Facing the elections of the union of Huanuni:

While the bureaucrats told the miners "If we break with Morales, it will be worse for us", it is clear that the government has only deepened the repression, blackmail, close factories, bond withdrawals, and massive layoffs and reduced budget for education and health. And if this was not enough, now from the hand of the "flaming" manager want to impose the government's plan of 14/7, which translates into more silicosis, retrenchments, staff cuts and exorbitant working hours in inhumane conditions...
In these elections of the Joint Union of Mineworkers of Huanuni (SMTMH), unfortunately none of the lists that are introduced, such as Organización Sindical Obrero (OSO), Revolucionario Obrero Sindical (FROS) and Frente de Unidad Sindical (FUS), want to confront the attack of the pro-US government of Morales. Whether the prices of minerals rise or fall, this government continues to guarantee the payment of the foreign debt to the imperialist banks, it gives out the nation to the transnational companies at a worse than Goni did at the cost of leaving us in hunger and misery.

All the lists that are in these elections will be faithful to the plans of the government and MAS.
THEY DO NOT REPRESENT US!

Let us vote from our sectional in assemblies a body of rotating rank and file delegates with a revocable mandate!

The 500 comrades who received dismissal letters from Huanuni Mining Company are still threatened with being kicked out; they have the right to lead this body of delegates! We do not accept a single dismissal! This body of delegates who is the executive of our union is the one who can stop the government's attack and with direct democracy to get rid of the sold out leaders so we can unite the ranks of all the exploited

At the end of 2015, the miners of Huanuni with dynamite kicked out the traitor Canchari from the union and were struggling to recover their fighting bodies, the future of the bureaucracy of the Trade Union Federation of Mineworkers of Bolivia (FSTMB) and even of Bolivian Worker Central (COB). Among his services it can be mentioned the 350,000 Bolivians got from the pockets of the miners based on blackmail to campaign for Morales and MAS; the loan of $35 million as a mechanism for the miners to be tied with more chains to the submission of the government and its plan of privatization of the mine; the "voluntary" retirement plan of more than 500 workers; production of 700 tons per month based on brutal super-exploitation and poor safety conditions; and reduce the wages by 20% to pay off the so called millionaire debt.
For the end of the union's management were the ones who sent the message from the new manager of the Mining Company of Huanuni - government man who wants to impose the plan of 14 continuous work days and 7 days of rest, with 10-hour shift, seeking to reduce workers and increase production rates - and they did not raise any opposition to that proposal that threatens the lives and conquest of the miners. That is the result of the policy of "shaking hands with the government" more super-exploitation, layoffs, imprisonment, repression for workers as a sinister plan to be able to privatize Huanuni. After having mortgaged the natural resources and indebted Bolivia to Wall Street with a fraudulent foreign debt that already amounts to $ 6,853.8 million (representing 19.4% of GDP) until August, Morales now bustles the conquests of the workers' movement as a whole, starve the workers and poor peasants and impose cut budget on health, education, etc. this is in order to guarantee the payment to Banca Morgan and to the parasites of Wall Street as Maduro does in Venezuela. Morales is a servant government of Obama-Trump, Morgan Bank and Wall Street! For that reason we must defeat the attack of the transnational companies and the Bolivarian government of Morales!
But the last word is not said, the factory workers gave an exemplary fight at the war cry of: "Evo, Goni: the same crap!", "It is going to fall, it is going to fall, this repressive government ... and it will take the working class to power!", showinf the path of struggle for the workers as they called to recover the COB, to defeat the arrogant of Evo and to conquer a workers 'and peasants' government. The miners of Huanuni have to stand up again with the factory workers, also as an example for the world working class, called to stop the genocide in Syria led by Obama-Putin-Al Assad and they did a silent minute in international solidarity for the masses of Aleppo-Syria in their meeting in La Paz - as part of an international day of struggle.
Here, so far, the only ones who have surrendered and forced the working class to go back was the cowardly leadership! We must break the siege and isolation imposed by all trade union bureaucracies and their left-wing to the historic mine worker vanguard!
The miners want to get back everything that was stole from us. We want to get back the production bonus, health bonds, the bonus that we were stripped of. Not more layoffs! In 2006 we fought for decent work for all the miners and for the nationalization without payment and under workers' control of all the mines of Bolivia, it was thus that we conquered more than 5000 job positions, decent wages and the bonus: ALL WE HAVE CONQUERED, WE DO IT FIGHTINGT in the streets, with the blockades of roads, with the strike facing the government. ONLY FIGHTING FOR EVERYTHING and returning to the 2003-2005 revolution we can stop the offensive of transnational corporations and the lackey government of Morales.
National Congress with rank and file delegates. 1 per 100 to re-found the FSTMB, without union bureaucrats, "workers" ministers, or senators and without bosses who exploit us! For a body of delegates of rank and file per section, removable, to take in their hands the solution of the problems of the miners of Huanuni! For a sole working directory of the Huanuni Mining Company!
Mine, factory that closes or suspends, must be put under control of the workers without compensation! All hands available to work! For one more shift in all the mines and factories!
The only solution for Huanuni miners, their families and all the national mining is the expropriation without payment under workers’ controls of the transnational companies and the banks! Opening the accounting books, to show the mining workers the multimillion profits of the mining industry that the capitalists get! Expropriation without payment and under workers control of all mining starting with San Cristóbal! Let the crisis be paid by slave bosses and transnational mining companies!
To stop the imperialist mining attack: One class, the same struggle with our comrades from Peru, Argentina, Chile and Colombia against imperialism, its transnational corporations and their lackey governments, with the mine workers of South Africa and the Donbass Miners!

From Africa, Latin America and the Pacific: For a single international struggle of all the mine workers in the world to fight against the same imperialist pirates that loot our wealth beyond the borders!

POR has been issuing in its newspapers "Reclaiming the unions for the workers, smashing the pro government people in the assemblies. Reclaiming the class political independence of our trade unions in the face of the bourgeois MAS government"(Perforadora No. 36) So let’s do it! Why don’t they call to set up a FIGHTING FRONT, calling firstly a National Teacher, miners, factory workers and all sectors that influence to recover the FSTMB and COB from the hands of the bureaucracy to face the attack of the government of Evo Morales. POR says that it is needed to recover the trade union independence but in none of its papers makes a call for the "workers" ministers and senators leave the government, without this the "union independence" will be impossible to conquer.
The rank and file miners must break with the collaborationist policy of the 31st Congress of FSTMB where they placed Trujillo, Pérez, Montes, Solares and other bureaucrats as “anti-government and radicals" even voting a common document with the Revolutionary Union Brigade of POR. There they argued that "the Socialist Theses of COB inthe '70s" (Massas 2234) were being promoted, today it has been demonstrated that all those bureaucrats were truly pro-MAS, who stabbed the miners of Huanuni and the set of the country's workers. At the same time the miners must repudiate from the sectional and general meetings (assemblies) the support to the killer Al Assad that they imposed in the 32nd Congress of FSTMB. This policy today is being paid the Bolivian working class and in Syria with more than half a million dead, killed by the dog ​​Bashar Al Assad, Putin on behalf of Obama and the imperialist powers and 12 million political refugees crammed into concentration camps with the support of UN.
