Punish all those responsible for the murder of Marielle and all the exploited masses murdered in the favelas and morros of Rio de Janeiro!
On the night of the 14th, returning from a political activity, Marielle was reached by a car that stopped along the way she was and shot several times, killing her and her driver Anderson Pedro Gomes.
Under the murderous hand of the murderous State and its fascist gunmen, comrade Marielle, a socialist leader, vereadora (city councilwoman, N de T) of PSOL RJ, was shot to death. In the tragic death of comrade Marielle it is clear the plan of militarization and Federal intervention in Rio de Janeiro, is a bonapartist action of the government and the bosses commanded by imperialism to impose the attack at the level the transnationals need, imposing terror on workers and on the fighters too, the left parties and the activism.
The terror, repression and armoring of the regime in RJ is a key question to impose a fierce offensive on the exploited masses, it is part of the plan of flexibilization and anti-worker reforms of the imperialist offensive and the IMF to collect the fraudulent debt and appropriation of all natural resources and privatization of infrastructure.
The execution of Marielle happend only a few days after the comrade condemned the police and the State repressive forces in the favela of Acari in Irajá where the workers and their families denounced police abuses and violence against neighbours and youth.
With crocodile tears and fake promises of investigation and punishment, those responsible for the murder of Marielle Franco, the Government and the employers want to cover up they are carrying out a real offensive of terror, persecution and assassinations on the working class of Rio de Janeiro.
Nothing is casual. The same day it is revealed that the "militias" (paramilitary commandos under the command of the Military Police) control 30% of the territory of Rio de Janeiro and the metropolitan region and the territory is divided together with drug traffickers. In the areas where the "militia" controls, the army does not intervene.
Comrade Marielle, who has dedicated her militancy to the fight against violence against women, blacks and against youth in multiple activities in defense of Human Rights, had publicly denounced a few days ago: "We need to shout so that everyone knows what is happening in Acari at this time. The 41st Battalion of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro is terrifying and attacking violently the neighbors of Acari. This week two young people died and were thrown in a ditch. Today the police walked the streets threatening the neighbours. This happened always

Every day the same murderous police and their vigilante gangs intimidate, repress and assassinate the exploited people of Rio's favelas, mostly young blacks. Now they want to fully intimidate us, murdering Marielle.
Enough with the government cynicism that promises "investigation"! There is nothing to investigate, the State is responsible! Drug trafficking and para-police gangs and fascist gunmen act under the command of imperialism and the DEA.
