Bolivia - November 20th, 2019
Trump gave the order...
Imperialism concentrated its forces in Bolivia to contain and crush the revolutionary struggle of the masses in Latin America
In El Alto and La Paz, a decisive battle is waged of those that cover the entire Latin America, from the rebel masses in Dignity Square in Santiago de Chile to insurgent Haiti to revolutionary Quito, Ecuador, to Colombia that has already started a general strike against the regime of the 9 US imperialist military bases
Revolutionary El Alto must not be left isolated!
Down with the military dictatorship of the Banzerista generals and their fascist government!
Rifle, Shrapnel, Bolivia doesn't shut up!
For the masses of South America to succeed...
For the immediate downfall of Piñera, Duque, Añez, Lenin Moreno
and all the lackey governments and regimes of the entire region
Latin American revolutionary general strike!
There are already 32 dead in Senkata
Dozens of workers and peasants were killed by the government of Añez and the fascist generals, who are under the orders of the Pentagon and the Bolivian oligarchy and bourgeoisie. There, as yesterday in Sacaba, they caused, together with the murderous police and the armed gangs of Santa Cruz, a real massacre. The dead are still coming, with shots in the neck. Many died due to bleeding, as any access to El Alto was cut off by the military for physicians, paramedics and ambulances. As ever, fascists show their cruel inhumanity.
In El Alto, in 2003/2005, the headquarters of the Bolivian revolution was set up, which defeated Goni, the Rosca (oligarchic circle of power, NdT) and then Mesa. There, the guardians of the hydrocarbons were then organized. Morales, however continued to sold the hydrocarbons out to Imperialism and the transnationals. Now he has fled. He said that "he did not want to shed blood" ... Perhaps he is speaking about his and his cronies’ blood. The blood of the masses is being shed. There are already dozens dead, hundreds wounded, many of them critically, thousands of prisoners. The senators of Morales are negotiating with the coup government, which they have already recognized as a "constitutional government," while preparing new elections with fascist Añez, and even negotiating the return of Morales. This new agrarian and State-contractor bourgeoisie has shown to be more afraid of the people in arms than the bourgeois gang that circumstantially wants to get rid of it by disputing business.
The brave workers and the people of El Alto knew they had to take the gas and hydrocarbons plant in Senkata.
The masses know that whoever controls the gas will control the energy of Bolivia, which supplies all of South America. But, unlike 2003-2005, the miner's dynamite is not by their side.
The leadership of the COB has left the people of El Alto alone. The counterrevolutionary blow came swiftly.
There is no time to lose. El Alto must not be isolated for another day. We must crush the counterrevolution of the Banzerista generals and the US imperialism agents of the government! We must disregard the leadership of the COB, which negotiates with the murderers of workers and peasants! They are a corrupt bureaucracy, which hands do not tremble when it is about negotiating and selling out workers’ blood in exchange for their privileges. The COB bureaucracy tells the miners that if they leave their mines, the unemployed or other "hordes" will take them. That’s a lie!!!! They are vile strikebreakers. If the government of Añez is allowed to settle, all the miners from the state mines will be dismissed, because the latter will be all privatized and handed over to the transnationals. They are preparing a great defeat, like Judas, for some coins.
We have to stand up and arm the headquarters of the Bolivian revolution! El Alto must not fall ... From factories and mines, from education and health workers, from rural workers and peasants, we must go to El Alto! Only from there an independent and revolutionary COB could be recovered to resume its 1952 program, the Pulacayo Theses, which condemn all traitors who agree with the bourgeoisie and its governments. Today, more than ever, the miner's dynamite is needed to crush the fascist officers and win over the soldiers, the children of workers and peasants, so that they will go with their weapons to our side to defend the people.
In Bolivia the destiny of all Latin America is at stake. There, imperialism has concentrated all its forces to crush and defeat the oppressed workers and peoples of our continent who are in a state of uprising. It is specially committed to attack Bolivian workers and peasants viciously.
Imperialism called the masses of the Middle East "barbarian, backward and terrorist tribes." Now they do the same in Latin America, they call the indigenous peoples, the workers and peasants as “wild hordes”, “drunkards” and even “terrorists” and other atrocities against the exploited although we are who actually produce with our work all the wealth of the nation.
They say they are “the civilization”, but instead, they are barbarism, looting, death and fascism; they are which destroys the culture, health and education of our peoples.
The El Alto massacre is a milestone that is fire branding the counterrevolution.
The US imperialists are acting here like they did in the Middle East. To stop the chain of revolutions that arose there in 2011-2012, they have concentrated their forces in Syria to crush the revolution and soak that country in working-class and popular blood. If the attack succeeds in Bolivia, they will come for everyone throughout the Americas.
In Chile, after a week of taking the Pinochetista armed forces to the streets, the Piñera government returned to keep his wild dogs in the barracks. They pose as neutral, but, amid promises of "more democracy", "constituents" and "plebiscites", they only seek to numb the people and create the conditions for the Pinochetista generals to slaughter again as in the 1970s.
Meanwhile, in this mass offensive, hundreds of workers and peasants are already falling not only in Bolivia but in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Haiti. This massacre in Senkata should not go unpunished! It is a blow to the workers, peasants and oppressed peoples of our entire continent!
The "Bolivarian" revolution proved to be a scam and a detour for the US imperialists and their direct counterrevolution to return in Latin America.
Maduro in Venezuela has long since given up, as Morales did in Bolivia. But those who have not given up or will never give up are the millions of workers and peasants who are in an insurrection state throughout Latin America from the maquilas of Matamoros to the students and workers of Nicaragua, Panama and Honduras.
Workers and peasants stood up in Ecuador, defeating the IMF offensive and the brutal attack of Lenin Moreno. With worker and peasant self-organization, they stopped the attack of the capitalists and began a revolution that is far from over.
