March of the victims of the Senkata and Sacaba massacre from Caracollo (Oruro) to the seat of government (La Paz) for justice and the simple and pure freedom of all the political prisoners of November 2019...

THE FIGHT OF THE VICTIMS OF THE MASSACRES MUST BE SUPPORTED WITH EFFECTIVE SOLIDARITY FROM THE WORKERS' AND  EXPLOITED'S ORGANIZATIONS!

Down with the "pacification" pact signed by the COB and the bosses' parties of MAS and the fascist Media Luna, blessed by the OAS!
The COB must break with the bourgeoisie and put itself at the disposal of the fight!

On Tuesday 19, after a coordination meeting between the relatives of the massacred in Senkata and Sacaba, the tortured, the political prisoners and the wounded, a march under the banner of political independence for justice and full freedom of the political prisoners was resolved to be promoted to the seat of government (La Paz) from the town of Caracollo (in the Cercado province in the Oruro department). Points demanded:
1. Denounce, demand and promote the liability lawsuit against Jeanine Áñez.
2. Denounce, demand and promote ordinary criminal trials against the ministers who signed DS 4078.
3. Denounce, demand and promote the trials and felony proceedings against the police officers who ordered to shoot and injure our members on November 11, 2019.
4. Denounce, demand and promote the suits against the directors of the hospital clinics, doctors and medical personnel who tortured our brothers and sisters in the month of November 2019.
5. Denounce, demand and promote the criminal proceedings against the justice operators, who tortured our brothers arrested in November 2019.
6. Report, demand and promote the administrative processes for Comprehensive Reparation, suggested by the GIEI-IACHR. Comprehensive reparation that will benefit all the Victims of the Association (families of the deceased, injured and tortured detainees).
Actually, almost two years after the November massacres by the fascists of the Media Luna, the Armed Forces and the murderous police, the victims still don’t have justice in the government of Arce of the MAS and worse still they haven’t even complied with the petition specifications that he promised to meet months ago, and on the contrary Murillo, Mesa, Camacho, Arias and other fascists, as well as the army officers continue to enjoy their freedom.

It has already been four days of the victims' march going cold, hungry, and hot due to the arduous sun that hits the pavement of the road, with blisters on their feet, many of the women with their children on their arms and still with the courage to conquer justice and full freedom for all political prisoners. That is why this is a struggle of all the people of El Alto and the exploited nationally and internationally, of the miners, factory workers, the neighbors of the Federation of Neighborhood Councils, the Regional Workers' Central of El Alto, the Departmental Workers' Centrals at the national level of the peasants who hate the fascists, defend the whipala and the struggle of all the exploited. WE ARE ALL SENKATA AND SACABA!

It’s necessary to surround with effective solidarity, joining from the base of the unions to the march of the victims of the Senkata and Sacaba massacre and for the COB to break with the bourgeoisie and make itself available to all the demands of the victims of the massacre that faced fascism and the coup of imperialism while the MAS staff fled like a cowardly bourgeoisie. Solidarity with walkouts, strikes, roadblocks until justice is won and all political prisoners are effectively free! Open the road to the political independence of all workers' organizations!

It’s about fighting with the unity of those from below for recovering the COB from the hands of the traitor Juan Carlos Huarachi, and all those who sold themselves body and soul to the parties of the bourgeois regime that after filling Senkata and Sacaba in blood, imposed an infamous pact of "pacification" on the blood spilled with the blessing of the OAS. In this way we will be able to win justice, with the effective solidarity of the unions; in this way we will also be able to free the miners of Ch'ojlla who are imprisoned today in the San Pedro prison for the sole fact of defending their jobs, the dropping of the charges piled on the factory workers who are persecuted by the businessmen. The reason is that it’s the same justice and the same murderous police who take away the freedom of the miners of Cho'jlla and savagely repressed the women in traditional skirts in the Yungas. Freedom for and dropping of the charges piled upon all the miners of Ch’ojlla and the Housewives Committee! Unity and coordination of those who fight! Unity of all victims: let us not allow them to divide us or allow them to use the legitimate struggle of the victims as a political banner!
