On the brutal attack of the government that robbed 150 million dollars of the pension funds to the workers to give them to the landlord oligarchy of the Media Luna; which seeks to deepen the huge number of unemployed with letters of notice of layoffs; Which intrudes their hands into the CNS (National Health Fund) that works with the contributions of all workers; and for all the hardships suffered in the working and exploited families
The hate of rank and file workers and the exploited imposes on the COB leaders COB and its national meeting a 48 hours strike...

Let’s take in our hands the strike imposed from the working base to transform it into a real day of struggle with the unity and coordination of workers!

ENOUGH EVO MORALES'S HUNGER GOVERNMENT!

The declared strike must be the spearhead to impose a plan of struggle, prepare the Revolutionary General Strike and defeat the government's attack!

COB must finally break with the Morales’ government!

• We must deepen the path that marks the factory workers vanguard that started fighting in this last period to put our organizations of struggle at the service of workers without traitorous bureaucrats, to defeat the arrogant Evo and impose a workers' and peasants' government
• Huanuni miners and the plundered Potosi must stand up with the dynamite in self-defense and for all Bolivian workers. One struggle, one enemy!

To conquer bread, health, work, pension, land for poor peasants and independence:

Let’s expropriate mining transnational and oil companies without payment and under workers control! Let’s expropriate the land of the fascist oligarchy of the Media Luna!

A few days after the hard day of eleven days' struggle by the workers of CNS and other sectors confronting government’s interference in our institution, the working class again tries to stand in response to the whip of gringo Morales and Imperialist transnational corporations. Because the sufferings of the working class every day keep deepening: the meager salaries are not enough to live, unemployment is increasing day by day, pension is an uncertain that worries workers, and hunger is becoming generalized.

COB leadership has had changing and demagogic discourses in the eyes of the working class, but aligned with the Bolivarian "process of change". And before the sword and the wall of hatred of the working class was forced to call to a 48 hour strike of as a resolution of the national extended meeting of COB for Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 February respectively.
This, of course, is a great opportunity to face the Morales government attack that has come FOR ALL OUR LITTLE CONQUEST THAT WE STILL HAVE. It is time to fight with unity and coordination all workers. We cannot waste this great opportunity! Huanuni and Potosí miners, while they are still threatened by transnationals and Morales government, must follow the example of the miners of La Escondida (Chile), who are fighting for wage and job stability, paralyzing the transnationals’ production and facing Bachelet repressive government. In this war of classes the dynamite of the miner must be heard again in the streets and together with the factory workers vanguard and all workers we must impose a true GENERAL STRIKE, which is the only way to defeat bourgeoisie’s attack. That is why we need to call a COB Emergency Congress with one delegate per 100 workers and peasants, to unify the ranks of the exploited without bureaucrats or "workers" ministers. Enough of bureaucrats sold to the government! Let COB finally break with the government! For a revolutionary and internationalist COB at the service of the working class!

Out government hands of the CNS that works with the full contribution of the workers! Expropriation of all clinics and private hospitals without compensation under workers control to solve the problem of health to the entire population! Progressive taxes on the great fortunes of entrepreneurs and transnationals to guarantee new hospital infrastructures to attend to the workers and exploited!
We do not want more factories closed with starving families and workers thrown into the street as in Enatex! It is necessary to do as in Polar, Punto Blanco or Victoria ceramics who chose taking the factory as they do today the workers of Graphic Arts Rioplatense – Clarín (Argentina)! Factory or mine that closes, suspends or dismisses, must be taken by workers, nationalized immediately, without payment and under workers control, and state must take care of the wages according to the cost of living raised according to inflation! Opening the accounting books to know the juicy profits of the companies!
Reinstatement of all the dismissed workers, first of all the workers of Enatex! Reduction of the working shift and one more shift in all factories, all hands to produce to end unemployment! Unemployment insurance equal to a minimum wage according to the family basket! Stop wretched wages! Increase of wages at the level of the family basket, indexed automatically according to inflation! 100% peension!

In recent days, an inter-union pact set up between some sectors of workers at the head of the teachers of La Paz (led by POR) against the warnings, removal of the pension fund (150 million dollars) and defense of CNS. There is no time to lose, POR must put all its influence to the service of coordinating and unifying the working class deepening the way that the factory workers of La Paz with the fight for the union independence recovering our organisms of struggle with the methods of struggle of the working class and fighting to defeat Morales government by imposing a workers 'and peasants' government.

Out with imperialist transnationals! Gringos out from Bolivia! No payment of external debt! Expropriation without payment and under workers' control of all the transnationals that plunder the nation! There is the money for wage increase, health, education and to solve the water crisis! We must expropriate the land to the oligarchy of the Fascist Media Luna for the poor peasants!
Down with the counterrevolutionary bourgeois constitution of the plurinational state that has not guaranteed neither the bread for workers, nor the land for peasants nor the gas to the Bolivians! Morales government and its pact with the Fascist Media Luna and its reactionary bourgeois constitution cannot be defeated with elections, it will be defeated with the General Strike resuming the revolution of 2003-2005 with the workers 'and peasants' alliance.