In Haiti, the insurrection of the masses does not stop. Chile has been in a state of revolt and revolution for 30 days.
In Argentina and Brazil, people resisted and are still resisting harshly the offensive of the governments of direct managers of the imperialist businesses throughout the region.
Wall Street, the US government and the murderous native governments have declared war on the workers and peasants of Latin America. They come for our gas, oil, minerals, cereals ... they come for all the nation wealth, which is ours. And they come for our workforce, so that it is cheap and enslaved.
The reformist left now proclaims "more democracy." But here people fights for bread, land, national independence and against wage slavery. Here and there, fighting for revolution, the workers and peasants will defend democratic freedoms with weapons in hand. But democracy can no more continue to be used to keep workers and peasants unarmed so that they are later massacred by fascism.
These new social democratic parties say that these murderous states of counterrevolutionary gendarmes are stopped by voting for glittering constituent assemblies, which only they try to sell in their deceptions and that no longer convince anyone. No gentlemen! It is Fascism and Bonapartism what are coming!
The war is here ...
This is confronted with revolutionary struggles and strikes and weapons in the hands of the masses.
Cuban Stalinism is secluded in Havana ... a tragedy. They have handed out workers and peasants’ Cuba to the US imperialists. Maduro only kills workers by hunger while he prepares the dollarization of Venezuela as his partner Correa did.
Everyone, like Morales, have fled the battlefield of the anti-imperialist struggle in Latin America. This can only be led to victory by the success of the workers and peasants revolutions, which will recover the land and break with imperialism, expropriating all parasites that live on the work of others.
The call to solidarity and struggles in the streets is the order of the day. Disregarding the Añez government is not enough. There are no medicines in El Alto to heal hundreds of wounded and there are no weapons in the hands of workers and peasants.
The leadership of the unions, such as the COB in Bolivia, negotiates with the fascist government of Añez and has divided the revolutionary struggle of the Bolivian people: traitors, a thousand times traitors! They are not at all different from the trade union bureaucrats who have supported these regimes of opprobrium from decades ago which surrender to imperialism throughout the Americas.
Let´s organize, from the combative unions and the rebel students a caravan of solidarity to El Alto of Bolivia.
Añez and its fascist generals want to encircle the revolutionary El Alto, headquarters of the revolution. We must not allow it!
Let’s send ther medicines, food and volunteers to fight!
From the Dignity Square in Santiago de Chile to the CONAIE and the FUT of Ecuador to the brave workers of the Mexican maquilas to the revolutionary El Alto in Bolivia to the revolts of the Haitian masses, the time has come to call now, without delay, to set up a Latin American General Staff of all the workers and peasant organizations of the masses in struggle.
The CSP-Conlutas must lead the call to fight alongside the Bolivian comrades by calling for a general strike in Brazil, to strike against Bolsonaro and fight like a single fist alongside the Chilean and Ecuadorian workers and poor peasants. The comrades teachers of the CNTE of Mexico and the parents of the 43 teaching school students of Ayotzinapa have to unite to face the coup of the US imperialists. The organizing committee of the November 21 strike in Colombia must be part of this fight against imperialism. Combative unionism must call right now to coordinate the forces of workers in Argentina alongside those of the entire Americas.
That all the organizations that speak on behalf of the workers and peasants break all the pacts and agreements with the bourgeoisie and put all their forces, supported by the struggle of the masses, to prepare a counteroffensive in Latin America against imperialism.
We have a great ally in North America. Millions of ours, as immigrants, are part of the US and Canada working class. With our children, we are imprisoned at the border between Mexico and the USA, transformed into a Guantanamo for the Central American and Mexican working class. The black workers face the white supremacists in the north of the continent, nothing different from the white fascist of the oligarchy of the Media Luna and the followers of Camacho. There are also our allies, General Motors workers and the US teachers, who stand up against labor flexibility and in defense of their wages and conquests.
Imperialism is coordinated and centralized through the OAS and the UN. From the Southern Command of the USA (US South-Com), the murderous armies of Latin America are organized to slaughter their own people.
The setting up of a command of workers and peasant organizations in Latin America and the US is on the order of the day.
The continental general strike in the Americas and in Latin America in particular can no longer wait
To expel imperialism and the IMF, to stop labor flexibility, to fight for education, health and retirement, to conquer the land and support revolutionary battles of the masses on the continent, to stop the massacre of the counter-revolution that has already begun ... Forward to militant internationalism in the labor movement! The same class, the same enemy, the same fight!
They come for everything that is ours. We have to go for everything they possess.
Today the attack is concentrated in Bolivia. But the reaction is already prepared to slaughter in Chile and Ecuador ... tomorrow they will come for all of us ... and it will be too late.
They have stolen our riches. We will fight for the nationalization without compensation and under the control of the workers of the mines, the oil wells and the banks with which they plunder our wealth.
We will go for the best lands of our nations, which the transnationals have appropriated with their agro-industries, while stripping millions of peasants from their land.
The US imperialists deserve much more than 2 or 3 Vietnams. They deserve the advance of a victorious socialist revolution that will recover workers and peasants’ Cuba -sold out by Stalinism- and crush the regimes and counterrevolutionary governments of the Piñeras, Bolsonaros, Macris, Añezes, Lenin Morenoes and all other imperialism lackeys.
A worker and socialist revolution that ends with this farce of "Bolivarian revolution", which was full of promises of victory and has only gave defeats to the masses.
We insist, from the Dignity Square in Santiago, from El Alto, from insurrected Haiti and revolutionary Ecuador a single scream must come out,
For a Revolutionary general strike from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego! Let the Americas stop from North to South!
We must defeat imperialism and its lackey regimes!
For the Socialist United States of Central and South America!
