Bolivia - August 14th, 2020 While the MAS and the fascist coup officials close ranks and agree on going to elections on October 18 with the supervision of the UN and the church, the COB bureaucracy in a blunt and open betrayal to the workers, negotiates with the TSE (Supreme Electoral Tribunal) October 11 as the election date Enough of cooling the wrath of the workers and poor peasants down! THE PEOPLE WANT TO CRUSH THE MILITARY DICTATORSHIP AND MAKE AÑEZ GO OUT! Out with gringos, the UN, the OAS and the IMF! Down with the UN/OAS-blessed deal between the MAS and the Media Luna! To that infamous deal we must oppose the worker and peasant alliance! We must regroup the forces of the workers and the exploited to recover the COB and conquer a true general strike to bring down the government! Let the Headquarters of the Revolution stand up as for the 2005 Resolutions of the  Regional Worker Central of El Alto (COR)! We must expel the treacherous bureaucracy of the COB that sells out the fighting! Let's re-found the 1952 COB with its worker and peasant militias, free of bureaucrats, or “worker” ministers  and senators! Open the road to the miners' dynamite! Committees of rank and file soldiers! In a monumental crisis of those above between the MAS and the Media Luna, the impoverished masses have burst, pushed by hunger, and the conditions of misery, struggling to bring down the entire regime. However, these same bourgeois fractions, with the support of Pan-Bol and ADN parties, among other parties of the regime, with the church and the blessing of the UN, unified by the terror of the worker and peasant uprising that echoed in the streets, blockade points, marches, "Out Añez!", making it clear that this struggle is not the MAS struggle, but the exploited people's. The Legislative Assembly (with its two-thirds in the hands of the MAS and  Evo Morales advice) has approved the date of elections that Áñez had proposed from the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE). As Huarachi (Executive Secretary of the COB) had done before behind the people's backs, he once again betrayed by negotiating the fighting. While the hungry people fight for "Out with Áñez", the bureaucracy of the COB and the MAS Unity Pact have demobilized and disorganized the fighting, and proclaim "peace" when the police, the army and the fascist bands of Áñez and Camacho Pumar are shedding   worker and peasant blood, imprison us and massacre us. The submission of the COB to the MAS is a negative force in the task of crushing the fascist government of Áñez and for achieving the slightest demands from the exploited. This bureaucracy wants to give up the fight by negotiating with the Supreme Electoral Tribunal elections for October 11, a proposal that does not have any consensus among any base sector. For this reason, the districts of El Alto, Tupac Katari peasant organizations, Sayaquira miners, among other sectors, have denounced immediately  this leadership, threatening to disavow the latter. Out with the treacherous bureaucracy of the COB! Enough of class collaborationism! On the other hand, some currents such as the POR were straightforwardly conspicuous by their absence in this political crisis, leaving Huarachi to control the peasant and worker movement, and respecting Áñez's orderly transition, though in November 2019, at the time of the coup, they had a leading role alongside the Media Luna Councils that supported the police mutiny together with the military that massacred in Senkata and Sacaba. The Gramscians of the LORCI and their  Newspaper "La Izquierda Diario"  exposed themselves as the true left wing of the MAS; they have exposed themselves by fighting for the “non-proscription of the MAS” in the elections, thus covering the left collaborationist bureaucracy. Moreover, they said pompously that Huarachi promotes "large" and "massive" mobilizations that carry out "measures of force", when the only thing that the bureaucracy mobilized was the leaders, such as the miners' (the Confederation of factories directly voted not to go out to the streets ), dividing the mining and manufacturing workers base so that they guarantee production and profit to the capitalists at the cost of contagion by the coronavirus and with the blackmail of dismissals by the slaver employers. What the rotten bureaucracy does is using the peasant movement to negotiate with Áñez on behalf of the MAS, but the task of the moment is and has always been to bring down the bureaucracy of Huarachi and company. The Marxist apothegm mentions that the one who gives even the nail of the little finger to a bourgeois government, refuses to fight for its overthrow later on. Today the pots of worker and peasant families are still empty, hospitals are collapsed, deaths from covid or other diseases are the daily bread of the exploited and when we rise up,  comes the military boot. That is why we must advance in bringing down this government, and for this we must bring down the bureaucracy that negotiates the struggle. It is already the impoverished masses who have broken into and taken to the streets for their most heartfelt demands such as bread and health. A true worker-peasant alliance must be reconstituted, and for this the COB must be recovered by purging its collaborationist leaders. We must dismiss all the collaborationist leaders in a great WORKERS AND PEASANT CONGRESS OF COB DELEGATES that imposes a revolutionary leadership born of the mines, factories, hospitals, schools, communities that break with the deal between the MAS and the coup government; the workers and peasants militia must be called by this Congress to stand up and impose a true revolutionary general strike! Let's crush the fascist bands of the Cochala Resistance, the Unión Juvenil Cruceñista and other filthy scourge, the police and the murderous militiamen of the coup government! Committees of rank and file soldiers linked to the workers' organizations and poor peasants! Expropriation of the fascist Media Luna bourgeoisie and the "Bolivarian" bourgeoisie of the MAS, without compensation and under workers' control! Land for the poor peasant! In order to have money for bread, health, education and work, let's expropriate the imperialist transnationals without compensation and under workers' control!
