muted genocide of the 21st century by Al Asssad, Putin and Trump-Obama to the Syrian workers and peasants.
