The capitalists and the fascist government who attack with massacre, thousands of dismissals, factory closings, processes, persecution and jail are not defeated at the polls, they are defeated with the struggle in the streets! We workers do not vote for the bosses of MAS, Citizen Community, Creemos and other bourgeois parties! From the assemblies of the mines, factories and workplaces ... LET'S VOTE TO RECOVER THE COB FROM THE HANDS OF THE BUREAUCRACY! Congress of the COB with grassroots delegates to drive out the collaborationist bureaucracy, unite the resistance, break with the bourgeoisie! After the coup d'état and its massacres of Sacaba and Senkata in November 2019 and elections postponed three times, the electoral elections will finally be held this October 18 with the monitoring of more than 40 observers from the OAS and the UN, which commanded the fascist coup. To date the fascist Crescent is in a crisis of legitimacy. His ministers like Branco Marinkovic, recently elected as Minister of Economy, are hated because they were the heads of the fascist riot of 2008. There is no doubt that the MAS daily proves to be a proven cowardly bourgeoisie that, far from facing the fascist Crescent, continues to support and guarantee them the best lands after 14 years. As in the days of July-August, when faced with the call of the exploited to "throw away the fascist government of Áñez and its puppet elections," their candidate Arce Catacora and Morales from Argentina had to call for peace, calm and submitting to the ballot boxes supported by the bureaucracy of the COB and the FSTMB that boycotted the general strike. The reason is the MAS fears the exploited and their independent actions of the masses like the plague, as well as the same oligarchy with whom it again signed the “pacification” deal with the blessing of the OAS and the UN and agreed to go to elections. Today the MAS again plays its role as a popular front for class collaboration and is perceived by broad swaths of the exploited as the "lesser evil" because of the poison that sold out bureaucrats and even extrotskyist organizations spread, which without blushing called to defend the MAS nomination arguing that it is the party with the greatest “representation” of the people, the bourgeoisie can never “represent” the exploited and revolutionaries can never lay illusions in the representatives of the bourgeoisie. For this reason, the workers must know that in these elections whether it is the MAS, or some representative of the Media Luna who wins, unfortunately  Wall Street and the imperialist transnationals are those who actually win as they will keep Bolivia subject and under the whip of capital. Even more so when Bolivia has entered a frank and open recession, with 10.7 percent unemployment until August, and it is expected that until the end of the year the GDP will fall 6.2 percent. The class war is deepening, precisely for this reason –and this is the “pacification” deal of the MAS and the Media Luna- where all the bourgeois fractions seek to re-legitimize and repress the battered regime to redouble the offensive on behalf of Wall Street and the IMF. After the betrayal of the COB to the exploited in the days of July and August ... The bourgeois fractions subject the exploited to the electoral trap and the MAS in the midst of a brutal bosses offensive with factory closures, repressions, persecutions and massacre During the July and August days, the MAS sought to use the peasant movement to exert pressure on the fascist government and its institutions to hold elections. However, the masses surpassed this objective of the MAS and the COB bureaucracy with the cry of “We don't want elections! We want Áñez's resignation! ”. A true peasant uprising and the indomitable El Alto struggled to bring down the infamous regime and the military dictatorship. Against the MAS, the first armed self-defense committees were set up, while groups like the LORCI held cultural events and the urban teachers (led by the POR that supported the coup, its soldiers and police) allowed Huarachi to lead  the mass movement to the defeat and the electoral trap. While Áñez massacred in select hot spots, the COB boycotted the worker-peasant alliance at every step, keeping the miners inside the mine as in Huanuni, Colquiri, and the factory workers in the factories over a sea of ​​unemployed. For this reason, the base of the neighbors and the exploited boldly identified the traitors of Huarachi (COB) and Villasante (Fejuve) and ignored them in the councils and assemblies. But the roadblocks were weakened by the wear and tear of weeks and the betrayal was beginning to weigh. The ebb became inevitable and the bourgeois fractions took the opportunity to put the masses in the electoral trap, with the unconditional support of the mining bureaucracy that now travels the country campaigning for the MAS like Orlando Gutiérrez of the FSTMB, Miguel Pérez (mining candidate from Huanuni to senator for the MAS) or the former executive secretary of the COB, Guido Mitma, who goes as first senator to Chuquisaca for Creemos Party of Camacho. The advanced workers should know that the fall of the fascist government and the prospect of imposing a provisional revolutionary government of workers and peasants would be supported only by the arming of the people to guarantee our demands for health, education, wages, decent pensions, etc. , but the collaborationist leaderships of the COB, the FSTMB, the COD's, the Confederation of Factory Workers of Bolivia and the Federations of Manufacture Workers took that perspective away from us and today the businessmen, the fascist government supported by the MAS, come for all our conquests, and  these bureaucracies dare tell us that by voting at the ballot box we can stop the attack of the capitalists. Enough of the electoral trap! In these elections, the exploited cannot vote for their executioners, who seek to legitimize a government and the infamous regime to redouble and deepen their attack In these elections, the Trotskyists of the LSTI (Workers' Democracy) call on the workers not to vote for any of their executioners. We are promoting the only possible vote in these elections for class independence, which is this programmatic vote. Therefore, from our factory, mine, hospital and workplace assemblies: Let's vote for a COB Congress with grassroots delegates to drive out the treacherous bureaucracy and win it back for the fight! Let us centralize the workers resistance in Tecnopor, Altifibers, Vidrios Lux, Vita, Duralit, together with the miners of Huanuni and Potosí to definitively break with the bourgeoisie, conquer the Revolutionary General Strike and blow-up the "pacification" deal! Enough of  massacre, persecution and jail for the workers! Let's take back our fighting organizations from the hands of the manufacturing and mining union bureaucracy! We can't keep fighting divided another minute! For a revolutionary bloc of workers' and militant organizations to recover the COB from the hands of Huarachi! Let us vote to expropriate the transnationals without compensation and under workers' control, and expel the Wall Street parasites! No to the repayment of the fraudulent foreign debt!
